The kitchen centers around a stunning island, providing ample countertop space along with a large sink and draining board. Fully equipped with various appliances, utensils, and glassware, it's a chef's paradise. The adjacent dining area features a large wooden table with seating for six. A washing machine and dryer are conveniently located in the utility room.
Experience three bright and airy bedrooms, all featuring high-quality bed linen. The ground floor includes a twin bedroom with direct access to the outdoors. Upstairs, the master suite boasts a super-king bed and an ensuite shower room, while the third bedroom can be converted from twin to king upon request, showcasing a unique window overlooking the dining area.
The ground floor offers a family bathroom with a luxurious bathtub, toilet, sink, and under-sink cabinet. Boathouse Barn is an absolutely delightful place to stay. A peaceful, tranquil retreat, yet only a ten minute walk into the village. The barn is beautifully presented but is also extremely practical, particularly if you have a dog with you. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Classy accommodation - free of clutter and spacious. Rented for a special family break - plenty of room for 6 adults & 2 dogs. Comfy chairs suitable for older people. Good facilities and simple to use. Warm with good light. Nice wooded grounds available for walks and adjoining footpaths. Easy to keep clean. Would use again if in area.
