Good location and responsive host, however with no parking on site this does get a little expensive even with the recommendationw. Lots of information in the manual but the over all apartment was a little run down and does need a refresh.

Not recommended in any way. Old and tired, no expense spent. And when the plug broke and the shower didn’t drain, I requested them to sort it and all I got was a lecture about how plugs work. Awful service, badly maintained place. Avoid.

I've stayed at multiple of the Airbnbs within the apartment complex this is located within most of which are ran by Norfolk Holiday Property. They are usually kept to a high standard, however this time I felt like the property was not cleaned thoroughly, finding cobwebs over all light fixtures and having to removal multiple spiders and dead insects from the property on arrival. The blinds were also semi-functional to the point of requiring an inordinate amount of strength to operate, they are clearly broken and need replacing. The team were responsive and offered to send someone around when I was having trouble with this which was appreciated. Hope they can return to their normal form on my next stay.

I do not recommend staying. The place does not match the photos, it is old and sadly it was not clean. The floor was sticky, the bathtub had hairs, there was a used tissue under de bed, the kitchen had crumbs, the towels had big stains and were very dirty and overol a smell of enclosed. The host replied fast and tried to help, they offered sending someone to clean but at the end we didn’t felt good staying at the place as I was starting to have allergies and the towels were very disgusting. We asked to change the reservation from 8 nights to 2 nights and they agreed but only with a refund of 50% of the total price, which means we lost 2 full nights (~170£). I hope they can give it a better clean and renew furniture since the place is in a good neighbourhood and near to the city center.

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas - the property was exactly as described and brilliantly located within the golden triangle. We found it warm, comfortable and it had all the amenities we needed. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay here, it had everything we needed in a place to stay. Just bear in mind of a weekend noise can be hear from other flats in the building. Otherwise very quiet and no road noise. Nice and warm space, easy to control temperate. Would note smaller in person than in pictures, although that is not a problem just for 2 people

Fabulous appartment in a lovely neighbourhood. Each room is tastefully decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped and easy to use. The apartment is very bright and pleasant, moreover the view overlooks the garden. The bedroom is small but has plenty of storage, and the bedding is very nice. The bathroom is of good size and is nice. The only negative point would be the WIFI which was not extremely powerful. It can be a disadvantage when you want to work from home, but when I had further issues with it, Norfolk Holiday Properties found a solution within an hour which was greatly appreciated. Other than that, everything was perfect. I thank the host for his welcome and I warmly recommend this apartment.

I had a nice stay at Norfolk holiday Properties, good location next to bars restaurantes Tesco express around the corner very good communication the check in very easy to get in to the apartment! The flat look like exactly in the pictures thank very much to host us hope back soon. recommend ;)

Fantastic apartment in a great location on the Unthank Road. Check in was super easy and NHP responded really quickly to a query we had. Check out the Unthank Kitchen and the William and Florence pub for food and drinks

Lovely, very comfortable and clean apartment in a quiet and good location both for Norwich city center and UEA. The kitchen is very well equipped, perfect also for long stays and the bed is super comfortable. I found the code key system very convenient and Sascha was a very helpful host. I strongly recommend and I will be there again very soon !

Great location and very accessible but unfortunately not as good as I hoped, and expected from reviews. The bath had hair in, the mugs and glasses not very clean, bed rather uncomfortable and can hear noise from neighbours early in the morning. I also think the photos are slightly misleading

Great place to stay ! It is well located ! It is clean and beautiful. The area is nice with lots of pubs and restaurants less than 2 minutes away. There are also shops and it is near the city centre. It is actually perfect for a week end or more. Perfect if you are with a friend or for a couple ! The other amazing thing is that if you have any question to ask by email, they ll be answered very quickly. Thank you.

This apartment is in a fantastic location, just a short walk into the centre and lots of shops just across the road. The amenities are good and the layout is fantastic. There was lots of information about Norwich left by the host which we found to be very helpful. Would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

Highly recommended! We had a fantastic stay. Modern, clean, comfortable beds, quiet, fluffy towels and lots of hot water. Lovely little kitchen. Big window letting in lots of light. Would be good if it was possible to prop window open as doesn’t stay up. There are stairs down to bedroom. Shame there wasn’t a designated parking space, but we were provided with parking suggestions and we didn’t have any problems. Good and quick communication with host. Would book again.

I would really recommend staying here. The flat is lovely - very stylish and clean. I didn’t realise this but the flat is on a split-level which gives it a real character. I didn’t have any problems during my stay, but NHP gave me their contact details for all times of the day in case something went wrong. Also, they were prompt at relaying the information to get into the flat and also responding to any questions I had. Overall, they were really professional and considerate. I would definitely stay again!

Sascha's place is PERFECT if you are visiting the Norwich, Norfolk area. It is very hip, clean and in a desirable location with restaurants and friendly pubs right across the street. There is a bus stop steps away from your front door going in either location. Located in the Golden Triangle, it's just minutes away from the main city. Sascha was very accommodating and suggested places to see and restaurants to try. The apartment was clean, cozy and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed and it was just the perfect place to stay for our trip.

Second time we have stayed with Sascha and the accommodation continues to be top class. Easy access to Norwich centre by bus but easily accessible on foot with handy Tesco express a short walk. Would be happy to recommend. Jim

This flat is wonderful! After living in Norwich for a while it was great to be back for a visit with such a good base to go from. The location is brilliant. While it's small it is perfect for the solo traveller or couple. The flat is right near the centre of town by a short walk or 10 min bus trip. It's also close to local amenities such as a chemist, cafes/pubs, supermarkets etc. Also just a 15 min bus trip to the UEA campus. And the bus stop is literally right outside the door! Very easy to travel to and from. It was clean, very comfortable, accessible and felt homely. Sascha was great with communication during my stay when I had any questions and responded quickly which was much appreciated! I couldn't recommend this airbnb enough and hope to be back soon!
