Feel at home in this charming one bedroom apartment with a stunning private garden and great views over Brighton. The bright, light lounge has a large, comfy L-shaped sofa which opens up onto the kitchen and dining area creating a lovely, light sociable space that's perfect for relaxing, plus double French glass doors that lead out onto the terrace and garden beyond. The garden has a table & chairs to eat outside in the warmer months of the year. This is the perfect place for a peaceful stay
The space
This is a perfect apartment, located in a quiet spot for a relaxing stay in a friendly neighbourhood with great coffee spots and an excellent location if you wish to head into the hustle and bustle of Brighton itself.

The home is set on the ground floor and as an added bonus has its own garden and terrace accessed via the lounge through the double French glass doors.

The bright and light living room and dining area is both cosy and spacious, with fantastic features to make you feel totally at home. The large L-shaped sofa is the perfect spot to cosy up and take in the lovely view of the garden. There is a TV in the lounge with a BT TV box and Freeview, as well as a DVD player for you to watch your favourite movies.

There is a spacious kitchen where you have everything you need to whip up a delicious dinner, including cooking utensils, cutlery, glassware and plenty of cookware. There is also lots of complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper and cooking oil for all guests so please help yourself!

There is a lovely bedroom with a large and comfortable king-size bed and modern decor. The bedroom is light, with a lovely view of the greenery and the front terrace area. There's also plenty of storage space for your personal belongings.

There is free Wifi throughout the property, a TV and guest toiletries such as soap and shampoo, fresh linen and towels which are provided for all guests. There is also a washing machine for your use during your stay.

This is a lovely quiet neighbourhood yet close enough to the city centre and the beach for guests to enjoy everything Brighton and the surrounding areas have to offer.

The place itself is nice but the customer service, the incosistencies, dismissals and no action ruined it. Check in is at 4pm, which is fairly late, yet the place wasn't vacuumed or mopped and there was debris and dust everywhere. We had several messages saying checkout is at 11, but got a message last evening that we need to be out at 10am and the cleaners will be straight in. We were told a few days prior our booking that the fridge is broken and it will be replaced halfway through our stay. We expressed that we booked a flat to be able to cook and requested compensation, which they didn't provide.The fridge never got replaced.Incurred expenses. We were given a half of a used toilet roll and when I requested more, they refused. When I made it known that this is not acceptable as the roll was used they backtracked but never brought the rolls, we had to buy them. The flat smells strongly of damp, there is a big mould stain in the bedroom by the nightstand. Their attitude was ignorant

It was convenient to take the bus and move around, and the heating was very good. I liked that the communication was quick. I had a comfortable stay. Thank you.

I booked this apartment as a weekend birthday treat for my brother and his partner. The apartment was clean and well located. The only downside to the actual apartment was the small TV in the sitting room and no TV in the bedroom. The main issue however, was with the management company Host & Stay and the enormous amount of information and emails sent by them. I was bombarded with information! They asked for forms to be completed, warned of the consequences of breakages and damages, check in and check out rules and anything else they could think of. They emailed throughout my brother’s stay and then late on Saturday evening sent an email which stated that the check out was now 10am (whereas it had been 11am previously) and later in the same message, it stated that check out was 11am. This was completely unacceptable. The apartment cost £237 for 2 nights and it was a birthday present for my brother. But he couldn’t enjoy his stay, as he was constantly bombarded with messages.

There will be a fine of £50 for smoking indoors. If there is any sign of a pet having stayed at the property either inside or outside, you may be liable for extra charges. Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
