We had lovely stay here, the Glandford village is so beautiful and peaceful. The cottage was really cosy, the log fire touch was an extra special feature! Lots of practical bits which we really appreciate when staying somewhere, to cook with etc. which makes our stay for the week a lot easier! We would more than happy to be stay here again, and would recommend for future visitors.

Very characterful cottage in a lovely village location. Great walks from the front gate around the Bayfield Estate and further afield - beaches, marshes, heathland. Great pubs/restaurants at Cley and Salthouse and other villages.

Fabulous! A great size for two of us and our dog. A safe enclosed garden, and off road parking if you choose (not necessary). We could do a beautiful 5km loop from the house, mostly in the countryside and with minimal livestock, via a plant nursery that had a lovely cafe. The property is cosy, clean and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom was spacious and modern. We had a very relaxing long weekend, doing local walks, eating at the bistro, and visiting nearby towns. We weren’t expecting anything to do in Glandford but there’s a bistro, cafe and a collection of galleries where we bought a new painting for our home! Easy access to the coast, and to Cromer and Wells. Karen is a wonderful hostess, she made us feel very welcome.

Where to start with this review. What a beautiful peaceful location, the property is just perfect and feels like a big hug when you first walk in. Tastefully decorated and kitted out with absolutely everything you could want. The bed is so comfortable and clean too. So dog friendly, a very secure double gated beautiful garden to relax in with a glass or two of an evening. The parking is great and there was plenty of space for our Ford van. The owner lives just behind, but is not intrusive in any way, however, by chance we got chatting and she is such a lovely, friendly kind lady, I feel we have parted as friends. The lovely touch of a bottle of wine, crackers and cheese was so welcome when we arrived too. All in all it’s a fabulous base to visit Norfolk and we will be back as soon as we can do. Thank you Karen and Phoebe for your wonderful home and hospitality x

Lovely few days in Glandford. Would definitely like to return. Great, walks, access to the coast etc. Comfortable barn.

This place was beautiful. It was spotlessly clean & tidy when we arrived. A fire was already set up so all we had to do was lite it. There was a bottle of wine & cheese as well. What more can you ask for. We felt so at home here. Would definitely recommend to our friends & family. Hopefully we will be back soon.
