Newly decorated throughout, our flat is really homely, cosy, comfortable and has everything you'll need for a great stay by the sea! It has 2 bedrooms - 1 with a double bed, 1 with a single plus a double sofa bed in the lounge for an additional guest sleeping 4 guests in total very comfortably. We are located just a few minutes stroll from the beach and close to plenty of lovely cafes and restaurants. There's a car park in the next street for cheap, all day parking.
The kitchen is fully equipped so you are welcome to cook brunch or dinner during your stay and help yourself to fresh cafetiere coffee too. The lounge is really homely with a comfy sofa, TV, DVD player and plenty of DVDs that you are welcome to watch during your stay plus a stereo system. There's is, of course, excellent Wifi too.
The bathroom is modern and has a great shower into the bath. We provide toiletries which you are welcome to use.

- Please take your shoes off when inside the property - Please be considerate to neighbours at all times - As per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking and no parties please - no pets - Any lost keys and keys not returned to correct location will incur a charge - Unless agreed in advance a late check out will incur a fee of £50 per hour - There will be a fine of £50 for smoking indoors. Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
