Perfect for a short stay, a comfortable lounge and fully equipped kitchen. Lots of natural light and in a great spot!!

They didn't let me arrive before the time nor to leave a suitcase, I got it. They said it was because of the cleaning. Okay. But when I arrive at the apartment, it was quite clear that it was not clean, the stench strong and the strong smell of mold. Garbage was in the rotten kitchen, the bed had several hairs and the dirty bed trough!!!! And under the bed much dirtier still, I filmed everything I sent to them, it took hours to answer me! And they asked if I wanted someone to go clean up ! Hi ? What do you mean ?? If you didn't let me in before why the cleaning was being done, I wasn't going to leave for another cleaning ! This was supposed to have been done prior to my arrival, I was very disappointed. I put it all to wash ! I found it quite disappointing in a matter of cleaning ! However, the location is good, apartment is very small , the old sofa, tasted, with a strong smell! The frigobar without the pieces , broken. For the value I rented, I thought it was better !!!

  • For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
  • If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
