Applegarth House features three inviting bedrooms: a king-sized room, a double room, and a twin room. The thoughtfully decorated king-sized room includes clothing storage and a small TV, while the double room is equipped with a desk. The twin room has two single beds.

The newly updated family bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower, is conveniently located just off the living room.

Step into the charming back garden, ideal for family barbecues and offers ample space to relax and reconnect with loved ones.

Lovely stay in spacious bungalow set in a quiet residential area. Lots of amenities nearby and easy access to major road routes. Ideal place for our family holiday with 2 kids.

Okay but room for improvement. Location was great, restaurant, takeaways & shops nearby. Quiet area, 10 mins from town centre. Garden was best feature. Beds clean & comfy. Bathroom seemed new. House needed better cleaning and some maintenance. Floors were filthy. Kitchen tap very loose. Crockery, cutlery all needed washing before use. Bins outside overflowing on arrival. Previous guests old clothes & toiletries left behind in drawers. Stinking trainers in living room. One cheap toilet roll left for four people, bring plenty. No hand towel or dish cloths in kitchen. Mouldy placemats in living room cupboard. Internet very unstable & didn't extend to patio. Bit on the expensive side for the condition the place. Ok if you need somewhere for up to 6 to stay near town.

The accomodations were very nice. We like the upgraded bathroom. However, we found the kitchen to be not very clean upon arrival. There were many food crumbs all over the counter tops and pieces of food on the floor near the trash can. Furnishing in the living room were also very dusty. The metal dish strainer is rusting and there were old loaves of bread in the bread canister. It was really this lack of cleanliness mostly in the kitchen area that made us drop from 5 to 4 stars. Otherwise we enjoyed the place very much.

A generally good stay, location was handy to lots of amenities. Sadly the house was really dusty and dirty in places. When I raised maintenance issues with the house, nothing was done by the agent.

beautiful home, the garden is wonderful. location is ideal with a shop just round the corner and a Thai takeaway at the end of the road. taxi into the city takes around 9 minutes, it was a very nice place to stay in a good location at a very good price.
