The space
The property offers a spacious and comfortable layout, starting with the living room, which features a large L-shaped sofa that easily converts into a sofa bed for additional guests, with extra linen provided. Entertainment is covered with Sky TV and Netflix, and there are upgrade options available for Sky Sports, Sky Cinema, and more upon request. The first bedroom is equipped with a versatile zip and link bed, which can be set up as either two singles or a king-sized bed, along with a double built-in wardrobe for storage. Bedrooms two and three both come with double beds, bedside tables, and clothes rails, ensuring ample space and comfort for all guests.This property offers a range of convenient amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Guests can enjoy 24/7 self check-in and complimentary WiFi throughout. All bed linen and towels are provided, along with essential toiletries and a hairdryer. The dining area comes with a table and chairs, perfect for shared meals, while the fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, and all necessary cutlery and cookware. An iron and ironing board are also available. Outside, guests can relax in the spacious garden, complete with garden furniture.
Guest access
When you arrive at the property, there is a driveway to park up to two vehicles one in front of the other. Additional free parking is available on street.Once parked, you will see two lock boxes on the side of the property. The keys are in the left-hand side lock box. To lock the apartment door you have to lift up the handle and then turn the key.

No bath plug provided after asking one still wasn’t provided by the end of our stay as promised. Various water stains on ceilings, which are from bathrooms above, were watermarks around light fittings, while these fitting show IP65 rating this does not mean water proof, means a possible risk of electric shock, one downlighter had a big hole at the side of it. Electrical socket with the bottom portion missing completely, this is unsafe and Illegal, would not pass an electrical safety inspection. Gas meter outside has the door off, allows anyone to turn the gas off while people are inside, the turning off of the gas is not the problem, but if the cooker has been on at the time the gas is turned off, and then turn back on after a few minutes this could lead to the property being filled with gas not good if someone turns light on. The current state of repair this house should not be rented out we should be given a discount due to the illegal nature of socket alone let alone gas issue.

The whole team at HP were amazing and the service they provided for my 5 week stay was absolutely flawless! The upkeep of the property was second to none and the odd issue (my puppy dislodging a network cable - fixed that day and the team stayed to 7pm to do this) (a kettle that stopped working was replaced within 2 hours!!!) just highlighted how committed the whole team was to ensuring you had the best possible stay! I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thank you!!!!!
