The space
Relax in the open-plan lounge and dining area, which offers ample space for unwinding, movie nights, or board games. With plenty of seating, everyone can enjoy a comfortable evening after a busy day by the sea.

Next to the lounge, the well-equipped kitchen and dining space include essential large appliances—fridge, freezer, oven, hob, washer-dryer, and dishwasher. You’ll also find handy smaller appliances like a coffee machine, microwave, kettle, and toaster. A breakfast bar separates the main cooking area from the dining space, which has seating for all guests, plus a highchair for little ones.

Cabbell Towers features two bedrooms—a spacious king-size bedroom and a cosy twin bedroom. Both rooms are furnished with high-quality bed linen and provide plenty of storage space for your luggage.

The family bathroom, conveniently located off the main hallway, boasts a standalone bath, shower, toilet, and sink. A heated towel rail adds a nice touch of comfort, perfect after a day at the beach! Additionally, there’s a separate W/C near the front entrance.

While there isn’t a garden, the property boasts the rare advantage of a private parking spot just outside the apartment block—a valuable perk in Cromer. We really enjoyed our stay at Cabell towers. So close to the beach and lots of toys for our two boys to play with in the apartment. Loads to do nearby for rainy days too! Highly recommend!

The location is great and it’s a huge plus having parking in Cromer. The flat was perfect for us and it is huge, but as noted in some other reviews it is quite tired (there are big damp patches in the bedroom and living room). We would definitely stay again but I think the building could do with some TLC

On the good side the location was excellent and the parking good (once the unauthorised person removed their car at 5 p.m. on check-in day). The flat was spacious and comfortable and well appointed. It was clean on initial inspection and perfectly acceptable but as with other reviews could have done with a bit more detailed clean in the nooks and crannies. The lounge furniture would benefit from being updated as the cushions were all a bit flat. The bathroom was fine and the towels were good. The beds were ok and we slept well. The kitchen was well equipped but would benefit from the mish-mash of crockery being replaced with some new matching sets. We couldn’t get the dishwasher to work and to be fair they offered to send someone out but we didn’t want to as we were only there for the weekend. The wi-fi is a bit sluggish and buffers quite a bit. To end on a good note we had a really enjoyable three nights stay and would go back. P.S. I did water the very dry plants.

The flat is a great size - 2 really good sized bedrooms, a large bathroom, and additional toilet, and a really well sized kitchen-diner/lounge. Location is good - a few minutes walk to the beach and town centre, and a few minutes to the supermarket. A parking space is really useful too. The flat is let down in terms of upkeep and maintenance. There is damp in the corner of the main bedroom, the mattress in the bedroom is very uncomfortable, the arms on the armchair are broken, the dishwasher doesn’t clean very well, and there was a leaking shower for the first 3 days of our stay (which we had to leave the keys for the handyman to take a look at rather than a set of maintenance keys being available). If the maintenance issues are resolved, I’d absolutely recommend, size and location are great.
