Lovely cosy house. Big tv perfect for film nights. Enclosed garden with easy access which was great for our dog. Comfortable bedrooms and beds.

Great place to stay when visiting Norwich with a dog as very secure back garden and walks and green space very nearby. Also great for family with baby as cot and high chair are provided. Excellent kitchen with large hob, double oven, microwave, air frier and nutribullet! Perfect if you want to cook in which we did due to having a 9 month old baby with us!

Nice property, very clean in all rooms. Although we only used the property as a base to visit other places and to sleep, the kitchen was very well equipped with every gadget known for any type of meal or drink. Also Wi-Fi was excellent all over the property. Only minor problem was intro booklet regarding rubbish. Says blue & grey bins but only had blue & green so we assumed grey/green had changed. Later in week found recycle code hanging in kitchen. Also key code box is at rear of side alley to left of property. Did take a little time to find. Overall though we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property Thanks.

For me this is a 3.5 property, rounded up to 4 stars for excellent and prompt communication from the friendly hosts. It matches the photos though they were taken on a very sunny day; the typical grey English weather meant the living room and kitchen (which both have navy blue walls) were a bit dark and uninviting. It was generally clean and well presented but there were signs of wear and tear, such as mould in the bathroom and around the windows. There were also a lot of spiders and gnats, which I wasn't a fan of but appreciate won't be a problem for everyone! All that said there were a lot of positives: the kitchen was impressively well stocked with gadgets and a big gas hob, the beds were very comfortable, the rooms were a nice size, there was a huge TV, it was right on a bus route and near a main road but still very quiet and peaceful.

I wish I could give a better review as the place should have been nice. Sadly something was wrong with the waste disposal section of the kitchen sink which was dirty when we arrived and smelt of fish. This got worse throughout our stay to the point we didn't want to use the kitchen, even to make tea. it was reported as soon as we arrived and chased daily but we were told each day a maintenance team would attend to fix but this never happened. The issue spoilt what should have been a lovely stay. No discount was given or even a genuine non-scripted apology. If you do book with this company, hope there are no issues.

Nice enough house, but the pictures can be deceiving. The photos make the house look really bright and airy, when in fact it is quite dark due to the tints on the windows and the blinds. There was an obvious smell when we entered, as if the house hadn't be used/opened in a long time. One of the bed side lamps in the King size room doesn't work. The small sink in the kitchen is blocked and takes a while to drain. When it has finally drained the sink is disgusting. The shower is very low pressure and very dirty - orange scum around the sides. A general lack of cleaning things such as a sponge for the kitchen sink, or kitchen roll.

The property is lovely overall, you have most amenities available, the location is great, lovely garden and products very eco friendly however it is the little things that would stop us booking again. They don’t provide kitchen roll, scourers or a proper sponge for the sink so it makes it harder to clean or wipe down surfaces. It was our first time booking a property managed by a third party and I wouldn’t again as it lacked the human touch. When we asked for an extra towel for our baby as we were only provided 4, first we got told we’ll get another then instantly were told we can’t have another as it’s a max of 4 guests although we booked as 3 adults, 1 toddler and an infant. We then got told the insurance would be void because there are more than 4 people causing us to panic while on our trip. This is highly unprofessional and so inhumane not to provide an extra towel for a baby as it was their issue not ours. I think this let is ideal for pet owners but not young families.

We chose this location as it was near to our friends and it had an EV charging point which made it very convenient. The house was spotless and very homely and included useful touches like a coffee machine and toiletries. Our dog loved the enclosed garden too!

Beautiful house and lovely garden. Well equipped and very well decorated. Felt homely and cosy although it was spacious. Very comfortable recliner chair and sofa and all round a very nice stay. Loved the motion sensor lights and the all round aesthetics. There were a couple of things that weren’t provided that I thought should have been- like kitchen roll, bin bags, more toilet paper and liquids for the washing machine, but nothing that caused a problem.

Booked this house because it was close to relatives but actually if you are not worried about staying right in the centre of Norwich, this is perfect. It’s just off the ring road but very quiet and access to a nature reserve and the Marriotts Way is just round the corner. There’s ‘The Fat Cat’ - great pub - within easy walking distance and the centre is also walkable. We had a great time!

This accomodation is truly a home away from home. The garden is the perfect size for us and our dog, enclosed for peace of mind also! The whole property is modernised and spacious, could do with some little things as brought up to the hosts but nothing to ruin our stay. Thank you for such a lovely house

We had a great stay on Maple Drive with our 3 children (9, 7 and 22 months). My mum lives nearby and I grew up in Norwich so it was a great base to visit old friends and hang out in the area. Lovely house, well equipped and an enclosed garden (necessary for the toddler!) Short drive into town and easy to get out to the Broads within half an hour. Very much hope to return!

Our son was born premature and based in NICU at Norwich hospital so we needed to find a place quickly that felt like home. The booking team were lovely and supportive and the place certainly felt like home, lots of lovely home comforts and wonderful to have the garden space. The road was very quiet and the electric car charger was a definite bonus.

Lovely house, very well appointed. Cozy living room, spacious kitchen, good sized bedrooms. The street was quiet and a perfect location for us. Even had an electric car charger out front. Fabulous toilet seat 😊

Easy to find, just inside the inner ring road. A very well appointed property with good off road parking for two cars, lots of tech in the house which felt very modern. Everything was as described in the listing and some nice treats on arrival. Just one query was raised which was quickly replied to and resolved by the host, so great communication. Whilst a couple of miles from the city centre (but a lovely walk along the river) this was a worthwhile trade off as after a couple of minutes walk it is only 20-min on the bus (every 10-min or so) to the city centre so no hassle parking in the city. Recommended.

A lovely, cosy, modern house in a sweet cottage. lots of modern amenities that cover everything you could imagine. A great garden which backs onto the nature reserve. Very quiet and would definitely come back again.
