The space
Tide & Time is located just outside Potter Heigham, home to the famous Hickling Broad. This riverside accommodation offers two bedrooms, a lounge, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a power shower, and a decked area with direct river access.The open-plan living area includes comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, DVD player, foldable dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine.
Sleeping up to six (including at least two children), the first bedroom has a double bed, while the second features a double bed, single bunk (for children only), and a single bed.
Relax in the riverside garden, enjoying the wildlife and watching boats sail by.

Guests have access to the full cabin. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.One well-behaved dog is welcome to stay at the property.

The walk from the car park is ten minutes at a normal walking pace. Fairly uneven ground in places with lots of dog feces left around. Tide and Time is very tired looking and in need of a lot of TLC. The exterior was very dirty looking with flaking paint, algae and moss. There are bits of old fence. pipes, rusty old chairs and general old garden rubbish dumped beside the property and a dilapidated old shed next door literally falling apart.The deck is treacherous, very slippy and broken in places. We fell on four occasions during our stay with me ending up in the river once. We went inside and the place was literally swarming with flies. very few lights worked, the toilet unusable as they had not emptied the septic tank, the microwave not working, dishwasher not usable, dirty cups and plates in the cupboard and cutlery also filthy. The sofa's have stains on them and there was no parking permit. Extremely disappointed with this property and would strongly advise against staying here.

- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.

- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
