Great place to spend a short stay. Beach really close by and only 10 mins from Cromer for all the great things to do there.
Place was just as described and had everything we needed.

Great stay. Lovely surprise of a bottle of wine waiting for us, thank you. The facility was clean and comfortable . Enjoyed the whole stay. Perfect for location, only a 2 mile walk to Cromer either from Cliff top walk or along the beach . We will be booking again

Just returned from three nights at this pleasant ground floor apartment . Very easy access to accommodation and surroundings area. Pub with good food , shop and nice walks with a slope access to beach , all very near. Very clean , good TV , very comfortable beds and lovely linen. Bad points , no freezer for ice for G&T , lounge needs more comfy seating !! Sooo uncomfortable , a dishwasher instead would of washing machine so kitchen things are clean. Bathroom enormous , could do with a separate shower as access to shower in bath is not easy if you have some limiting mobility. All in all a nice break for a very reasonable price. I would return again.
Also free parking available near to front door.

The location was super, really close to the beach. The property was a great size for us (two adults and a baby)

The crockery / cutlery wasn’t clean when we arrived, however I think this might have been due to a lack of washing up liquid so that was most likely a one off, rather than the norm!

Location was excellent. Good size bathroom.

Front door lock. Awkward to use, very difficult to open and secure. Main guest bedroom very cramped..

Nice place to stay, only a 5 min walk to the beach. Good on-street parking availability. Good facilities in the apartment.

It was damp. The wall in the main bedroom was wet with rising damp. The windows all had mildew/mould on them. If you put anything on the floor it was damp the next day. The towel rail in the bathroom was rusty and the door lock was so sharp it cut the children’s fingers!

This was an ideal property and location for a week away with my 86-year-old mother. The flat was on the ground floor and I was able to park the car either directly outside or very close by. The village of Overstrand is very pleasant and just a short drive to other amenities in Cromer.
The flat itself was as described, the kitchen well equipped and the beds very comfortable. We were very happy with our choice.

Location was great.

The interior was getting a bit tired, rusty radiator, tired shower....
Noise from upstairs. Too many signs around the property saying do not...... It was like a youth hostel rather than a holiday home.

It was comfortable, and had everything we needed.

It sounds picky but everything was clean and homely, except the radiator in the bathroom really needed a good clean, it was going rusty, either paint it or replace it. No problems with anything else.

There is enough space for a family of four. Two good size bedrooms and a dining-living-kitchen area. The kitchen is well equipped to cook meals for children and there is enough space for the children to play in the living-dining area.
The property is located near the shop, not too far from the pub and a pleasant 2min walk to the cliff with a cafe and a zigzag “road” to a beautiful sandy beach.
The neighbourhood is very friendly and peaceful. It is true that the flat is on the corner of two streets but one of them is very quiet and the other has a few people passing in the morning or evening on their way to the shop or pub. The parking on the quiet street felt very safe and it was just a few meters from the door.
Overstrand is peaceful and the sandy/pebble beaches stretch in both directions. It is never crowded unlike the Cromer beach.

There is sadly no garden or outdoor area but it is very close to the beach.
Also, we would have loved to have a freezer or a freezer compartment in the fridge.

We had a lovely stay at this property great location access to beach at end of the road pub and local shop post office with speed bank located inside nice place to relax and explore.Dog friendly area where they let you bring your dog inside. Enjoyable stay thanks

Great location.. 5 minutes walk to the beach.. 7 mins to Cromer by car. Certainly felt like a home from home and certainly will book again.

I thought the single beds were very small, and had a plastic sheet on them .I understand this but surely a mattress protector on top of that would have been better as well .Everytime I turned in bed all I could hear was the crinkling of the plastic sheet .
Only1 toilet roll provided for 3adults .

the code for the key safe was wrong took 1 hour of phone calls to be told a different code was by then going to see if the white horse down the road had a room could have done without the stress

Location of property about its only plus for us in the context of what was not right about it.

Cleanliness and maintenance were poor including towels and bedding which had not been changed but left as if they were I.e. towels folded and arranged on the bed !. That was the most unpleasant thing which was not right - it was a case of nothing majorly wrong but just far too many small things not as we would expect.

The beds were clean and comfortable and a good size. Plenty of very white, clean and soft towels. Facilities included iron and ironing board. Shower good. Kitchen facilities adequate. Overall seemed clean and I’m a clean freak!

We didn’t like the fact the door opened from the street straight into the sitting/kitchen area and that all windows faced the street inc of bedrooms, so needed curtains closed most of the time. Only one key, there were two of us and needed a key each at times as not joined at the hip! Bath had a crack in it which we were warned about it but the bath screen door was in a need of a good clean where joined to bath. The FREE on street parking wasn’t ideal.
