Beautiful location right on the Broads. Fantastic waking up every morning to a view of the water and boats. House was spotless and host quickly answered all our questions. We are a family of four and found there was so much to do for families in the area, would particularly recommend Wroxham Barns. Neighbours were lovely and so helpful. Hoping to come back soon!

My husband knew exactly where this was located so he found it easily…although when we visited the ‘blue box’ from the how to locate video - the one that divided the road - had gone, so don’t rely on that entirely! The house was fresh, neat and clean and great for the four of us, loaded with everything we needed. It was easy to get in and was pretty comfortable for the duration of the stay. The kids loved having their own TV in their bedroom and being able to see water from every window. They also loved the proximity to The Clubhouse so they could play pool and darts! It was a little too far to walk to Horning sailing club, but wasn’t a problem with the car. There were no bedroom curtains so be prepared to wake early with the sun coming through the blinds! It was very quiet for most of our stay, but also know that the walls are thin (as with lots of new build terrace houses) so noise from the neighbours is unavoidable in peak times.

This was one of the most peaceful and picturesque places I have visited. The owners have left detailed instructions as well as leaflets for things to do as well as menus for local eateries. I will definately recommend this stay to my friends and family who regularly use AirBnb. Massive thanks to the team @ Host &Stay their continuous support and great service before during and now after our stay. The one downfall is the internet quality which I understand is a common issue in and around the Norfolk Broads but it’s not a major problem because it is nice to be a little bit off grid. Thank you

A great 3 night stay at this lovely house - the fab weather certainly helped. We had planned to hire a dayboat one day, and go paddleboarding the other - both of these activities were just a 5 minute walk away - so convenient. A lovely back garden to soak up the sunshine or have a bbq (bring your own). Very clean house, lots of kitchenware (thank you!), towels/linen provided, private parking space, clear instructions. At a push, the only niggle was that wifi kept dropping out. No big deal though. Recommended!

Kingsmere is in a great location, right on the Broads and close to a pub with riverside seating and great food. The portions were enormous! Also a marina where we hired a cruiser for the day is very near. The house was well furnished and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable with lovely white linen. The nearest shop is a short drive away but the milk and tea bags provided were very welcome on our arrival. We recommend a stay here.

We stayed here for a weekend to be close to my parents boat which is in Ferry Marina. It's an ideal place, close to the Marina, and a couple of pubs are close by for food and restaurants. Everything is clearly labelled inside, so operating the appliances is easy. We liked how clean and tidy the place was and a few nice touches similarly to what you would get in a typical welcome pack. The rooms are tidy, and bedrooms fit for purpose. There is no downstairs toilet, just something to be mindful of, it's 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. I would definately use this place again, and it was really easy to gain access. There as also 1 parking space, although the marina also has adequate parking, and that is really close by. I was constantly getting updates and comms regards any help I might need. I will be back. Thanks again.

Location was amazing. Beautiful views. Place was very well equipped and throughout. Beds were very comfy. There was a lot provided in the accommodation. There is a local pub 5 mins walk away but I didn’t think much to their food. It was hard to sit outside in the garden as it wasn’t very private when the neighbours were next door.
