Deceptively big property with family bathroom and 4 beds upstairs, 2 with ensuite and 3 downstairs 1 with ensuite plus downstairs loo. Well equipped kitchen with plenty space to sit and eat/play games etc. Pretty garden with dining table, umbrella and hot tub. We managed well with 8 adults and 5 children 7 and under but 14 adults would be a squeeze. Sound carried within the house especially upstairs, a problem with small children but we coped.

On arrival reported disgusting shower head in en-suite and dirty utensil drawers in kitchen along with dirty microwave and cupboards. Had to swop shower head myself with another en-suite as dare not use other one for hygiene reasons. Host acknowledged complaint but nothing was done to rectify anything, there was also cobwebs in the en-suite and in the main king bedroom, obviously an issue with cleaners. After paying over £1600 for 4 nights I feel a bit robbed to be honest. The furniture in the lounge is also very tired, when you sit on two of the sofas you are virtually on the floor, also the same with the mattress in the king room. The best part was the hot tub which was lovely but that doesn’t justify the cost 😏.

Hello it was brilliant place to stay at it , but customer needed to have self control over central heating to when turn it on and turn off because midnight rooms we use to stay at it were too cold ? Because central heating were automatically turned on and off so it could become more economical for the host at Airbnb, so this bit needs to improve?

This was a lovely house for a large family group. Well equipped with plenty of kitchen and dining items, plus the dishwasher was good. Had 2 big fridge freezers which was great for storage of food and drink. It had been decorated with festive decorations which was a nice touch. Backed on to some woods which was handy for walking the dogs. Hot tub was perfect. The house was warm, probably too warm for much of the time, especially at night, but better than it being the opposite way round I'm December. One bedroom had a fan which helped at night. Provision of more fans might be useful and may be needed in the summer if it's warm. The downstairs bedroom with wet room was perfect for my elderly Mum, it also felt slightly seperate to give her a bit of peace and quiet. Beds were comfy. Plenty of seating in the lounge.

A really lovely house. We do a family Christmas each year and it's hard to find a place with a large table, lots of sofas to relax, enough bedrooms and parking, plus a hot tub. This had it all for a good price too. Would definitely recommend. The key didn't work which was left but they came to sort it strightaway, they were very lovely and helpful. Thank you for a nice day :)

Perfect place for a family weekend away for 11. 7 bedrooms all a great size and similar so everyone was happy with their's. Big living room dining room was a selling point for us as everyone got a comfy seat without it ever feeling squished. Loved the hot tub, was hot when we got there and all throughout our stay. The kitchen was very well stocked with lots of good quality pots, pans, plates, glasses, everything you may need. Could not fault this property.

The house was amazing, and exactly how it was described. The host were lovely and so helpful, the Norfolk team were great and so efficient. We loved the hot tub! Due to an unforseen issues (no fault of the host) we had no heating the whole weekend but bless the host she tried to resolve it. Apart from that, we had the best time ever, and have plans to rebook again. A big thanks to the Norfolk team, especially Georgia who was so easy to contact. And to the lovely host to. Thank you for the perfect setting for my 30th birthday ❤️❤️

We really enjoyed our stay, there was a large group of us celebrating my sons’s 18th. The only problem is that all rooms have small double beds, only one has a king , the rooms with no en suite would be nice to have a mirror in them, difficult for sleeping people that are not in a couple. Lovely garden, nice park near by.

Went for my birthday with a group of 13 total and 1 dog. We had a phenomenal time. We cooked big meals and had the space to do so. We were able to chill in the hot tub and the garden at any point which was beautiful. The house itself was spotless, absolutely no complaints at all. The rooms were lovely; generally just beautifully laid out. Everyone was satisfied with the stay and we had an amazing time. We were there for 3 days total - on one of them we took a drive to Southwold which was a beautiful seaside town. Another we chilled inside and took a walk 3 mins down the road to the local park to play rounders. We also did laser tag in Norwich. The property has access to lots of things and is super quiet and peaceful to boot. Thank you so much for an epic stay

A well-sized fully-equipped house with lovely garden, and big indoor dining area for communal dining. You are able to walk straight into a forested area at the back which is great for dogs and kids. We stayed as a multi-generational family and the hosts were really helpful letting us know about local events for the children and were very kind. We had a great time using the hot tub - a lovely treat! The only down side is that the walls of the house aren't very thick so you can hear noise from other rooms (we only noticed because we had 3 young children in the party who still wake often overnight).

Excellent communication. The property surpassed our expectations and our family of 14 had a lovely stay here. The property was beautifully clean with everything that you could have wanted. There is a pond at the end of the garden that families with small children may want to be aware of. We would most definitely return.

A really great house, perfect for a large family get together. Close to Norwich and never more than an hour away from the best Norfolk has to offer. The kitchen was well equipped, the garden was lovely (aided by the hot tub and bbq!) and there was loads of space inside too. Highly recommended!

The house was great for our large group, it’s well stocked with everything you need. The garden is beautiful and the hot tub was a bonus. Plenty of car parking space. Beds were lovely and comfy. We had a great time, host was great and recommended some walks.

Fantastic property and a great base to accommodate our family of 4 generations (plus 2 dogs) from our 8weeks old daughter to my 87 year old grandfather to celebrate the platinum jubilee! faultless weekend can't recommend enough frendly host, well equipped and host available via an intercom located just outside the property, I'm sure we will be back in the future

The house was fantastic just what we needed to make life long memories as a family. The 3 downstairs bedrooms were perfect especially for our parents who have mobilty issues so having everything on the same level felt they were both able to be involved all the time. All the bedrooms and bathrooms upstair are also high quality and lovely and clean. The area is beautiful you can take walks in the woods behind the house which was lovely. The hot tub was perfect and enjoyed by everyone. It was very clean ane everything you would need is easily accessed. The host is on hand by a intercom out the back of the property so any problems they will be round quickly to sort it if they can.

Absolutely amazing property couldnt recommend enough it had everything we needed the house was beautiful with stunning furniture and lovely decor. The owner was very welcoming we couldn't work the oven but she was over to help in minutes. We were planning on bringing our dogs and when we arrived they had a dog bed each dog bowls and a blanket each which I thought was just so lovely! we had the best weekend. Thank you again we will definitely be back. Kaysey x

What a fantastic property! We stayed as a group of 10 and there was more than enough space, brilliant eating areas both inside and out and plenty of space for lots of food and drink (2 extra large fridges). The hot tub was brilliant and well kept by the owner, topping up the chemicals during our stay. The bbq in the garden was a great addition which we used twice during our visit. All bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfy. Excellent location only taking 15 minutes to get into Norwich and 1 mile from a huge supermarket. Communication with the agent was very quick and both the check in and out process was very smooth. We would highly recommend staying here to others :)

We are very pleased with accommodation. Clean, spacious, with well maintained garden. Well equipped & good WiFi service. The owners has good taste & given lot of attention to detail. They didn’t cut corners, clearly shows the customer satisfaction is the top priority. Made full use of the Jacuzzi . If looking for recommendation, probably add a WiFi/Bluetooth enabled sound system and add few more medium to large cooking vessels.

Great stay and this beautiful property and great hosting!!! Great space, very clean and well kept indoors and outdoors. Great refrigeration options, very good laundry, dishwashing and cooking/crockery /dining equipment making it really feel like home. Excellent communication by the host and equally reachable during the stay.

Great Property with lots of space for a large group. The hot tub area and garden was great, lots of seating space, parking and shed storage for bikes. The house was very clean and spacious and all our requests were met very quickly. Our only issues were having one towel each for the whole week, none for hot tub use and two of the beds were three-quarter sized not doubles. We enjoyed exploring the local area, lovely woods to walk in and good cycling roads. We also enjoyed some trips to the seaside. Thank you for a lovely stay.
