When you arrive at the property, there is a driveway to park up to two vehicles one in front of the other to the left of the house. Additional free parking is available on street.

Once parked, you will see two lock boxes on the side of the property by the gate. The keys are in the left-hand side lock box. Please use the code sent in the check in message / email to open the key safe.

The house was nice and clean, as described and in a good location. However, the house did not have any cleaning supplies, and staying with a baby and dog, it would have been nice to clean each day. The temperature inside the accommodation was 7 degrees when we checked in, and took a considerable amount of time to get to a reasonable temperature which wasn’t ideal with a baby who needed an early bedtime.

Our stay in Kibworth Harcourt was lovely. The property was fantastic with everything needed for a homely stay. The link received from the host with all property instructions was greatly appreciated 👏. The location was perfect for a visit to Market Harborough and Rutland Water Country Park. Communication from the host was fantastic. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Want to say a huge thank you to Charlie. This years Christmas celebrations was of high importance to us this year, due to my cancer diagnosis last year and this location was everything we needed, spotless and space was sufficient to our needs of 4 adults, 1 child and dog. We even took our own xmas tree to compliment the season. Thx again happy New Year.

My family and me (3 adults and our terrier dog) stayed for two nights, we used this venue to visit family and friends in the local surrounding areas. The Venue was clean, modern and spacious for a typical small 3 bedroom house. The rear garden was secure and fenced which enabled our dog to roam safely. Off street parking to the side of the property was a bonus. The beds were really soft and comfy with clean white linen which had the hotel feel. Market harbour town is a short 12 minute drive were you can find all the shops, pubs and restaurants. The venue is surrounded by beautiful country scenes with lots of paved walking routes which was perfect for dog walking and getting some freah air and unwind from our busy working lives.
