Newly refurbished for 2021, Mallard Annex is one of five charming self-catering apartments at The Eiders. Located just outside West Runton and only a couple of miles from the beach, it’s a perfect spot for a peaceful North Norfolk escape. With access to a shared on-site outdoor pool, fire pit, and gardens, it offers a truly relaxing setting. Mallard Annex features a spacious bedroom, comfortably sleeping up to two guests.
The space
Mallard Annex is a bright and spacious annex with a private entrance and modern furnishings. It features a large king-sized bedroom with a TV, two-seater sofa, and dining table for two.

The kitchenette, located at the entrance, includes a kettle, toaster, microwave oven, two hobs, fridge, and sink.

A large bathroom with a rainfall shower is situated just off the kitchen.

Set within two acres of beautifully maintained gardens and woodlands, the property also offers access to a solar-heated outdoor pool (open from 17th May to the end of September), with seating and sun loungers available. There’s also a shared garden with a fire pit seating area for relaxing.

  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
