The apartment location was perfect for our long weekend in Norwich. There are several lovely cafes and restaurants a stone's throw from the building, as well as a a Tesco and pharmacy nearby too. The town centre is also quite close, which made the location easily walkable — there is a bus stop right outside the building which we did not use, but also makes the location very convenient. Communication with the host was excellent. Always prompt and professional, and check-in/out instructions were very clear and helpful. All of the amenities listed were available to us as well. The apartment was relatively tidy overall, no excessive clutter or significant issues. There was quite a bit more dust than we were anticipating though, which was problematic for us in the end due to allergies and made worse by needing to use the fans in the bedrooms due to the heat. Overall a good place to stay though!

This worked ok for us. The management is professional, not personal, so you get auto messages that sometimes don't make sense. The apartment could do with being a little better looked after (e.g. things look a bit shabby in places), and there are no spares of anything. But the location is good, it was comfortable enough and the info provided was all done well. It was decent for a short stay.

Our visit occurred during the hottest days in Norwich with daily temperatures above 90° F (32+° C). The space was a split livel with kitchen & living on entrance level, one bedroom and bath up a level, and second bedroom down several steps. We could not open the window in the second lower bedroom, and it was miserably HOT! The proprietors gave us only 1 fan to start, and we could not get cool air circulating into that second bedroom. After a first call they only brought a second fan. We called multiple times, but the proprietors only sent people who were unable to fix the broken window. They did send a 3rd fan, which helped a little. But the room never really got to a comfortable sleeping temperature because the window would not open. The lack of ventilation was the problem. They were also condescending in their reply to our email about this issue. I addition, there were very loose tiles and stacks of unattached tiles on the building entrance steps that posed a definite fall danger.

An excellent place to stay, close enough to the centre to walk or hop on the bus at the stop right outside. Having a dedicated parking space is a big bonus, as we could park the car and forget about it. The property was clean and well maintained. On arrival the property was warm which helped when it was 1C outside. Norfolk Holiday Properties were very communicative and helpful.

A really great location, not too far from the town and lots of amenities nearby. Nice pubs and a coffee shop across the road, and two little supermarkets on the street too. It is a bit basic compared to other similarly priced properties in Norwich but it's unusual to find a place with parking so that's a bonus. I actually really liked the entry system to the property, which is a code rather than a key. It was a bit of a shame to find not even a tea bag or shower gel in the apartment, as we had a 12 hour international journey and were not in the mood for shopping for basics immediately post arrival, but at least the shops were close by. I do recommend this property, but come prepared with a few essentials unless you want to go straight back out as soon as you've dropped luggage. Well worth a walk around the surrounding area if you are at a loose end, it's a really nice side of town.

The place was a bit worn out. The management host was good, responsive and friendly. The utensil were unusable, but they bought us new fry pan and sauce pan which was quite unexpected. Bathroom hanger broken twice, but they fixed it at no time almost. Location was good walking distance to city centre. A place to recommend in this price range.

Comfortable stay in a great location. We slept well, parking space a bonus, great location walkable into the City with restaurants and shops close by. Apartment could do with a little TLC (especially bathroom) as other guests have said but host company quick to respond to messages.

The flat was warm and clean and in a really good location for us. We were slightly disappointed that a dishwasher was listed but there wasn’t one. And the kitchen needs restocking with glasses and cutlery. But it’s in a good location, spacious enough for 2 couples and very clean

Perfectly located apartment - an easy walk to the city centre, but with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. It was great to have a designated parking space. Although on a busy road, the bedrooms are at the back of the property so it’s really quiet at night. The beds were comfortable and there’s lots of storage space for clothes. We had a really good stay!

Excellent location, price and size. No frills! There was an issue with check-in but the host made a quick resolution to ensure it went as smoothly as possible! Wifi was a bit spotty at times (mostly at night) so if you need to WFH, just plan your hours accordingly. Would stay here again.

Flat 5 is superbly located on the Unthank Road, a mere 10-15 minute walk away from the city centre. Having a parking space on-site was a must for us, and it's within a few minute's walk of a number of pubs and places to eat. Access via key coded doors is a pain, but we got used to it. The lounge and bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, but we felt that the bathroom looked tired and could do with freshening up (things like the fixtures needing tightening up, a lick of paint, perhaps a mirror in the alcove behind the toilet?). We had a issue with the toilet flush having failed, which was fixed during rh day whilst we were out. The kitchen was reasonably stocked with crockery, but this again could do with being updated and expanded as some items are a bit mismatched. That said, we enjoyed out time and would definitely come back purely for the access to the city. We recommend a meal at The York NR2, and breakfast at the Unthank Kitchen.

Clean, well-furnished rooms with keycodes for all the doors. Situated conveniently near to shops and pubs with a 10-20 minute walk into town. Tesco's nearby was ideal as there were no additional things like tea/coffee available. Car parking was useful and someone was available to answer queries through the app over the weekend. Thanks for letting us stay.

A spacious 2 bed apartment that comfortably accommodated three adults and a teenager. The location has great local amenities (lovely pub/restaurant; Cafe Nero; cafe; fish and chips etc) and a Tesco Express 3 minutes walk away. The city centre is a 10/15 minute walk, but pretty level. Great to have a parking space, as parking is quite an issue!

We were so impressed by all the apartments, and it was perfect for all our family to stay in the same place but in different apartments. Lovely big windows letting lots of light. Such a nice space. Would book again.

Great apartment in a fantastic location. We stayed here with our 2 children and the location worked really well for us. Just a short walk into the city, and some great pubs / takeaways / Tesco Express on the doorstep. The flat was clean and adequately furnished. The bedrooms are at the back of the apartment so no noise from the road at the front. Great to have a parking space too. We were really pleased with this apartment and would certainly stop again.

Very well presented (looks to be a newly converted pair of houses) spacious, comfortable and super clean flat with parking. Nice area, 15 or so minutes walk to the city centre. Good local amenities (Tesco express, cafe Nero, couple of nice pubs serving food and a lovely looking restaurant) all very close by. Bus stop opposite. Comfortable beds, lovely linen, good shower. TV in the sitting room. Kitchen looked well enough equipped for a night or 2 with the basics but not really put to the test as ate out. Very helpful & responsive host company.

This is a place exactly as described. Spacious, clean and quiet bedrooms. During our stay the dishwasher had some drainage problems. I hope that it has been fixed by now.

This flat is in a great location and is good value for money. In reality, it is looking a little bit tired and is not brilliantly equipped, compared to most Airbnbs we have stayed in, e.g. only three dining chairs when it sleeps four. Probably because it is run by an agency, it is lacking a bit of TLC.
