The living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, armchair, and a dining table, creating an ideal area to relax. Unfortunately we’ve experienced a non functioning fridge which caused some inconvenience in terms of food storage which increased considerably our travelling costs, however I am aware they tried to arrange the problem ASAP and the communication was good and responsive.

Potentially a very nice apartment, nicely furnished with personal touches and an extensive collection of books. However the upkeep of the property leaves a lot to be desired! I was unable to lock the front door when I went out the first day, I had to leave the flat unlocked as the key would not turn in the lock. Wasted a lot of time on this, and reporting it to the agent. Later that day the agent contacted to say someone had visited the flat and that the lock worked if you lifted both handles together. This did work but there needs to be instructions to tell you what to do, I have never come across this before. The lock showed signs of damage and I suspect this is not the first time it has played up. There was a fridge/ freezer in the kitchen which did not work. No matter what the thermostat setting it did not get cold, in fact the freezer was warmer than the kitchen! Reported to the agent but matter not resolved before we checked out. Acces is via a very scruffy back entrance by bins

- Please take your shoes off when inside the property - As per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking and no parties please, at all times - Any lost keys and keys not returned to correct location will incur a charge - If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £50 - Unless agreed in advance a late check out will incur a fee of £50 per hour - There will be a fine of £150 for smoking indoors - Any sign of pets staying in the house will incur additional fees.
