This sociable space has two comfy sofas, a TV, DVD player, and a selection of board games and books for evening entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, and washing machine, with an extendable dining table for four.

Outdoor seating is available at both the front and back, with an ‘L’-shaped sofa and bench at the front. Just a short walk away, guests can enjoy Eccles-On-Sea Beach, perfect for sunsets. The property is heated by electric night storage heaters for winter stays.
