Excellent location — just a short walk from all the best parts of Brighton, including the beach, shops, bars, and restaurants. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay, offering great tips and making sure we had everything we needed. The house itself was spacious, clean, and perfect for our big group. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, and the layout made it easy for us to spend time together without feeling cramped. All the amenities were exactly as described, and everything was set up thoughtfully to make our stay comfortable. We had a fantastic time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Overall a great place to stay! Very well located, about a 5-10 minute walk from the train station and a 2 minute walk to an Aldi and Sainsbury's. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped for a larger group, with a good sized kitchen and living/dining area and 4 bathrooms (and a downstairs toilet). The host was very quick to respond to questions which made checking in very easy.

We were eight (4 adults and 4 children) in the house for a week and felt very comfortable. The house extends over four floors and offers enough retreat options (and bathrooms) even for a large group. It was all very cosily furnished and definitely exceeded our expectations.

The house was very nice, the beds were very comfortable and there were enough bathrooms for groups, the showers and hot water worked very well. We had a problem with the boiler that they did not solve, but as it was independent of the water, we did not have much of a problem. Otherwise, we were very comfortable.

I came here for a weekend with friends and we had a great time! The location is perfect - it's a short walk from the train station, Aldi, the beach/pier, and lots of cute shops. We very much enjoyed our stay in Brighton. The townhouse was extremely clean, great space for our family and we appreciated the baby items that were available. When we had trouble finding the key to access the property, Host & Stay was very responsive. The WiFi worked very well and we were pleased with the bath products that were provided. Great place and can name no faults really. Beautiful place with a lot of Brighton charm, with a lot of locally sourced decorations filling the rooms. Close enough to the seafront and other local areas where walking isn't too much of a hassle and allows you to take in the local businesses and small areas of interest. Place is packed with many rooms. Received many messages from host so Dale is very communicative and I believe if I had any questions or needed support, it would have been given.

We had a wonderful stay in Brighton. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was nice to have the outdoor rooftop area and the location was great - easy to walk to shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and the lanes. Having tea, coffee, and things like shampoo was very convenient travelling light for the weekend.

This was a fantastic place to stay and fantastic value for money. The house was in a great location and the hosts were brilliant and very communicative with good instructions. Slight dampener is that the curtains weren't great and you could hear the seagulls all night. However, we would definitely stay again.

Dale was nice and responsive, especially over text. The place was nice and clean, though the ensuite shower-head needs replacing, half the water comes out of the back of it, though this is a minor problem. That however is my only negative comment about the place. Overall it was great, clean and worked great as a place to stay! It even comes with Jenga and Chicken Run the board game. I would recommend anyone stay at the place

From start to finish this Airbnb was excellent! Communication prior & during our stay was outstanding with a quick friendly response. The location was ideal as it was walking distance from the train station, to the seafront, parking (closest was London Road, and Sainsbury was right beside us. The house itself was clean and very comfortable. Our 1 year old was very comfortable in the cot provided and high chair. We made dinner a couple of times and we had all the amenities needed plus a larger table where we all sat and played games after at. We had an amazing time in Brighton and loved our time at this Airbnb. I’d highly recommend!!

Absolutely brilliant stay celebrating three September birthdays with friends. There were supermarkets and restaurants nearby, the walk to the beach was short with lots of places to stop on the way, and the house was spacious and clean. The host was friendly and quick to reply with any questions and gave very clear, easy to understand responses. Everyone had a fantastic time - couldn’t have asked for a better air bnb. Thank you!

First time in Brighton for a conference at the University with colleagues( 4 of us total) so our stay here was just what we needed: own bedrooms, own bathrooms, plenty of towels, space to gather and connect, kitchen is stocked, and the roof top deck/table area was great! This location is super walkable, lots of shops, cafés, and close to the train station and grocery store. We’d stay here again!

Great place to stay near the North Laines. Loads of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and independent shops nearby with a sainsburys. A few issues within the house like a broken handle on bathroom door and a leaking dish washer, waited for this to be attended too. The main issue is with parking, as mentioned before, can park in the Halfords opposite or Norten car park a bus ride away or a walk down the high street. Lots to see. Recommend the mushroom hot pot at the Lucky Star restaurant nearby with the charcoal fish. Warning: dont lesve your belongings at the property as difficult to obtain and staff are rude at the management company. Disappointing.

We originally booked another property that became unavailable the week of our short break so airhost moved us to this apartment. It did not disappoint. Beautiful home in a very good location. We wish we had longer to stay and use all amenities of the house as we had a lot of activities booked so didn’t get to enjoy balconies or the top floor which was set up beautifully to relax in. It matched the description perfectly and was finished to a high standard. We would highly recommend staying here. Communication with Jessica (host) was excellent and dealt with any questions/ issues promptly. As a group of 8 ladies in their mid 40’s this place was perfect for our annual girls weekend! The house had everything we needed and was decorated beautifully…hairdryers and shampoo/bodywash and conditioner were provided in every bathroom as well as a pair of lovely soft towels for every guest. The drop off of bags at the shop before meant the first of us to arrive could drop our bags and wander around Brighton for the afternoon suitcase free! The second group came later and after a 5 min walk were at the property! Perfectly placed! When we went into Brighton is was a 20 min leisurely walk through the North Lanes and we were in the heart of Brighton. We plan to come again and would use this place as a base as it was perfect!

Perfect place for a small group getaway! I can’t say enough about how wonderful this apartment is. As a fellow host on the platform, my expectations are very high and I’m often disappointed. This place exceeded all expectations. It’s spotlessly clean, decorated enough to feel very homey but not so much that you’re overwhelmed, nicely stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms for all. The showers were great with lots of water pressure and plenty of hot water for 5 adults. The location is ideal for walking anywhere, it’s blissfully quiet, and the top-floor lounge was perfect for getting some work done when needed. We didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor patios but definitely would have in warmer weather. There were two interior doors that wouldn’t close (one bathroom and one bedroom) but we reported both to the management so I’m sure they’ll be repaired soon. You won’t be disappointed in this rental. This host has thought of everything.

Fabulous stay had everything you could possibly need (you don’t need to provide anything yourself) and the showers were great, hot and powerful!!! Bonus that there is a big Sainsburys and an amazing cafe 2 minutes walk from the door. We had a problem with the toilet on the first night but someone was sent round the next day and it was fixed straight away with no fuss. Would 100% stay again.

A fantastic property for our family weekend break in Brighton. Catering perfectly for our group of six, the space was ample. We enjoyed the views from the roof terrace – an uninterrupted panorama of Brighton when the sun was setting over the town or in the calm mornings. A highlight worth mentioning was the cafe located just a stone’s throw away and we were spoilt for choice for more dining options with so many eateries and shops right on our doorstep.

We stayed in this townhouse for 6 days for a family vacation: two parents and three young-adult kids. The location was great: most days we simply walked out and went exploring, since pretty much everything from the beach to antique shops to restaurants and grocery stores is within a fairly easy walk. The apartment itself is very large and very vertical, with a well-equipped kitchen, living room, sun room on the top floor, four bedrooms and three full baths, plus a guest toilet with laundry on the ground floor. Everything was clean and in good working order. Check-in was easy (lock box) and instructions were clear.

It was a good experience staying here in general though we were out all the time but we enjoyed taking pictures in the topmost lounge area. Also generally clean house except for the front garden entrance that was dirty and the wooden gate was so hard to move closing and opening. From the Brighton carpark to the house is not far walking but has hill areas thus we had to drive around Halford on the side road to get our things down as we had a lot of luggage since our outings were themed dress ups so we changed a-lot. Found ourselves using taxi a-lot (extra costs) as walking to the beach 3-4 times a day was tiring since most activities are there. I just wondered why we had to take our rubbish out when the place will be cleaned after we left as when its time to leave everyone will be rushing out of the house. In all, thanks for having us. Hopefully the house could get better.

This is a fantastic apartment. It was very quiet, yet walkable to everything in Brighton. The unit has TONS of space to spread out, so that we never felt on top of each other. The roof deck would be amazing in nice weather (it was cold and rainy this week, so we didn't get out there much.) The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean and modern. The owner's emails were detailed and clear. Our only complaint would be the lack of extra blankets. I would recommend this place to anyone without reservation. It was exceptional!

This was a great place to stay. Everything you needed and everything worked. There were only five of us, so plenty of space. We were able to walk everywhere, and with a supermarket a stones throw from the property, convenienec on your door. There was a small hicup on arrival, whcih the host has under control within 30 minuts - extremely helpful and responsive.

We felt very comfortable. The kitchen is first-class, all bedrooms were wonderful and everyone had their own bathroom. The location is sensational, just a few steps to the train station and two supermarkets. Communication with the landlord worked great, we were even allowed to check in earlier and deposit our suitcase with the landlord on the day of departure. Unfortunately, there was no bed linen for the baby bed, so we had to make do. We will be happy to come back.

We were a group of 5 women, long term friends who booked a 3 night stay in Brighton. The house was perfect for our needs, close to the station for those travelling by train and handy for the car drivers as the station has long stay parking. The house was well equipped, very clean and everything worked, approx 20 minutes walk from the sea with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. A little tip when looking for the house, it is only about 5-7 minute walk from the station but the small rd that leads from the station, Fenchurch Walk, is not signposted so not obvious. It is slightly to the left of the the coffee shop opposite the car park, there is a steep set of steps plus a lift, that is Fenchurch Walk. Go down, cross them next Rd and Kingscote Way is in the right.

Centrally located, accessible to the train station, clean, spacious, and well appointed. The area does have a lively nightlife, or at least did for the duration of our stay. This may present an obstacle for some, though may be for others an attraction. That said, the property itself is really terrific. It met all of our needs completely and comfortably. Impeccably clean, comfortable nights sleep and made enjoying the sights of Brighton very easy by being in such a good location.

Beautiful place! We loved the living room that is filled with sun in the mornings and is very inviting and homely! The kitchen is well equipped and there was wonderful tea provided. We loved the bedrooms and the bedlinen that was very special with laces and there were nice pillows. We travelled with an elderly friend and therefor were very thankful for the two ensuite rooms. Everything was nice and clean and we felt expected! The communication was always quick easy and friendly and we have been helped with every question and organisational problem we had. Thank you Yessica for your help and understanding!! The house is near the trainstation, absolutely in walking distance, but very quiet. It is a short walk to the park and the lovely vibrant pedestrian area with all the lovely shops. We clearly recommend this place and will definitely come back on our next stay in Brighton! Good Job!!!! :) :)

A beautiful big house with everything you need, they have really thought of everything. Beds are very comfy and nice powerful showers. Great location with easy access to the shops and a nice walk down to the beach. We had an amazing weekend stay for a birthday celebration. The host checked on us via messages regularly and even though we did not need them we were reassured they were there if required. Thank you for a wonderful weekend stay. Do not hesitate to book!

Great location, clean, comfy and well equipped. I stayed here with 2 colleagues on a work trip. It was great to each have our own bathroom and a choice of relaxation spaces. Supermarket is a one-minute walk away, Train station is 5 minutes. The property had everything we needed (kitchen is well equipped, sofas and beds are comfy) except a 2nd door key - which would have been helpful given we were a party of three. The communication with the host was excellent.

Fabulous ! Every aspect from communication, checkin, cleanliness. Such a beautiful and special house, our stay here was perfect. A great location to see all of Brighton. I cannot recommend this house enough, it is exceptional. Top quality from beds to interior design. Amazing!

I had a great weekend staying at this house with a few friends. The location is perfect - really close to the train station and shops, restaurants, bars etc., but also on a quiet pedestrian street off the main roads so it's actually still pretty peaceful. The rooms are all great and the living spaces are lovely, especially the sun room at the top. I'd recommend it to anyone planning a group trip to Brighton!

Firstly Air Host with total professionalism moved our accomodation when a problem came up with our first booking . Secondly they came up with an alternative that in no way was a compromise for us . Thirdly there is nothing to fault about this property It is up to date modern , very comfortable spacious well located for a Brighton visit and had been superbly cleaned

The house was amazing and exactly as described. Location was great, not too far from the city centre but also within walking distance to the beach. It was pretty much everything that we expected from the listing and the pictures. Bedrooms were good sizes and plenty of bathrooms. One room had a smaller double bed which was difficult for two people to share. The other thing is there was a group of 9 of us in the house and we were only given one set of keys which became very annoying due to us having to coordinate coming home with the person who had the key especially as a group of 9, not everyone would want to do the same things in the evenings so it became annoying. Small issue is one bathroom didn’t have a shower, it had a tub with a handheld shower but no curtain or screen which meant the bathroom would get flooded every-time. The beds were extremely extremely comfortable, they had the best pillows ever (unanimously agreed). The place was comfortable, kitchen was a great size, living room and dining table area were also good and they provided extra chairs. The sunroom with the terrace was AMAZING if the weather is good definitely something to make use out of. Overall, a great stay and we would definitely come back!
