The light in the bathroom is on a sensor, if you get up in the night you are blinded, if you sit too long on the loo the light turns off and there is no light in the bathroom after 8am. I could not open the electric door lock, I got in eventually but went out and could not get back in, there is no house manual, only emails with someone who emails you links or an entire guide to set a storage heater, it was the worse nightmare place I have ever, every stayed, I am generally fit but I don't know it said there are step stairs inside. the freezer needs defrosted. one description says there are toiletries and a hair dryer, there aren't. The host contact informed me they were sending a maintenance person in five minutes to sort the door code, they lied, they didn't. They were still checking information that should have been available before I left home. I had to send a message to get the heating turned on, it is a nightmare. I was outside twice for over half an hour trying to get in.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable, with good quality fixtures and fittings. In a residential street, but this was quiet.

This was the second time I booked this stay and had another great stay. Mark is very responsive and answered questions I hadn't considered in his welcome email. :)
