The space
The large living room provides plenty of seating with a sofa and armchairs, opening into a dining area that seats up to six guests.

The fully equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar and all the essentials for a self-catering stay, including a fridge freezer and a washing machine in the utility room.

This spacious three-bedroom property includes a double room with a king-size bed and two twin rooms. The double bedroom offers ample built-in wardrobe space, and all rooms are filled with natural light.

There are two bathrooms: an upstairs bathroom with a shower over the bath and a downstairs bathroom with a shower cubicle and WC.

Outside, enjoy the enclosed garden with a dining table and BBQ.

A great place to stay, clean and all the basics provided. The location was a real highlight, a short walk to the town centre and to the beach which was much appreciated when we noticed there were long queues for the beach car park leading all the way into Wells A few specifics worth mentioning: - Appreciate the dishwasher tablets and tea towels that were left in the kitchen, in other places we've had to go and buy our own. - The hosts were proactive in sending messages which we appreciated. - The place was clean throughout with plenty of pillows on each bed. - Parking for two cars All in all a great place to stay, and somewhere I will book again if we're ever in the area.

We really enjoyed our short break in Wells. The holiday home was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location was excellent - very quiet but just a few minute stroll to the harbour and shops.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is warm and cosy and in a great location being close to the town and walkable to the beach. There is ample parking for 2 cars, the kitchen is fully equipped and the additional fridge freezer in the outhouse is very useful. The property is in a quiet spot, the garden looked lovely and there are nice views from the windows. Unfortunately, non of us slept well; finding the mattresses and pillows uncomfortable (one of mine was very smelly, couldn’t locate any additional pillows in the property). The property was not ready for our arrival, the main bed was not made up and there was bedding piled in the corner, not enough towels; very frustrating when arriving after 4 in darkness and needing to sort that out immediately. Host and Stay and the housekeeping company responded promptly to our calls and the bed had been made and new towels provided about 2 hours after our arrival. There were also no bin liners at all and very few household supplies.

Ideal for exploring wells and other areas nearby. Right near the centre but in a quiete location. Pretty walk to the beach through a woodland track or via the harbour. Would recommend.
