We had the best Friendsmas staycation and couldn’t have picked a more perfect location. Everything you need is right on the doorstep, which made the whole stay so easy and stress-free. The house was spotless and beautifully kept — you could tell a lot of care had gone into preparing it. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better host; communication was great and they made sure we had everything we needed. I’ll definitely be back in the summer and would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a cosy, hassle-free getaway.

Fantastic accomodation right in the lanes. Clean, comfortable and family friendly. We would definitely go back again. Next time take Nespresso Vituoso pods rather than the ordinary ones and maybe own soft loo roll 🙂

Our second stay at this ideally located house. Perfect for an extended family or group of friends. Appreciate the extra seating and sofas as we normally visit during the winter and want to spend time together both inside and out and about in Brighton.

This property is a great location. Disability access is probably a bit difficult as it’s a bit hilly and has steep stairs inside. The accommodation had everything that we required. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻❤️

Stayed 3 nights for a family wedding in town, location of the house was perfect for access to North Laine cafes and shops and walking to the beach. Large Sainsbury’s supermarket just 2 streets away, and Brighton station just up the road. 4 good size bedrooms with various bed layouts, ideal for 8 people, lots of space downstairs for lounge and dining and a small back yard. One main bathroom and other shower room is en-suite from one of the bedrooms, just to be aware. One limitation of the location is parking, there’s no free parking close by (we dropped luggage and took the car out of town). Overall we would happily use this house again for a large group, we didn’t have any problems.

A lovely place to stay - in a great location! We could walk to all of the places and it was only a five minute walk from the train station! The BnB was very clean and as described in the pictures with an easy check in.

We loved our stay in Tidy Street, the house is far bigger than it appears from the photos and, yet, is really homely too. It’s very well equipped and a brilliant base from which to explore Brighton. The downstairs living area is a great space for everyone to relax and the courtyard is a real sun trap. Very impressed with it all and hope to be back again sometime.

The place is a short distance from the train station and accessible to the seafront and everywhere important in Brighton. It was like home away from home. The kitchen has a freezer (though not mentioned on the list of amenities) we could keep ice cream for the kids

The house is clean and nice. However, no eating utensils at all. only 2 toilet paper rolls for 10 people for 3 days. no other tissue available. Limited one small packs of shampoo, shower gel in one bathroom, not enough for 10 people. not responding to my enquiries re my issues above.

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend in Brighton. The house was comfy, clean and well-appointed. Perfectly located to explore all that Brighton has to offer and a lovely place to return to at the end of the day. Beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious and the small paved garden was a welcome outside space. Absolutely recommend.

My family had a great time staying here. Everything was just as described - well-equipped, cozy, and in a great location close to everything we needed. One thing to note: there are quite a few seagulls in the area, and they can be a bit noisy, especially in the morning. It didn’t bother us much at all, but if you're not used to the sounds, it’s something to be aware of.

We had a good stay at this property! It was clean and in an excellent location for exploring Brighton. A couple of small things that were not accurate in the listing - there is not a travel cot or high chair available when it says there is, but there is a freezer in the property when it states there isn’t. As previous reviews say, the front bedrooms are very noisy and the building overall is very warm which is worth considering. Also, for the price per night I think it would be good for dishwasher tablets and more than 1 toilet roll to be provided by the hosts! Overall though a good property and stay.

The house was lovely- well furnished and very comfortable. It is very well situated being very central. A few minor problems included Nespresso machine not working, have to be careful with knob on bathroom door which came off once ( I think both of these have been mentioned before). Knob on kitchen tap also came off twice. We couldn't adjust temperature of water in bathroom shower which was a bit too hot. Hopefully this will be sorted as could be dangerous. Overall though very good accommodation

Firstly the location is fantastic you are so close to everything The house was lovely very clean! Loved the comfy sofa! Friend used bunk beds first night but maybe not ideal for older people she used the sofa bed the second night which she said was ideal! Bathrooms lovely! Kitchen was small but fine for us! The only thing I would say was loads of wine glasses but only 2 glasses for juice water etc and coffee maker didn’t work but had cafeteria so used that which was fine lovely little court yard which was lovely to sit and have a coffee there were 8 of us and we all said we would come back!

Our family of 10 (including 5 kids) had a great time here. The house was big enough for all of us, with space to spread out in the sofa area or dining table. The house is exceptionally located, we loved walking through the lanes each day and trying a new coffee shop or browsing. Easy walk to the pier and pavilion. Some bedrooms facing the street can let in noise from passersby or cars going past so sensitive sleepers should bring earplugs!

Paid parking 2 mins walk away on Trafalgar Square for £26 per day other cheaper options are further away. Large comfortable king size beds. great convient location with paid parking a stones throw away. Wouldn't recommend the master room or front bedroom if you're a light sleeper as you can hear absolutely EVERYTHING from outside we had to switch rooms around & share beds because of this which was disappointing as we picked this place so everyone would have their own room. (Back of the house is double glazed but front of house it's single glazed windows which do nothing to stop sound) you can literally hear every single seagull from the crack of dawn at 4am to anyone walking past or car going by as though the window is open every when it's closed. if your a heavy sleeper it should be fine but a few of the family really struggled.

We loved the home and the location. It was extremely loud at night, like really loud. It had plenty of space for the 8 people who stayed. However, on the second day of our stay we noticed someone had entered the property without our consent and turned some lights on and removed some linen items. This made us all feel really unsafe and unsettled. I raised my concerns with the host and there wasn’t really anything they could do so I reported it to Airbnb. This behaviour is unacceptable when renting a property, the property management should have informed us someone was coming, especially because 4 of the guests were small children. Otherwise the home was lovely, great location and would stay again pending how they handle this breach of privacy.

Visited Brighton with friends for the long weekend. From the station, you can reach quickly on foot. Within walking distance of all pub-restaurant, etc., but just the tranquility in the street and the house. 4 bedrooms and everything to your liking. So it would definitely be recommended in terms of house location enovor. Host is also very responsive if needed. Definitely recommended.

We were there with 5 kids. There were plenty of space, we spent most of our time in the living area downstairs. Bedrooms were good size. kitchen well equipped and there were also washing machine and drier. Brighton station is veri close but downtownand seacoast was also in walking distance. For familelies like ours I can recommend the place to stay.

This is the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at as a family! Everything about the place was as described and even better. Cleanliness was impeccable and location was perfect; a walkable distance to anywhere in the city really. The house is very well furnished and decorated and the heating was great as well. Communication with the hosts was smooth and they were quite friendly and accommodated our requests to their best ability. We’d definitely come back again. Thank you so much :)

Good location only minute from the stationand fairly quiet given minutes from lots of pubs restaurants etc. lots to do within walking distance house is clean and recently decorated. Outdoor patio looks good for summer. Nice to have kitchen , a dining table and lounge settees TV all in one area. Heating was on and it was nice and warm. But disappointed that coffee machine is a Nespresso Virtuo and only takes capsules and not pods which we bought and there were also pods in cupboard which couldn't use .

We had an amazing stay. It is often hard to find a nice place for 9 people and have all their needs met, but we were blown away by this place. Very cosy, amazing location, amazing soft beds and showers. Absolutely loved Brighton and if we ever return, we’ll stay here again. 10/10 recommend!

Clean, tidy and well decorated property over three floors. Large lounge/diner had plenty of room for our party of 8 adults and 3 children. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. There is no parking outside, but we knew that before we booked. We used the station car park which is a short walk away We would definitely stay again.

Lovely house in a great location in the North Lanes of Brighton. Very responsive hosts, had a minor hitch with the room configuration, which was fixed on day 2 without hassle. House well presented, modern with everything needed for a great stay. Area is fabulous, loads to see and do, with cafe's, restaurants and shops all on the doorstep, and a short walk from the trains station.

We had a wonderful stay in Brighton and enjoyed the beautiful appartment very much. It was well equipped and very clean. The rooms were beautifully decorated. Also, the communication was great and we loved that there was baggage storage available after checkout! I highly recommend staying here and would definitely return!

Beautiful newly renovated home. A few little hiccups that were addressed right away, however We never did get the Nespresso machine to work. Walking distance to everything, top of the line kitchen, comfortable beds and a great bathroom. Bring earplugs though, the seagulls squawk all night. Overall, a great stay that I would highly recommend

Spent a week in this lovely and spotless property with my family. All 10 of us absolutely loved our stay here. The lounge area is just lovely to hang out in and play games of watch a bit of tv together. We couldn’t be happier with the location, you have such great restaurants, cafes and shops on your doorstep, yet it’s on a quiet street. The house was so comfortable and everyone slept wonderfully once we got used to the seagulls. We had everything we needed in the house. Couldn’t recommend it higher. The host was swift to respond as well.

Great house - good large communal area and a great base for exploring Brighton. Everything was clean and tidy - so much so it looks new! No parking nearby, so we did a quick drop at the door and then parked the car up further afield for the weekend. Only two toilet/wash facilities between 10 people, but we were all out most of the time so wasn't an issue. Very responsive maintenance crew - came to fix a wobbly loo seat within a couple of hours - thank you

The house was absolutely perfect - pristine, great kitchen with high quality appliances, super comfortable beds, and lots of space. Jessica at Airhost For You was a brilliant communicator, extremely friendly and responsive. The location is perfect to access all Brighton has to offer. Would highly recommend.
