Bressingham Lodge was the perfect place for our NYE getaway. We were a group of 8, with 4 under 5's and our dog Ziggy. The house is BIG and beautiful. Gardens are absolutely gorgeous to walk around and spotting Muntjac running through. The log fires so lovely to sit by in the evening. And the kid were well catered for with toys and games to play with. Beds were super comfortable. It really felt like home (even if it was only for 3 nights.

Beautiful house, and well equipped for our group of 9 adults and 3 young children. Lots of outside space to explore and comfortable beds. The only slight issues we had: - The entrance was tricky to find in the dark. - There was no hot water on arrival or the following day. The immersion heater had to be used each time, ahead of needing hot water. -The outside bins were full when we arrived, so it was tricky to know where to put rubbish. Other than those minor points, we had a great stay and would recommend!

We had a fantastic stay here at Bressingham Lodge. The house was unbelievable, so much character and the 5 acres of garden was stunning & well managed. We had so much fun and didn’t want to leave after our long weekend here. Although the house was huge, it felt super homely and cosy. We would absolutely recommend if you’re looking to book here and can’t wait to stay again already!!

The house is an incredible place with a huge amount of amenities. The bedrooms are all comfy if a little noisy from the main road. The gardens are phenomenal. We had issues with the Aga not working which caused a slight challenge. The host is extremely responsive and helpful. I'd recommend for adult get togethers.

Beautiful 1842 home and loverly gardens. We had a wonderful time visiting family in the area and entertaining them. Kids loved the play areas and exploring the gardens and we loved proximity to the steam museum.

Extremely difficult to find. the maps link sent to us for checkout took us to downtown Diss (via Google Maps), several miles away. The home is the Bressingham Lodge, not Bressingham Hall, which is 100 yards away. The most accurate directions on finding the home were in the guide book inside the home. In short: take A1066 east towards Diss. once you see the sign for Bressingham, look for the Old Chequers Inn on the left. the driveway is just past that's on the right. it is technically marked, but the name is carved into the brown fence, and very difficult to see. We were there during a heat wave. The house needs more fans; we could only find 2 for the 5 bedrooms, and the management rep said they could not get us any more. Besides that, the home is lovely,.and perfect for a large party like ours, visiting from USA for a wedding. We were the envy of the crowd. The grounds are beautiful, but please do not miss Foggy Bottom, the incredible garden just down the trail. Spectaculr

All went well until the morning the date before we were due to leave. We woke to find the heating off. The Aga is the only hotplate (so don't plan on any major meals) and was off. I checked and the oil used to heat the house and Aga had run out. I called the agents and they said they would escalate the issue as it was January and very cold. After numerous emails, mostly sounding like they were from a poorly trained AI, I realised that they were not going to get an oil delivery that day. We had a cold dinner, moved the kids into shared beds to help keep warm and left early the following morning. Still had no feedback from my complaint. It was bad enough that they ran out of heating oil but the agency response was truly abysmal. Avoid.

A stunning property well worth a stay. Perfect for our 4 couples. We enjoyed the large dining room and sitting room, all the beds were very comfortable and the outdoor space was too fun. Definitely check out the steam museum next door! The kitchen has an AGA Range so we had a bit of a learning curve with cooking meals, but we figured it out!

The house was amazing and the decor brilliantly done. We were 3 families with children aged 2-8 and the outdoor space (trampoline, zip line, playground, garden games) was also amazing! Thank you for sharing such a fabulous property.

Wow! We booked Bressingham Lodge for a family get together with with grandparents and various aged kids, the house was perfect for our stay. The house was beautiful and spacious and the garden was fantastic. There were loads of outdoor and indoor games provided. The beds were super comfortable! Honestly one of the best Airbnb properties I've stayed at (and I've stayed at quite a few!). The maintenance couple there when we arrived and were so lovely and helpful. Would absolutely recommend this place if you want an amazing house with beautiful surroundings.

What a beautiful home with beautiful grounds, very geared towards young children and we all had a wonderful stay. Having the grounds made our holiday and the decor was luxurious while very homely. We didn’t get to explore much but having the garden centre and soft play next door along with the Zoo 10 minutes away was fantastic. We would love to be back in the summer.
