Such a cute, cosy cottage. Nice and clean and comfy. The location is superb near the centre of Cromer and the beach.

Nice house, excellent location next to the sea. Fair bit of noise from pub across the road. Didn’t bother us too much but might be frustrating if you wanted an early night. Otherwise everything was great.

Very comfortable, cozy and cute place - extremely central to many locations and especially the seaside. Highly recommended!

It was perfectly located & walkable to plenty of restaurants, shopping etc. It was clean w/ clear instructions/info on things. That being said some things really lacking namely the mattress because it was a very uncomfortable thin spring mattress. We really disliked it. We also found it odd that we booked for a week but were only given 1 & 1/2 rolls of toilet paper so we had to buy our own. There were only 2 sheets of paper towels & 1 laundry pod. None of these would've lasted a weeks stay. Not deal breakers but we've never stayed in an Airbnb that was this lacking in the basics. Another thing of note was that 3 out of 7 nights there was insanely crazy loud road construction right outside at the corner where the Albion pub is. It sounded like jackhammering that went until midnight those nights. The pub was loud too. Thank goodness for white noise apps. Otherwise we wouldn't have slept at all. Overall we were happy with our stay but will look for a quieter location next time.
