Our family (two adults and two kids, 5 and 11) had a lovely time staying at this cosy flat. The place has a vibe that suits Brighton’s overall bohemian/artistic atmosphere. It’s spacious, clean and welcoming. The location is great as all the main attractions are within walking distance. Would recommend!

A great apartment! The place was clean, spacious and looked just like the photos. It was very conveniently located with the train station only a short walk away and the centre being nearby, yet it was in a very quiet area. The facilities all worked fine and we enjoyed all the TV features. The apartment did have shampoo and conditioner in both bathrooms which saved us packing space and there were even teabags in the cupboard and board games on the shelves which were a nice little extra :) We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this apartment

Five of us stayed here for a weekend away in Brighton and absolutely loved the flat. It was much bigger than we expected and very light and spacious with no unnecessary clutter. All the facilities including kitchen, bathrooms and TV worked really well, and the beds were all comfortable. It is in a really convenient location to get to the centre of Brighton and the train station, but the area was quiet which we appreciated. There were extras provided such as shampoo and teabags which was lovely! Would definitely recommend this flat and stay here again, it’s great value! One thing to note was that we were told there was no DVD player in the flat, but there is one! We didn’t test to see if it worked, however.

Good location, just a short walk from the station. Some stores and a nice pub are also nearby. Apparently there are roughly 340 other pubs in the city :-) Nice apartment with comfy beds in a quiet neighborhood.

Very well located accommodation. Quiet and affluent place. Plan a small parking budget if you are coming by car. It costs +/- 15 pounds per day. Pay attention to the instructions because sometimes the duration is limited to 2 hours. Ideal parking spot is Julian Road😜😜😜. Small extras: dishwasher, washing machine.

The flat was easy to find, accessible and close to town. The flat was super clean, with plenty of room for 4 guests. Beautiful environment would definitely visit again. We had a slight issue with the water pressure temperature and drain of the main bathrooms but after discussing with the hosts they assured us there’s going to look into it.

This is my third time to stay in this place. I come visiting my family in UK. The location is good and the room is clean. And for this time, i want to express my appreciation to the property owner. When there is issue for the toilet, he has sent us an engineer to fix the issue asap. And when I lost the key in the house when I check out (Stupid me...), he came to save us at once. So we could go to airport on time and take the flight. I really appreciate for all of that and highly recommend for staying in this house. Cheers, Patrick

5 of us stayed here for a friends trip and it was great! Really spacious and big living room for us all. Location was a great spot to come back to, 5 minutes from the train station and 5 minute from the start of the Brighton Laines. The apartment was exactly as described and had a really well equipped kitchen. Even the sofa bed was comfy and made for a good nights sleep too. Small minor things would be a need for a bigger bin, had to take quite a few trips back and forth to the communal bins, and the shower next to the singles bed room was tricky to keep on (kept dropping back to bath tap). But they would only make an already fab stay better. Would defo be back!

We liked the apartment very much and we felt very comfortable as a family. It has beautiful high ceilings, newer bathrooms and the living spaces are flooded with light. The beds in the smaller bedroom are shorter, than standard beds, for our children they were ok. The train station is nearby and within walking distance. The apartment is on the slope so the way back from the city or from the beach, for less mobile people, can be difficult. However, there is a bus stop near the apartment. We did everything on foot with our children (8 and 11 years old). We would vacation here again.

The apartment was ideal for what we needed, very easy access from the train station, nice neighborhood, 5 minutes from the Lanes with all its shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment with a lot of charm, high ceilings, wooden floor, well equipped kitchen, spacious and bright living room, two bedrooms with their full bathroom, very comfortable beds and bedding, the floor was clean and tidy. To repeat!

We stayed 2 weeks with my family in this very welcoming place. We had some problems at the beginning but everything resolved quickly, including with the owner of the apartment going onsite to help us. We felt at home and my children loved the place (even have toys that we had a lot of fun with). The appartement is very spacious and has everything a family needs for a longer stay. Because it is well located, we can enjoy practically everything from Brighton on foot without the need to use vehicles. It has nearby supermarkets, a playground for children to play and a 10 minute walk from the beach. I only have compliments and recommend it without a doubt.

We loved our stay in Brighton at this accommodation. Accommodation was very well situated in the city. Very close to the train station. Easy walking distance to city and pier! Confusion initially at which door was the appartment but recent reviews reminded me it was the moss green door! Host very attentive and helpful. Offered us bag luggage minding on leaving the appartment. Great facility. Appartment was lovely, just like in the pictures. Single beds not for any tall individuals! Perfect for kids. Kitchen well kitted out.

Lovely place, exactly as listed. Bright and clean with lovely period features. Only thing I’d point out is the two singles aren’t suitable for anyone over 6 foot! Not a complaint, more of a note for future guests :) Would definitely stay here again, especially as you can walk into town easily and yet sleep in a nice quiet area.

The apartment is located in a peaceful residential area, with easy access to public transportation. There’s a bus stop just a short walk away, making it convenient to get to the city center and other locations. One thing to keep in mind is that the walk back to the apartment is entirely uphill, which might be tiring for young children. The accommodation is well-equipped with everything you need and has a nice layout. Parking in Brighton can be challenging, as spaces are reserved for residents during the day. Outside these hours, parking costs around £8 per hour with a maximum time limit. I recommend parking at the Trafalgar Street Car Park for £25 per day. There are free parking options, but they are quite far from the city. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back again.

Had a great stay at the apartment, easy to walk into the centre of Brighton to the train station, lively shopping areas, pubs and restaurants. Friendly and responsive host via air bnb prior to our stay when we had questions. It was great to have the complimentary bag drop option as our train arrived earlier than the check in time, but the airhost reception called the air bnb host directly and found it was already ready for our arrival so managed to check in a couple of hours early! The apartment was gorgeous, very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lovely period features with modern facilities. Would highly recommend! Thank you so much :)

We loved this centrally located gem. The flat is beautiful and tastefully updated while preserving some of the building's more beautiful features (those ceilings!). Everything was as pictured and the king-size bed was a treat...SO comfortable. Two bathrooms is also a plus. There is coffee and tea for guests as well as soap and shampoo and maybe this is a small thing but this is one of the only Air BnBs we have stayed at that provided enough hangers. There is a washing machine with an ingenious pulley-operated drying rack. The house is within easy walking distance of the train stations, the Lanes, the Pavillion, a million pubs, shops and restaurants. It's a little longer walk to get to Brighton Pier but still doable. Parking is a thorny problem, but that's city life. Had a little trouble finding the flat once we got in the building, because the flats are not lettered (that we could see) -- it is the next floor up from ground level with the seafoam green door.

The house is clean, comfort and easy to get to (near Brighton Train Station) Also, the kitchen is great for our cooking. We had a sensational stay in Brighton and could even get into the unit earlier, which was raining and freezing. The apartment is really only a 5-minute walk from the train station in a very quiet area and is very authentically furnished in English. Shopping facilities are also about 10 minutes away. We felt very comfortable and like to come back. Thank you so much for the good care :-)

The apartment was nice. However, when we arrived, the common areas (entrance and stairwell) did not bother to have a beautiful apartment behind. The common areas are not very clean and the building door is barely closed. Otherwise, the place was really good, despite the shower that kept changing temperatures, a very hot, then cold, then almost more water.

We felt very comfortable from the first moment and explored everything. The apartment is even slightly larger than it appears in the photos. Everything was very clean and we especially enjoyed the kitchen with the cozy space by the window and the great equipment (gas stove). In the back room (children's room) there is not too much wifi, which was a complaint from the children😉. We loved the drying rack. Great selection of books and games that we didn't know yet. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment was as described, very nice & spacious. Well appointed, everything described was there & worked well. The entrance to the airbnb is a disaster, as if it were the very last quarry here. Fortunately, you will be positively surprised inside the apartment. Unfortunately, but not recommended with toddler – many steps, no way to leave a stroller, hole in the floor. A big compliment also to airhost for you, a baby chair & travel cot could be delivered quickly and easily. This helped us out a lot. But we won't be visiting the area & Brighton anymore. Everything is broken & dirty. One night then also tried to come to the apartment for burglars, but they ran away when we turned on the lights. In short: Lovely almost clean apartment in a gruesome area.

We had a great family holiday in Brighton. With two young adult children the city and location were perfect! There is so much to see and explore within a short walk. The apartment is lovely and well fitted out, and the hosts were very helpful and responsive. Be aware there is no parking at the accommodation so this needs to be factored in if you are arriving by car, as parking in Brighton is expensive! We used the JustPark app to rent a space for the week.

We had a very nice stay in Brighton, the flat is close to everything, station and city centre and is in a quiet area. We could leave our luggage with airhost before check in time and after check out time which is a huge bonus. We were 2 adults and 2 children staying (4 and 8 yo) and it was well adapted. maybe a little step would have been handy for my 4 yo to be able to turn lights on and off and to reach the sink with more ease. For entertainment there are games, books and there is a TV. We arrived very late in the evening because of our plane delay, but it was no problem thanks to the keylock. We were able to enter our flat late after airhost opening hours. One thing that was a bit misleading for us, arriving so late in the night was that the picture of the front of the flat is not the one shown on airbnb ad'. It's the one just next to it. It took us a while to understand which flat it was, but then again it was night time...

I found the flat very like the photos, it was spacious and comfortable. It was good to have two bathrooms. The twin bed room was very small, beds more suitable for two children, my six foot brother was rather cramped. The flat itself was very clean, no complaints there. However the entrance was very scruffy and dirty, both the interior and the exterior. Several times the outside door was not closed properly when I entered or left the property. The garden is a mess. There was no plug for the kitchen sink and summer is no time for a thick duvet, I was very warm in the large bed, not helped by a plastic coating on the underside of the mattress protector, second time I have experience this in the UK. I don’t know why UK places have thick duvets for summer anyway and together with the mattress protector, I woke up drenched in sweat each morning. The flat is very handy to the station and is quiet at night. I found the kitchen equipment very satisfactory.

Once inside the flat this is a good, well provisioned, clean environment to spend a few days, with the added advantage of two bathrooms. However, the shared entrance needs some TLC and the lockbox is almost impossible to locate and get to - in the dark without a torch (there's no outside lighting) it would be impossible. Also, the description suggests you can cozy up by the woodburner, but no wood is provided. One of the sofas is very uncomfortable both to sit and sleep on. And the ensuite shower takes ages to generate hot water and then runs cold again mid shower. However, despite these inconveniences, we had a lovely time. The flat is well positioned, in a quiet area, and very well stocked with toiletries, tea etc. It's bright and spacious and the owners have clearly put a lot of care into the place. Now that we know how to navigate getting in, and are are aware of the other few inconveniences, we would definitely stay again if we needed somewhere in Brighton.

Beautifully restored apartment in a period house in a charming area of Brighton. Quiet, but very convenient for the railway station, central Brighton, and the Seven Dials area. The master bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the old-fashioned clothes drier (hanging from the very high ceiling) was a fun feature.

Location was fantastic! Hosts were very responsive and checked in on us during our stay. Accommodation was clean and felt like home. kitchen was well equipped and the mince pies, chocolate & wine was a lovely touch. we really enjoyed our stay. Central heating was working but didn't seem to warm up the home as well as other places we have stayed. WiFi was great but for some reason we couldn't get it to work in the second bedroom otherwise it was fine. Parking was our biggest issue, we arrived at 4pm and it was dark and cold and the Parking recommended in the listing was all full, it was also only 11 hours Max stay and as we were staying for 3 nights this wasn't ideal. we ended up having to park in trafalgar car park which for the 3 nights cost us £70 odd. Not ideal but we didn't want to spend our holiday worrying about going backwards and forwards for the car. Other than that everything was brilliant :) would stay again but train it in next time for an even better stay.

After a week in London, we wanted to go to the seaside. The beach disappointed us because it consists of the round stones that are very difficult to walk on. In Brighton, we visited the Royal Pavilion and were fascinated by its opulence. We were still in Sealife, the oldest aquarium in the world, housed in a beautiful building. We also took a trip to Seven Sisters and Beachy Head. That was amazing! Another excursion went to Stonehenge and Bath. That was also impressive, only the journey was long - 2.5 hours there and 3 hours back to Brighton. Brighton itself impressed us with its open, relaxed people, fantastic facades, countless shops and cafes. Unfortunately, the city was quite dirty and littered. For us, the 11 days were too long in total. Eating out has turned out to be a very expensive affair, take away or cooking at home has then proven its worth. Nevertheless, it was a very nice holiday that we would not want to miss.

we had a wonderful stay in this house. The house is much bigger than the pictures. The house was clean and had all amenities. The only issue I faced was the shower in the master bedroom. It kept getting too hot or too cold. It took a while to get it to perfect temperature. Rest all was good.

We stayed in this lovely two bedroom flat for 3 nights in total and we were very happy. The apartment looks just as great in person as it does in the pictures. It is located in the residential area near seven dials, which is walking distance from Brighton city centre and station and therefore we did not move our car for the whole duration of our stay. We chose to park behind Brighton station as this was the most convenient for us. The communication with the Airhost team was great, Jessica was very accommodating and responsive. Definitely would recommend this property for a short week-end getaway and would gladly book it again!

The appointment itself was nice itself unfortunately the cleaning was awful. The toaster was extremely dirty and the washing machine had mold in it. If there was an option to attach photos here then I would. It said they was going to provide body wash and kitchen towels, that was not even provided. When we took out bedsheets for the sofa bed it had stains on it which was very disappointed. The wooden floor in front of the single bedroom had a massive hole on the hole on the wooden floor which my mother was tripped over and hurt her legs. There was no light on the main entrance while going up to the apartment with kids and elderly we have to use the phone torching while going up the stairs which is definitely health and safety issue. On the private en-suite bathroom had no hot water for a while having a shower kept going cold.

Nice apartment in quiet residential area close to center of town. A relatively short walk to shops, restaurants, and beach, close to the railway station and with some nice pubs and restaurants close by. The master bedroom is nice. It has an en-suite bathroom/shower which is ok. The main bathroom is nice. The twin bedroom is small. Kitchen and living room is nice with high ceilings and tall windows. Communication with Airhost was impeccable

We had a great stay here and location was good and only a short walk to entertainment and shops. Parking wasn’t an issue for us but might be for others and families as it permit only. There is parking a couple of streets away but only for the day so not overly suitable. We used trafalgar street and I left my car for the whole weekend. Gated and fully secure. Property itself was nice and had character but some cleaning issues let it down for us. Dirty tray in the oven and spatula in the drawer plus no plug for the sink. We opted to use the dishwasher however it smelt awful and the mould and dirt inside and out were very off putting. Air host was fab and messaged straightaway to any queries and did offer for someone to come out to look and clean however as were out all day we didn’t feel comfortable with this so said not to worry. These issues didn’t impact our stay just a bit surprising.

Nice apartment in a great location, very clean, easy access and good communication from the host. Only 2 minor criticism: the water in both bathroom showers switches from hot to cold and back repeatedly. Wifi signal in 2nd berdoom is very poor

I stayed in this flat with my two teens (15 and 17). It is in a great location, just a short walk from the centre. The communication was excellent throughout, and check-in was easy and well organised. The flat is beautifully layed out and decorated, with everything we needed. The double bed is really comfortable, but for us the room with the single beds didn’t quite work… would be fine for younger kids as they are much lighter, but the mattresses aren’t particularly comfortable for bigger people (And a bedside light would be a great addition!). Overall a great place though which would work brilliantly for a family with younger kids. Thanks!

We loved this apartment, it worked very well for our family group - 2 adults and 2 teenage children. It is located in a quiet residential street, but really close to walk into town, shops, restaurants, beach, etc. It has an en-suite shower room plus a family bathroom. The twin bedroom is very small, but it was fine for our short stay. Kitchen was well equipped. Apartment has lovely high ceilings and really tall windows so it feels very light and spacious.
