The space

The fully stocked kitchen has all the essentials for preparing meals, from a family dinner to a beach picnic. It includes a fridge, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, and washing machine for added convenience.

With two comfortable king-size bedrooms, one of which can be converted into twin beds upon request, Coastal Retreat offers plenty of space and storage for a restful stay.

The family bathroom is well-equipped with an electric shower, bath, toilet, sink, and a heated towel rail.

While there’s no garden, the property is centrally located on Overstrand’s main high street, just a short walk from the beach. The local pub and convenience store are only steps away from your front door.

Had a really lovely stay here, ideal location and very spacious, particularly main bedroom and bathroom. Would definitely stay again!

A short stay but most enjoyable. Well equipped, very clean, near to beach, shop and pub. There was a bit of a whiffy smell on arrival which we put down to the drains, when we went out we put cleaner down them and put plugs in and it was fine when we got back. This is a good value for money, nicely located apartment.

Great place to spend a short stay. Beach really close by and only 10 mins from Cromer for all the great things to do there. Place was just as described and had everything we needed.

Just returned from three nights at this pleasant ground floor apartment . Very easy access to accommodation and surroundings area. Pub with good food , shop and nice walks with a slope access to beach , all very near. Very clean , good TV , very comfortable beds and lovely linen. Bad points , no freezer for ice for G&T , lounge needs more comfy seating !! Sooo uncomfortable , a dishwasher instead would of washing machine so kitchen things are clean. Bathroom enormous , could do with a separate shower as access to shower in bath is not easy if you have some limiting mobility. All in all a nice break for a very reasonable price. I would return again. Also free parking available near to front door.
