This apartment was so lovely - as beautiful as the photos. I loved the location for being super central and close to the North Laine. Overall a great stay. We stayed with our toddler (high chair provide and our friend on the sofa bed. One thing to note is that the bedroom is not enclosed so I would only share with someone you are comfortable with passing you in the night.

We stayed in the apartment for 3 nights and had a wonderful stay in Brighton. The apartment is very pleasant, beautifully decorated and, above all, very quiet and peaceful. It is in the basement and therefore a little damp, but the sunny weather meant we had a great time as a family in this apartment. The beds are very comfortable and allow you to rest well (even the bed in the living room). Thanks for the stay.

We had a good stay here. The location is great and on a private street. As mentioned in others reviews it can be a bit loud as you are in a basement. This was only really a problem for us the first morning as we were woken up very early by a crying child but all the other mornings there were no problems. I would recommend for the host to put curtains or blinds up in the kitchen, as in the morning a lot of sun comes through and since there is no wall between kitchen and bedroom it’s very bright. The space is clean except for how damp it is, this was really difficult for us as my partner has asthma and found it really difficult on his lungs. This could be easily fixed by the host by having one or two dehumidifiers running at least in the bedroom and bathroom. Once that’s done I would recommend this stay to anyone, until then if you have any breathing or lung issues I would pick somewhere else.

The apartment was lovely, had everything we needed. We parked in the Sainsbury's carpark at New England Street, pre booked via a parking app, ten minute walk away, just across the level. The apartment was lovely and cool during the recent hot weather.

Lovely place & great location with easy and walkable access to pretty much all of Brighton. Perfect as a base for exploring for a long weekend. As with other reviews that mentioned headroom in the bathroom, and loud footsteps noises from upstairs was a minor annoyance.

Had a very pleasant two night stay in this delightful apartment, which is well located for central Brighton. Loved the layout of the flat. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed, although we did eat out at local restaurants. The bathroom is quirky with a wonderful shower. Will definitely book again if available.

The garden flat was lovely as were the hosts. While there was a bit of limited headroom going from shower to toilet in the bathroom, it was just fine if one keeps in mind it’s the cellar. Lovely brick floors, wood beams and a nice patio garden as well as cozy sofa and chair in the living room. Close to the Laines and some really good restaurants and pubs. Wonderful little close with a nice private lawn across the road in the close and the Level Park within 2 minutes walk. Would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for having us!

Lovely place with everything you need provided. Comfortable double bed and sofa bed but not very big. Take extra care not to bump head in the bathroom. Probably not the best for tall people. Perfectly located for kids in hot weather near the Levels where there is water play and a great playground and a skate park. Lots of places to eat and take away. Bus no25 to and from the beach is very close by. Great little holiday.

We really enjoyed our stay here and would 100% stay again. It was so nicely decorated and a great central location with everything we needed/wanted within walking distance. The outside patio was a nice touch too. It was lovely to meet the owners, who were so accommodating. No complaints at all, the only note would be that the bathroom is not the most suitable for tall people but luckily most of our group were under 5”4.

Hanover host & stay is located very well. It’s close to The Lanes and also not far from the Pier. It’s a great spot to explore the city. The apartment is situated in the basement, which makes it quite dark and a bit moist, but the central heating system solves this quite quickly. The linen and towels were clean, but the sofa bed is not the most comfortable. The bathroom is a bit small, especially the toilet. If you are over 1m70, you won’t be able to stand up straight. There is also quite some sound from the apartment above. You can clearly hear it when people walk around. Closest affordable parking spot is the London Road Car Park.

We understand that Brighton basements are often damp . There was a strong smell of damp throughout but no visible damp patches . The shower has lots of black mould on the tiles at the bottom .

We spent a lovely weekend in Brighton at Dale’s place. The property had a real homely feel about it and we couldn’t have hoped for a more central location. Even though central the property is set off the main rd on an attractive Georgian terrace making it quieter than most central locations. I would highly recommend this property if you are considering a short break or a longer stay during the summer.

We stayed for 9 days in this lovely one-bedroom apartment, located in a peaceful and safe neighborhood about a 20-minute walk from Brighton Pier. The flat is comfortable and well-equipped, with a spacious bedroom that offers plenty of storage. The kitchen is charming and has everything you need for cooking, though it’s worth noting there’s no door or curtain separating it from the bedroom, and there’s no extractor fan, so cooking smells can linger. The bathroom is a bit awkwardly designed, and you need to duck down to use the sink and toilet, but the shower is excellent with great water pressure. The Wi-Fi only works in the front room, so we didn’t have internet access in the kitchen, bathroom, or bedroom. Also, the garden is quite a bit smaller than it appears in the photos. Despite these small drawbacks, the flat was a lovely base for our stay in Brighton, and we enjoyed our time there.

Hanover Crescent is a lovely space to stay. The accommodation is spotless, high quality and central to the centre. We has two young children with us and the accommodation was free from hazards and plenty of space to have 2 travel cots. Parking is a slight headache but for a central location is to be expected.

We had a lovely stay at this property. We loved the location, the set up inside and the lovely decor touches making it a comfortable and fun stay. We both used the space to remote work on Friday and then met friends over the weekend. Easy walk into Brighton and plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby. Our dog loved The Level park and Queens Park for a walk. We hope to stay again soon.

A cosy little pad for a couple staying in Brighton for a weekend. Bed was comfortable, good amenities, clean kitchen & bathroom with a brilliant walk-in shower. Good location being walking distance to Brighton Pier, restaurants, shops etc. We used JustPark to park around the corner, which was cheaper than local carparks for the weekend. Overall, a very nice and comfortable stay 👍🏼

Beautiful flat with a lovely sunny bedroom and courtyard and cosy lounge. Such a pretty little road, in such a good location, and very peaceful. The only downside was the parking but we know Brighton and parking! We would Definitely come again :-)
