The space
The living area has a comfy sofa, positioned near the balcony doors, which offers scenic views and a refreshing breeze—perfect for relaxing with a film, book, or board game. It can also convert into a bed for a child, available on request.The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials, including an under-counter fridge, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, and microwave—ideal for preparing meals or picnics.
At the rear of the loft, the cosy bedroom features a double bed with a privacy curtain, plus a small hanging rail and coat pegs for convenience.
Next to the bedroom is a shower room with an electric shower, toilet, and wash basin.
The balcony, accessed through double doors, features a table and chairs with beautiful countryside views, perfect for enjoying a sunset with a glass of wine. At the rear, there's a private garden and patio, perfect for guests bringing along a furry friend.

Excellent rural location, very quiet, just a couple of miles from the village of Horning
Bed was very uncomfortable. Couch/settee was very uncomfortable. Veranda tiny and of little use. Lack of some kitchen items such as teapot and one egg cup, rather surprising really. Shower not very efficient.

Very nice little apartment with a sweet balcony above a boat house. Its right by some fens and very quiet, though there were guests staying in another house next door enjoying the swimming pool! There was a book giving tips for some lovely walks and places to go in the local area, but it's very near some major attractions and about 23 mins to the beach which was lovely. It's quite cosy for more than 2 people but it wasn't a problem for us with our little one. Kitchen was perfectly adequate and everything worked. We really enjoyed our stay

The location is absolutely wonderful, surrounded by nature. Beautiful woodland walk at the end of the drive.
Lovely balcony to sit on listening to the birds. Perfect for me and my dog.
outside chairs on the balcony could be a bit more comfortable, as it's a stunning place to sit.
