No bath plug provided after asking one still wasn’t provided by the end of our stay as promised. Various water stains on ceilings, which are from bathrooms above, were watermarks around light fittings, while these fitting show IP65 rating this does not mean water proof, means a possible risk of electric shock, one downlighter had a big hole at the side of it. Electrical socket with the bottom portion missing completely, this is unsafe and Illegal, would not pass an electrical safety inspection. Gas meter outside has the door off, allows anyone to turn the gas off while people are inside, the turning off of the gas is not the problem, but if the cooker has been on at the time the gas is turned off, and then turn back on after a few minutes this could lead to the property being filled with gas not good if someone turns light on. The current state of repair this house should not be rented out we should be given a discount due to the illegal nature of socket alone let alone gas issue.

Nice location within walking distance of several stores and places to eat. Quick 10 minute walk to great restaurant and pub-- The Swan Inn. Comfortable and pleasant place to stay. Nicely decorated.

The whole team at HP were amazing and the service they provided for my 5 week stay was absolutely flawless! The upkeep of the property was second to none and the odd issue (my puppy dislodging a network cable - fixed that day and the team stayed to 7pm to do this) (a kettle that stopped working was replaced within 2 hours!!!) just highlighted how committed the whole team was to ensuring you had the best possible stay! I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thank you!!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay, it is a great location with plenty to do. The only real issue we had was the shower but they were very helpful in sorting it out.

I was in Milton Keynes for the weekend of 5/6 August for a music event and rented with two friends. I arrived first and was disappointed to see the condition of the bathroom: damp/cobwebs around window, bathroom cabinet (black mould on door/frayed shelving and barely attached to the wall - it had clearly seen better days. Tiling in bathroom looked grubby and shower screen had also seen better days. I entered the first bedroom and on hanging up my clothes noticed a damp patch in the wardrobe. My friends arrived, one went to use the bathroom and pointed out a loose toilet seat. The lounge was okay but there was a water mark on the ceiling and the carpet was stained. All these issues were reported to HP accommodation and there was mention of a leak that was repaired prior to our stay but failure to mention upon booking. HP offered to repair/fix things but not within a timescale commensurate with our stay. I requested a refund - a paltry £50 was offered which was increased by air bnb.

We had a brilliant time staying here. The hosts were always very quick and helpful in their responses. Everything was as described / shown in the photos. The hosts were very kind to be flexible with the check-in/out times, because there were no reservations directly before/after us. Thank you so much!

Loved this accomodation! Great location. Felt super safe. About 1.5 hrs rough drive give or take (with traffic) from the hustle and bustle of the city. Quaint and quiet neighbourhood. Great sized place for families. We are 2 adults and 4 kids and stayed for 3 weeks. Super responsive host, close to everything you need and an added bonus, we got a mid stay clean! Definitely recommend! Thank you for having us! :-)

Nice house with big backyard. All the amenities are provided and can request more if you ran out of any. The house might be an old house because the stairs make a squeaky noise whenever someone use it. Upstairs' toilet require multiple flushing. General cleanliness is great but the house require deep cleaning from time to time.

Our stay over Christmas was OK. The house is a very small 3 bed house. A noticeable musty smell. Carpets in Lounge dirty. Bathroom needs a lot of work, it’s not very clean and needs maintenance. Downstairs toilet the same. Overall was an ok stay and served the purpose.

The property is as described and check in was straight forward. Unfortunately there was a major leakage from the upstair bathroom, and it leaked through the living room light fixture and water poured down from the ceiling as somebody was taking a shower. The peoperty management was responsive, they told us the problem was reported 1 month ago already, and we can see water marks on the ceiling light from the previous incident. They offered to fix the problem, the next day they told us repair work was carried out while we were away. However when we returned the problem persisted, the leakage remain severe. We did not enjoy our stay as for the 2 nights we stayed we worried about fire hazard due to short circuited electricity as water leaked through a working ceiling light. The property is ok clean, cloth racks can be dusty. The bathroom was with a mouldy smell, understandable if the leak has been for a little while. The management company for this property is responsive and did try to fix the leak, but in vain. At the end we end our stay early to find another place so we can enjoy our vacation. There was good communication with the management company for this incident.

Excellent accomodation with nice arrangement. Very comfort and convenient to supermarkets and play area. It's a perfect day while taking a good rest under the sun in the garden.

We had an amazing time in Milton Keynes and the accommodation was the cherry on top. The rooms looked much bigger in the pictures but it was cozy and inviting for our family. All kitchen essentials were provided as well as towels, sheets and cleaning equipment. Minor maintenance issues were quickly attended to by the owner and we couldn’t be any happier. We definitely recommend the house for a small family and we will definitely come back to visit. Thank you

Comfy beds, quiet but friendly neighbours, well equipped kitchen, dining table all laid out on arrival. Easy walk to Waitrose and Costa. Great responses to queries. Would stay again.
