It was immaculately clean. The bedrooms were a reasonable size and the linen was crisp and clean. The bungalow was spotless throughout
The kitchen was well stocked and there was space to work at the table or chill on either of the sofas
It was a tranquil peaceful retreat

Nothing was wrong with the property but be prepared to be remote. I loved the peace, few people and no shops or cafes but this may not suits everyone

Excellent location, amazing view, people are lovely, it's not far from an amazing cafe, and to sea palling, you can hear the sea and not much else, loved every thing about it

Steps leading over the dunes to beach view at the back does not give direct access to the beach as it seemed but it does give way to a lovely view and only a short walk to the beach however the steps need fixing, I'm a young person and badly rolled my ankle on the last day of my holiday on the broken wood, hopefully it's nothing serious but please get this fixed before someone else hurts themselves worse

Great location as a base to either relax near the beach or travel to other areas.

Everything you could possibly need or want is provided on site. The beach 30 seconds away. Absolutely loved it. Will go back again.

There is a small problem with ants, but I think I sorted it! Otherwise, no problems.

We really felt at home staying at Breezy. It was cosy and warm, tucked behind a sand dune that led onto the most beautiful sandy beach. Everything was comfortable and easy - space and equipment for our family of four, parking on site, fenced garden so that our dog could run freely, a lovely welcome pack …
The surrounding area is beautiful and we loved seeing the seals on the beach.

The location of the bungalow is great with waves rolling in beyond the sandy dunes behind, and wide open skies in front. Seemingly endless sandy beaches with seals playing in the shallows and birds swirling above farmers fields. Accommodation was warm, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Communicating with host was friendly and easy. Hope to stay again.

Location was lovely buts the approach road was very poor.
Breakfast N/Ald be helful

A soap dish in the shower and a hook on the back of the bathroom door would be helpful as would a grap rail for disabled visitors. Otherwise the bungalow was exceptionally well equipped.

We enjoyed a short break at Breezy bungalow. The property is very close to the excellent beach with plenty of lovely walks nearby. Breezy bungalow is well equipped and comfortable and made a good base for our holiday. Having a fully fenced garden and being so close to the beach was great for our dogs.
