The space
The large living room provides plenty of seating with a sofa and armchairs, opening into a dining area that seats up to six guests.

The fully equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar and all the essentials for a self-catering stay, including a fridge freezer and a washing machine in the utility room.

This spacious three-bedroom property includes a double room with a king-size bed and two twin rooms. The double bedroom offers ample built-in wardrobe space, and all rooms are filled with natural light.

There are two bathrooms: an upstairs bathroom with a shower over the bath and a downstairs bathroom with a shower cubicle and WC.

Outside, enjoy the enclosed garden with a dining table and BBQ.

- property actually seemed better than the photos (photos don't show the space in the lounge/dining room well). - decent amount of parking - good location

Ideal for exploring wells and other areas nearby. Right near the centre but in a quiete location. Pretty walk to the beach through a woodland track or via the harbour. Would recommend.

Super stay here Very spacious ,clean with extremely comfortable beds. Great garden for relaxing.Beautiful views and short walk into Wells.

House is conveniently located close to Wells and opposite the Holkham nature reserve. We were there during carnival week and had a great time watching the floats etc. Nearby Cley was also having a pirate themed bbq and is well worth visiting, as is Blakeney. The only two points we struggled with is the driveway sign for the house doesn’t say no.5 so we drove past it and we could never get the dvd player to work.

  • For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
  • If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
