The room was very damp and smelt of this. Because of the damp the bathroom floor was always wet, which was a safety issue and the carpet felt damp. I left my nightdress hanging on the bathroom door and this became very damp. Odele was very friendly and was very nice about a spillage we had on the bed covers. She dealt with this very quickly. We had a lovely stay but had to leave our holiday early because of the damp.

We had a lovely stay in the Saxony suite. The hosts were incredibly friendly and approachable. The accommodation was exactly as pictured, with a very comfortable bed and a beautiful pool. The location is absolutely ideal for both Sheringham and Cromer. We would 110% recommend it!

- If the guest cancels fewer than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
