We had a lovely holiday with 3 generations of our family. The house had everything we needed and we all felt at home because of the big family spaces. Amazing DVD collection, though the weather was fine so we didn't need to use it! It was helpful for all 3 cars to park on site and we were able to walk to the village, takeaways and beach. We didn't make full use of the garden or patio because our children were too young.

The accomodation was spacious with excellent sized bedrooms and a capacious living area. We used the top garden for ball games and for eating outside which was great. The beach was a 5 minute walk albeit rather steep on the return journey and Mundersley was easily walkable. We had a great time with our four grandchildren and would certainly return.

We had a lovely stay. The views were stunning! The beach was walkable, was only a 5 mins walk away (steep steps on the way down!). The house had everything we needed for a lovely relaxing stay. Good base to explore north Norfolk

Lovely property in a great location. Mundesley is a lovely little town with a nice sandy beach with toilets and changing rooms and cafes nearby - perfect for going with our young kids. There is no direct access to the beach from the house but there are beautiful views and the beach is a 10/15 minute walk away. The hosting company made good contact with us in advance - all automated messages in advance rather than personal but that’s to be expected from a company rather than an individual hosts, no complaints! Loved the house and the beautiful view of the sea. Also so easy to do some fun day trips from this area. The comments in other reviews about the road to the house are right - it’s not great, but would only be a problem I think if you’re accessing with a wheelchair. We managed with a pram and a small car!

We had a lovely time at Seaview. We especially enjoyed the view of the sea, and the sunsets! The house has plenty of living space and the garden is large and we could all find a spot to relax in. We were lucky with the weather and spent part of each day at the beach which was great for our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter. Some of the group took the steps down but the walk is just 10 minutes along the road. It is a great base for exploring the area - the seal trip from Morston and the North Norfolk Railway worked well with a toddler. We miss enjoying a sundowner at the bottom of the garden listening to the sea!

Seaview was clean, well equipped, comfortable and garden was lovely. Some rainy weather meant we spent more time in the property than we intended to but it was fine as lots of space and things to do. good communication regarding check in/arrival. would recommend to a friend.

Great family break in Norfolk. Accommodation was great inside and fantastic garden views. Outside grounds could do with some TLC but inside was perfect. Would recommend& revisit

Seaview is a very nice house, with a good amount of space for 8 people, and lovely furnishings. There are wonderful sea views from the house and garden, and it is a 10 minute walk down to the beach itself (steep path, beware of cliff falls). Mundersely has seen better days, but its a good base for wider exploring.

We had a great stay 4 adults 4 kids, plenty of space and lovely house. Decorated for the holidays and everything. We had a minor problem with the hot water the first morning but it was resolved relatively quickly. Would have been beautiful views if the weather had been nicer but was still really lovely. Everywhere we went was walkable but mostly we stayed at the house as it was very cold and rainy the whole time. But didn’t mind that as we really loved the house.

This is a great holiday let in a lovely seaside village where everything you need for a family beach holiday is within a short walking distance. The beach here is mostly sandy, has cafés, a pub and amenities, shops selling everything you could need for the beach too. The property was perfect and beautifully presented, we everything we could possibly need there for our stay, a very well equipped kitchen, we ate in a couple of evenings and found the dining room perfect for this to accommodate us all. Ate breakfasts on the deck with perfect views out to sea from the garden. We visited Norwich only 40 minutes away, the broads are just 25 mins away and Cromer down the coast is also a lovely town too. Would highly recommend this property and would be more than happy to stay again.

We loved this house. There is plenty of space indoors and outdoors. It was clean, comfortable and we felt at home straight away. The garden is lovely with plenty of seating in different areas. Beautiful sea views. The beach is a short walk and there’s lots to do in the surrounding area. Only downside was the road to the property, which is very uneven and needs careful manoeuvres around the potholes. We would love to return and I would recommend this property without hesitation.

The house is lovely, although the layout is a bit quirky. Kitchen is on the small side for the amount of space, but overall the house feels spacious. The only shower was stuck on scalding-hot, but we reported the issue to Norfolk Holiday Properties and I'm sure they'll get it fixed. The last quarter of a mile of the road to the property is unadopted, and the surface is in a terrible state. Very unpleasant to drive over, and would be extremely hard to negotiate for anyone in a wheelchair. There's a hot-tub on the rear deck. To be fair it's not mentioned in the description, but it is clearly shown in the photos. It's not available to guests. On balance though, it was a lovely stay and we would come back.

Couldn't recommend this place enough, beautiful location, 5 min walk to town and the beach, great Fish and Chips place by the Ship pub (pub also great), also mini golf in town which was great for the kids. Place itself clean, cosy, they had absolutely everything that you need in the house. I would say pictures on Airbnb don't do it's justice, it felt bigger to what we thought it would be based on the images. We will try to book another trip soon, absolutely recommend it!!! :)

The property is a large detached Victorian villa in the midst of 1970s bungalows. The property is nicely renovated and feels both spacious and homely. The back garden and view of the sea is really something special. We used the hot tub, the bbq and the wood burner and felt right at home. We were two families and felt we had enough space. It’s 5 mins down a path to the beach, or a leisurely 20mins into Mundesley. From here we went to Cromer and Sheringham. We were lucky with the weather, and it was a great place for a two family summer holiday.

Had a lovely stay at Seaview. The house was spotless and exactly as described. It had everything we needed - they really had thought of everything. The house and gardens were perfect for relaxation and the short walk to the beach was the icing on the cake. Highly recommended.
