This is a lovely property, tucked away in a quiet spot just at the edge of the town centre within very easy walking distance of everything in Norwich. It's away from the main road so is quiet and we had no disturbances even on a Friday and Saturday night. The hosts were responsive in the run up, were accommodating to our slightly earlier check in time, and were really helpful and quick to recommend sensible local car parks. We had a bit of difficulty opening the front door as the wood was a bit sticky and the hosts answered the phone straight away to help. It's beautifully decorated inside and very comfortable - we were there on a family trip and it felt accommodating for three with comfortable beds and en suites. The kitchen is also well equipped and the dining table means you have meals at home or bring in takeaway - although Norwich has a lot of great restaurants so spilt for choice Would certainly recommend and would stay here again.

Perfect location in the centre of norwich, the house was lovely and perfect for 4 people. However, when we arrived the smoke alarm was very loudly beeping,; we asked for help to get it turned off but we were just advised to buy new batteries, which should not be our responsibility. Therefore, we had to stand on a chair to remove the batteries, which was very dangerous as it was right at the top of the stairs. One of the beds also had orange stains all over the bedsheets, and our toilet flush barely worked as the buttons werent properly attached to the wall. Apart from this, we enjoyed our stay.

Just back from a 3-night stay with some friends. The townhouse was beautiful and very tastefully furnished and decorated. It's ideally situated, a short walk from the city centre and all that it has to offer. The facilities were great, with everything we needed to make our stay pretty much perfect. Whilst we had an absolutely fabulous time, I will say that the smaller bedroom has a futon-style bed, which is rather hard and something to be aware of if booking for more than two people. (There is also a pull-out, single bed in the larger room.) Two ensuite bathrooms were a big plus. All in all, a superb Airbnb for a short break in beautiful Norwich. Would highly recommend.

We (2 couples) had a great 3 night stay. Decent location just a few minutes walk from Norwich centre. Two en-suite double bedrooms and a big open plan living space downstairs. Definitely recommend 💯

We really enjoyed our stay at All Saints Green. The cottage is beautiful and was well presented and clean, with everything we needed. The location is great: right in the centre of town and yet still quiet and peaceful - we slept very well in the super comfy beds. There isn’t anywhere to park at the property but I pre-booked a space at the local Sainsbury’s carpark, which was very convenient. Overall, I would recommend staying in this lovely and well placed cottage. The only thing you need to be aware of is that the address I was initially given (number 41) doesn’t exist. The property is actually number 1, up a side alley where 41 should be!

A fab short stay to catch up with friends! In a perfect location in the city, super walkable and so much to do and see in the area surrounding the property (spent many an evening at 'The Games Table'). Close to supermarkets and restaurants so perfectly fits staying in or eating out. Cottage lovely, clean, and cosy. Cottage was a tad cold at times but nothing that the throws and blankets provided couldn't fix and heating was easy to adjust. Comfy beds and gorgeous en-suites (appreciated the handwash and shampoos provided); had to be mindful of the hot water for the showers but we found it no bother. Front door was really quite tricky but once you got the knack for it it was absolutely fine! All in all a much needed relaxing getaway, Thank you so much :)

This property6 is well situated in Norwich - within a few minutes walk we were in the centre! The parking was great, we parked in Rouen Road Pay & Display and paid £18 in total for 2 days and 2 nights, really good value! The car park is also a few minute walk from the property, literally up and round the corner. The property is well laid out and spacious, generally lovely and the shower was fantastic, plenty of hot water! Thankyou for hosting us!

An excellent property. Right in the city centre so closed to all the shops, restaurants and amenities. The house was beautifully decorated, fully equipped kitchen, great en-suite bathrooms in both bedrooms and comfy beds. Lovely little paved area where you can sit outside. Can highly recommend this property. We would definitely return for another stay.

Thank you for having us! Great location - central and a quiet night's sleep which was amazing. Lovely big property and very light, nice to have a bit of outdoor space too. The main bedroom was apparently very comfortable and my mum had a good weekend's sleep there. Easy check in. Lots of space, beautiful building. The only reasons for 4* not 5 are - the second bedroom sofabed was not comfy at all, we struggled to sleep on it. As other reviewers have said a bit more soft seating in the living room would be good, with any more than 2 people staying there isn't enough of a cosy place to relax which is a shame as the room is massive. Shower in the second bedroom needed attention or the shower head replacing. Could have done with a bit more of a thorough clean in parts. Still - recommended for a quiet stay with lots of space in a central location, in a lovely property that just needs a tiny bit more attention to make it a really comfy place to stay.

Location is great. The appliances are really cool. Spacious house. However, far from the ideal situation, when it comes to cleaning. The outside area was useless, as it was dirty, full of weed and dead plants. Inside, cobwebs in every corner and window. If you don't mind spending a couple of hours cleaning the place, it's perfect, because the house is very nice, except for the blinds that don't block the light that comes from outside during the night.

I would say that you can park to load and unload which is t mentioned in the information. Car parks are an extra expense if your car is in over night.

We really enjoyed our stay at All Saints Green. The place is well-designed, super clean, and managed with professionalism and politeness. When I had an extra question (about WiFi speed, which is upwards of 40MB in case you’re worried!) before confirming my booking, the host was quick to respond with the information I wanted. When we accidentally left something behind, the host was very helpful in getting it back to us. Highly recommend both property and host!

A real home from home. Tucked away from the main shopping area but close enough. A 3 minute walk to the old and new areas of Norwich. My visit was made even better knowing i was going home to a comfortable place at the end of the day. Super comfy bed too!

This is a great house to have as a base to explore Norwich and the surroundings. The ground floor is light and open-plan and the kitchen is gorgeous. There's a lovely big dining table and French windows and a very comfy sofa. Could do with another comfy seat if there are four of you but it was fine for the three of us. The lock on the front door is a bit stiff but after a phone call to the management company who told us to pull on the door while turning the key we were all set. The management were very helpful and happy to fix problems. One thing to note: there are no extra Airbnb touches here: no milk and butter in the fridge, no fresh loaf of bread or packet of biscuits (or bottle of wine!) to welcome you, but you are very close to the centre of Norwich so there is no end of shops to buy this stuff. Worth noting as this is the first Airbnb we've stayed in that didn't have a welcome pack of any kind. I've given the house 5 stars as the issues were small and not deal-breaking. Would recommend.

Really nice house in a very central location. Incredibly clean. I do agree that the sofa bed wasn’t the comfiest. Only issue we faced was the small amount of hot water. 1 hair wash shower and a 1 body shower was all there was. Even coming back 3 hours later still no hot water. For a 4 people house it’s impossible for everyone to shower in a close time (or even with an hour gap!). We parked in Rose Lane car park and for 2 nights and 2 days was around £22- much cheaper than other car parks. Despite that I would stay again as it was clean, nice and stress free :)

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this fabulous city centre home. Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed being walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. My only down side was the bed wasn’t that comfortable and I’d expect a king for the size of room/cost per night. Otherwise can’t fault it. Thanks very much.

This was a great place to stay in Norwich. Very central and a walk to all central locations. It was very modern and very clean. It was nice that tea/coffee/sugar/hand wash etc was all there. Thank you. There are a shortage of USB points so bring chargers with plugs. A really lovely stay to see my daughter at UEA. We will be back

Couldn’t of asked for a better stay. The property it’s self is absolutely lovely not worth me fault to mention. Communication when booking the property was easy with a quick and helpful response. The property is in the perfect location.. Ncp car park a few mins walk away (use ther app for really cheap stay, it was £11.70 for fri night till Sunday morning) shops just up the road, a nice market round the corner aswell. Lots of puns and eateries near by. Everything you need in the property bar shower stuff. Neighbours where friendly and helpful especially no 5. Very peaceful location. Hire bikes and scooters to get around with the beryl app (provisional or full license required) All in all I would recommend this to anyone it was the perfect stay and hopefully we will be back in the future :)
