My stay at the apartment was lovely as it was clean, tidy and had all the amenities expected. The bed was really comfortable with a clean, smart bathroom and functional kitchen. The location was very convenient to visit the centre of Brighton and for catching the bus. The only small issue I had was that it could be a little noisy at night being near town and a main road.

Great place for our long weekend, spotless, modern but cosy, nice kitchen and bathroom (shower), we know and like the area, lively road with lots of food options and 2 nice pubs nearby. The north lanes are a short walk and the pier / sea front a little further but still walkable. Highly recommend the very close by pizza place on the corner it’s fantastic.

Please take your shoes off when inside the property - As per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking and no parties please, at all times - Any lost keys and keys not returned to correct location will incur a charge - If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £25 - Unless agreed in advance a late check out will incur a fee of £50 per hour - There will be a fine of £150 for smoking indoors - Any sign of pets staying in the house will incur additional fees. Thank you for your understanding.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
