Our stay at the property was excellent. Although we spent most of our time outside enjoying the area, the time we spent in the apartment was very pleasant and comfortable for the whole family. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, and the area is very quiet.

Good location for exploring Brighton. Bicycle, train and bus are just a few minutes' walk away. Shops and cafes in the immediate area. We would very much like to come back. The bathroom could possibly have been a little cleaner. But I recommend the place anyway 😁

Unfortunately we’ve experienced a non functioning fridge which caused some inconvenience in terms of food storage which increased considerably our travelling costs, however I am aware they tried to arrange the problem ASAP and the communication was good and responsive.

Potentially a very nice apartment, nicely furnished with personal touches and an extensive collection of books. However the upkeep of the property leaves a lot to be desired! I was unable to lock the front door when I went out the first day, I had to leave the flat unlocked as the key would not turn in the lock. Wasted a lot of time on this, and reporting it to the agent. Later that day the agent contacted to say someone had visited the flat and that the lock worked if you lifted both handles together. This did work but there needs to be instructions to tell you what to do, I have never come across this before. The lock showed signs of damage and I suspect this is not the first time it has played up. There was a fridge/ freezer in the kitchen which did not work. No matter what the thermostat setting it did not get cold, in fact the freezer was warmer than the kitchen! Reported to the agent but matter not resolved before we checked out. Acces is via a very scruffy back entrance by bins

This was our first time using Airbnb so we wasnt sure what to expect when we booked. The property is absolutely lovely place, very homely, and clean. Our 7 year old absolutely loved it. As has has been mentioned before the parking is a bit of a nightmare but that seems to be an problem everywhere in Brighton (we worked around it!). The only real downside to this review is that property is on an extremely busy and noisy road, we struggled to sleep at night. It felt like the windows were open all night. i think the host needs to get someone to look at the windows, as you can see gaps between the window and the frame so i don't think they are closing properly, they let in a lot of noise for double glazing. Overall we enjoyed our stay so thank you.

We stayed with our 18 year old daughter prior to her university start. Spacious well appointed flat. Located just off Dyke road. The road noise may be a concern to some people but overall the flat meet our needs.

Great stay for our little family with kids and a dog for a few days! Perfectly placed a mile or so from the coast, which we easily walked and got the bus down to with easy links. The place itself was exactly what we needed with our older girl having her own bedroom space. Nice and peaceful. Easy check in and great communication throughout. Thank you again!

We had a lovely stay at the apartment in Brighton. The place was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The hosts were very friendly and responsive to any queries we had. There is no parking on the property, and the street outside requires a permit, or you can pay for up to 4 hours (luckily, restrictions are not in place Sat & Sun). The apartment is situated in a lovely part of Brighton, and public transport was also very accessible. We would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in Brighton. The flat was clean, organized, and spacious enough for the four of us. Check-in and check-out was easy thanks to the host texting us the necessary details in advance. Since we all enjoy cooking the kitchen could have been equipped better, but that is the only criticism we have. Overall we were very happy with the flat.

Me, my husband and our best friend stayed here for the weekend (30th,31st may) It's such a beautiful home! We loved it! The beds were so incredibly comfortable too! The only "Issue" and when I say this, it's not even the Host's fault, the main bedroom is located at the front of the house and the traffic is horrendous, it can be very loud, we thought we left the window open, but we didn't. But after a few moments, we just went back to sleep. But honestly the home is stunning, didn't even hear a peep from the neighbours downstairs either! The lock safe for the key was easy enough to get into as well, I just had to remember to leave the handle up on the front door to lock it! But we would stay here again! We walked into town and then got a taxi back, which was around £9! Thanks for having us! Hopefully we will be back again soon!

This flat looks so much better in real life, than the pictures. The dinning area is my favourite area in this place. You got great views if you are “people watcher!?” A very relaxed and chilled out flat.

The flat suited us well. It was more spacious than expected and was in a good location for us - easy access to two parks for dog walks, visiting my Mum on the front in Hove, and getting in to Brighton city centre. A pile of dirty bed linen was left in the hallway on arrival and, though I notified the owner this wasn't collected the whole time we were there. On the first evening the boiler wasn't working and was registering a fault that required a gas engineer - when I notified the owner this was addressed within 24 hours. The main bedroom has no bedside tables which is a bit annoying, but otherwise the flat was well equipped.

The apartment perfectly matched the description. It was very clean, well decorated, comfortable, very bright. The wifi worked great. Located about two kilometers from the sea and very close to major traffic routes. A small problem is nevertheless to be noted: the dishes were not completely clean (upon our arrival we had to wash glasses, cutlery and some dishes). Overall, I would this listing.

The location was great . However, there wasn’t any toilet paper or paper towels when we arrived . Someone also entered the flat unannounced and without warning the second day of our stay-safety concerns . The kitchen pots and pans were hard to cook on. May be helpful to update them

Good option for a short stay. The flat is bigger than the pictures show. Limitations are that there is no washing machine, dryer or dishwasher. The shower is very basic and the bathroom definitley needs an extractor as there is mould growing on the walls. The hosts were good on comms and resolving issues with the rubbish pickup.

This is one of the cleanest and most tastefully decorated airbnbs I have stayed in. Jessica is very responsive and whatever minor issues there were were resolved in no time. The flat is stocked with hundreds of books with two comfy armchairs in read in - great for spending the evenings. The large solid dining table in the airy living room is versatile and ideal for for both work and family meals

The apartment was clean, presentable, tidy and exactly as described with all the amenities listed. It was comfortable with some lovely furniture. We also loved the array of books and vinyl! Although we didn't spend much time in the local area, it was quiet and peaceful. We booked quite close to arrival due to a problem with our original accommodation, and the host was very prompt at short notice. Excellent host and accommodation.

This is a lovely two bed apartment in a relatively quiet area on the outskirts of the city. The sitting room/diner is the outstanding feature. It was very comfortable and ideal for Christmas morning with a young child. The kitchen is well equipped and laid out well. The bathroom is nice with a powerful shower. Both bedrooms are spacious with ample storage. Parking is a bit of an issue; ideally, a temporary resident's permit is needed (Zone E) to park outside. Otherwise, the limit is 4 hours (between 9am and 8 pm). It's close enough to walk into town, or there's Preston Park Station 5 minute's walk away. There's a convenience store and a cafe in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.

We booked for 2 nights, but had to leave after the first night due to family matters. I can say The place was 10 out of 10. Big space, comfortable beds, clean and not too far from the seaside and shops. Shower was amazing. Highly recommended will definitely come again. Host was amazing. 5 star service

A very nice apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Walking distance to both Hove and Preston park. It was easy to go by bus to the city centre, the bus stop is right outside. The Airhost officer was very helpful and serviceminded. It was nice to be able to store the luggage in the Airhost office after checking out.

Beautiful flat with very stylish furnishings which made you feel like you were staying in a home rather than a rental property. Plenty of space in the flat, comfortable beds, great shower and regular buses into town just down the road - perfect. Parking a bit of an issue but did find somewhere (15 min walk away) I could leave my car for 11 hours each day so that worked well. Fantastic sausage baps just over the road (prepare yourself for Brighton prices!!) 😂👍 Would definitely recommend the flat for a break and it was actually nice not to be right in the centre and stay somewhere more peaceful.

Nice en quiet area, bus stops in front. We were in Brighton for a wedding and everything was just perfect. We didn’t use the kitchen because for breakfast there is Bar Arabica on the other side of the road, and in the city there is plenty of good food. We loved it!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment; it is very spacious and well equipped. Everything was very clean. The only criticism was the traffic noise in the front bedroom facing the street, despite the window being closed. Check-in worked very well, and it was also possible to store luggage before check-in without any problems.

One of the cleanest Air BNB's we have ever stayed in, everywhere was spotless. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and even mouthwash were all provided which was great. Plenty of clean towels too. Extremely easy to check in with a lock box outside. Lot's of books to choose from and read which was a lovely touch! Perfect location, the area was private, felt safe and only a 10 minute drive to the seafront. Few small pointers, the kitchen needs to be stocked with extra utensils such as pizza cutter, oven gloves, chopping boards etc. for eating in. Windows could do with having locks on as they open wide which is hazardous with children as it is a top floor flat. The parking was a little tricky at times, there are only a few bays available (the rest is permit parking) and you have to pay or keep moving the car. The host was very attentive, sometimes a little too much, sending daily texts/emails to ask about our stay etc. which was a little distracting while we were away. Overall, would return!
