Firstly, the accommodation was dirty. The kitchen utensils were all dirty and had food left on them. There was dirt everywhere in the house, especially the dining chairs which had food all over them. It overall felt unclean. Online it stated there was underground parking, there was not. The house was advertised as an apartment but the images do not match up to the description, very misleading. It is a house on a street with no designated parking. There were bottles of soap left in the bathroom half used and open. The hosts were hard to contact when needing assistance and didn’t offer any solution to our problems, so overall I am not impressed. I have stayed at other AirBnB’s and have had a much more pleasant experience.

On arrival full bins, split bin bags and bins that smelt of human waste and one bin that had urine in, all at front entrance. Then mouldy sink in kitchen, cobwebs everywhere. Lipstick on a chipped mug, excrement on one of the towels. The garden was unsafe, had not been checked after a part. Cigarettes and beer cans everywhere. We then found class a drugs in the garden. Luckily it was before my toddler found them, he could have been killed. We had to call the police. We were not offered an alternative place to stay or compensation. Just told host was “investigating”. Considering legal action as this could have been fatal for my child.

We stayed at this Airbnb whilst our house was under renovation. It has everything you need for your day to day and it was confortable.

We were in town from Canada for a family wedding nearby and this location worked well for us. The house was clean and walkable to some shops/restaurants.

On arrival, the house was dirty. The garden was full of other animals mess. The double bed was broken and stains on the furnishings. All bins were full. Within 2 hours of sending an email, all above problems had been sorted. I cant fault the company. It wasnt the best start, but by the end I had full confidence that any issue would be sorted promptly. Polite and eager to please

Check in was easy and communication with host very good. The house is small but warm, clean and welcoming. The lounge and dining area was very comfortable. There is a reasonably stocked kitchen with washing machine and a large airer which was very useful. The beds were clean and the bedrooms had adequate storage for the 3 of us. The street is a dead narrow terraced street - very different to Australia so parking was tricky at times but we got used t it. There were a few maintenance issues but communication and response was very good and fast.

Communication was fantastic! We were hoping for a later checkout and earlier check in and with the help of Ashley it was possible. The house was nicely presented. The area had a Asda Waitrose and many food outlets. Would go again!

Generally, a good place to stay. The check-in was fine, with clear instructions. Though the wifi signal was weak, Ashley was responsive in dealing with queries, and at least we could watch some Netflix programmes. The accommodation is clean, very well-situated and the decoration is nicely done, with comfortable beds. Thank you, Ashley, for your helpful approach.

Small house that matches the listing. Rental by a professional. Good responsiveness with the documents to be returned for the acceptance of the contract.
