Lovely flat in a great location - easy to walk into central Norwich, lots of buses and plenty of shops, pubs and takeaways. The parking space is invaluable. It’s on a busy road so can get a bit noisy on weekend nights but we loved being in the midst of it - very buzzy and lovely. The flat is comfortable and well-furnished, and had pretty much everything we needed. Storage space slightly limited in one bedroom but it didn’t matter too much. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great location - immediate area has nice pubs, restaurants and shops. There is a bus stop opposite with direct quick link to city centre and train station but actually is very pleasant walk into city centre. Specific parking slot a bonus. Property well maintained. Bedrooms face rear of property so quiet.

The apartment is lovely - bright, spacious and comfortable. It’s a 15-20 min walk into town so well-located and great that it has its own parking spot. Although on a busy road, the bedrooms are at the back so it’s nice and quiet at night. There’s a Co op, Tesco Express, newsagent and takeaways just a minute away. I had to ring for info on how to get in on arrival and the phone was answered straight away and I received the help I needed. The apartment is at the top of the building so there are about 30 stairs to climb. Would definitely recommend and would be very happy to stay there again.

The location of the apartment was fantastic. A 15 minute walk into the city centre. The apartment itself was lovely. Lots of windows and light. The sofa was very comfortable and the open plan layout of the kitchen above the living room meant we could chat and catch up while cooking. The parking at the back was also very useful.

The first reason to pick this property is the location, which is good for the centre of town, and near to a bunch of restaurants and pubs as well as handy amenities like the local co-op. The designated parking space is also a major plus. In terms of practicalities: the bedrooms are on the back of the property so nice and quiet, the shower functions well with decent water pressure, there is a small but functional kitchen including all the basics and some items you don't always get such as chopsticks, a french press and a tea towel (really appreciated that hand soap was available on arrival as well - not everyone thinks of this)! Wifi works throughout the flat and was fast enough for us to stream Netflix, and the remote check in process was clear and easy. It's not a boutique hotel or a 5* luxury experience, but if you want something convenient, practical and stress free, I would recommend this property 100%

Do not stay if you’re disabled and pack lightly as you have to climb quite a few floors, take your own toiletries, coffee, soap, toilet roll, etc as you will struggle to find any of these on offer. I wouldn’t really stay here again for a nice get away, more somewhere to rest your head and are out of luck elsewhere.

Perfect stay for 4 adults, 6 nights, over the Christmas period. Hosts were easy to contact, quick to address any questions (even dropped off some extra fresh towels on Christmas Eve) and check in and out was a breeze. Good location to wander into town and explore lovely Norwich.

New apartment well furnished, clean. Semi-central area with supermarkets and pubs. To access the apartment you have to climb a narrow and slightly steep staircase, not suitable for transporting bulky and heavy luggage, the apartment is also on multiple levels. I would go back

The images bear no resemblance to the current state of the Apt. We booked two nights and travelled from Devon left after one. We would have checked out on the evening we arrived but unfortunately, we were unable to find another Hotel. The whole place is absolutely filthy and has a very strange smell which we think came from the carpets which were absolutely filthy and badly fitted. The bathroom was disgusting and had the following problems: 1. Mould and drip stains on the walls and Velux above the shower. The extractor fan doesn't work and clearly hasn't for some time. Images provided. 2. Black hairs in the shower and on the door. Images provided. 3. The sink and surrounding walls were filthy. Images provided. 4. The Shower tray and surround were rotted out on one side. Images provided. All the skirting boards were disgusting and had obviously never been wiped or cleaned and this also goes for the walls which had marks all over them. One of the towels had bird muck on it! We did contact the host the following day and made everything clear. We have numerous images of the dirt and mould, hairs in the shower, dirty carpets and also of the bird muck on the towel. I am more than happy to share these with anyone. We have asked for a refund and did provide photos but we have been refused on the grounds that we didn't contact them on arrival! How on earth we could do this so late and resolve the matter is beyond me. After the ridiculous response from these people, I will be taking further action and I truly hope the whole place was steam cleaned before the next guest's arrived! I don't want to ruin anyone's business but customer service and satisfaction should be a top priority and this case it clearly isn't. Even when presented with images of the mould and bird muck on the towel these people still refused to refund us. Do you think they would accept this if they were staying in a Hotel? I think not. I find it incredible that reviewers are unable to upload images on Airbnb and it seems to me that most people would be scared to leave negative feedback for fear of receiving the same back. Such a lovely apartment & perfectly situated. Great place to stay if you want to be within walking distance of the city centre. Loved the style of the apartment and fell in love with the sofa. We had a lovely time. Just bare in mind that there are some low, sloped ceilings and a fair amount of stairs. Would highly recommend!

This is a well equipped flat. Everything you might need was there but lots of stairs to top floor. Good location for getting into the city centre about 15/20 min walk. Parking good , and essential as Norwich is very busy and parking in town is not easy. Plenty of cafes/shops nearby for essentials. Also easy to drive out to the Broads or the coast from here. Host was prompt to respond with details for arrival etc.

We stayed in this flat while we were in Norwich for our daughter's graduation at the university. It was perfect for what we wanted and in an excellent location with great shops and places to eat nearby. The parking space at the back of the property is very handy too. The furnishings and interior are of a very high quality, and it is a very pleasant and relaxing place to stay.

We had a nice time staying at Sascha's appartment in Norwich. It's in a quiet neighbourhood with shops and restaurants close by. Sascha was very responsive and answered quickly. The only negative point was that there wad only one toilet paper roll for 3 days and 4 people so we had to get some ;) but overall we had a fantastic stay and I would recommand staying at this appartment.

It was a good location for the UEA Sport Park or heading into town. The local shops were handy and the Farmhouse Pub just up the road was lovely- good food. We had everything we needed and all slept well. There are a lot of stairs but the flat is great. All the appliances are good quality and the shower was hot. We would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone!

Bright and clean second floor flat but not suitable if you struggle with stairs. Everything you need for a short break is provided including towels. Sascha was an excellent host, providing lots of information prior to arrival and access was exactly as he said although getting into the car parking space was a bit tight. I was in Norwich for Business and was lucky to find this apartment. The property is stylish and comfortable and has been furnished to a high standard throughout. A good size living room, comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen made it a home from home for me. It is situated in a popular area with coffee shops and restaurants on your doorstep and a Tesco within 5 minutes walk. Highly recommend this apartment for any Business travellers. I very much enjoyed my visit and hope to stay again soon.

I stayed in Sascha's flat with my girlfriend for three nights, and we loved the flat. It's cosy, characterful, has some great restaurants/pubs right on the doorstep, and is only a short walk into town. Having a designated, private parking space round the back was also a big plus for us. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Norwich.

We had a 2 night stay. I can thoroughly recommend it . The flat was a good size and was really well furnished and presented . Sascha communicated well prior and during our stay . The flat was located opposite ships, cafe and bars . It was a 15 minute walk in to Norwich . Simply brilliant !!

The flat is beautifully presented and the layout is great. We went to the pub across the road for a cocktail and sat outside in the sun, very relaxing. We also walked to The Earlham Arms one evening for a meal, nice food. We didn't walk to the centre/shops but you would be able to from the flat. The flat is very accessible and a good base to visit The Broads, Great Yarmouth etc. Parking is fine. Make sure you make a note of all the door locks!!!!

Sascha' apartment was perfect for our weekend in Norwich. A comfortable 20 minute walk into the city centre, there is a lovely coffee shop, takeaway, pub and restaurants opposite the apartment should you need. The apartment block was smart and felt safe despite being a busy area. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedding and towels were lovely and fresh. We appreciated the designated parking- just be careful if you have a big car- it's a tight squeeze!
