The space
This charming ground-floor apartment is furnished with modern decor and equipped with convenient amenities. The kitchen-living area is spacious enough for two guests, featuring a small dining table perfect for breakfast or light lunches. Relax in the cosy seating area with a leather two-seater sofa, armchair, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The kitchenette includes a microwave, kettle, toaster, electric hot plates, and sink, along with all necessary crockery and silverware.The bedroom features a super king-size bed (which can be converted to two singles upon request), a wardrobe, and direct access to the balcony.
There are two bathrooms, each with a shower, wash basin, and W/C.
Step outside onto the wooden balcony, accessible through double glass doors, where you'll find outdoor seating and lovely views. Spend your evenings enjoying the peaceful sights of the duck pond and distant rolling fields.
The Eiders sits on two acres of land with a shared garden surrounded by woodland. Guests can enjoy the solar-heated outdoor swimming pool, then relax in the evening by the outdoor fire pit.
The pool is open from 17th May to the end of September, with seating, sun loungers, and parasols available poolside.

Set back from the road, it's a very peaceful haven, but only minutes to the centre of Sheringham, Cley, Weybourne and Blakeney. You will need a car to get around. If you are looking for somewhere clean and comfortable, where you will be out and about most of the day and be back in the evening to prepare a simple meal, then this is the place for you. It would have been nice to have been provided simple cooking things such as salt, oil, vinegar etc. The apartment was very cold during the night as the heating is not on then due to a timer, and the extra electric heaters provided weren't very effective (one didn't actually work). The hot water/showers were great, and our apartment had two bathrooms which was a bonus

Aylesbury is a one-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with a living/dining room and a kitchenette. The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment is clean and modern. There's also decking which overlooks the duck pond, and it's good to sit there and watch the antics of the wildlife. The pool is large, cold, but refreshing. Light meals can be taken in the living room, with a table for two. The complex is just off a reasonably busy A road and you can hear the road when on the decking. It takes about 5 minutes by Cromer, a similar distance to Sheringham - both decent seaside towns - and about 10 minutes to the market town of Holt.
