On the plus side the house was very clean inside, the beds were very comfortable and it’s in a quiet location. However, the garden was shabby - a crumbling empty raised planter, unmown grass, plastic rubbish scattered around and a bin bag with rubbish in too. There are only two outside chairs and one tiny table (for a house that sleeps 5) and they are very uncomfortable. The kitchen is probably the worst equipped kitchen of any holiday house I’ve stayed in. No oven dishes, a few small pans which are insufficient to cook for 5, and they’ve done the classic ‘sleeps 5 so they need 5 plates, 5 bowls etc’ - except there were only 4 knives to eat with?! No oven gloves. No welcome pack to speak of. The oven is so old that the pictures around the dials have completely worn away so had to google to find where to put dials to make the oven work and just guess the temperature. No broom or even dustpan and brush, no hoover. Most of this has been raised in previous reviews but nothing has changed!

Lovely clean house , everything we needed . Garden could have done with more comfortable furniture as we are used to sitting outside when it’s sunny . Beds comfy and plenty of hot water for showers . Good communication with the host Thank you for a lovely holiday

A great place for us to stay while we were in the area for a family event. The village of Kibworth has good amenities and the house was clean and modern

The house was nice and clean, as described and in a good location. However, the house did not have any cleaning supplies, and staying with a baby and dog, it would have been nice to clean each day. The temperature inside the accommodation was 7 degrees when we checked in, and took a considerable amount of time to get to a reasonable temperature which wasn’t ideal with a baby who needed an early bedtime.

Our stay in Kibworth Harcourt was lovely. The property was fantastic with everything needed for a homely stay. The link received from the host with all property instructions was greatly appreciated 👏. The location was perfect for a visit to Market Harborough and Rutland Water Country Park. Communication from the host was fantastic. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Want to say a huge thank you to Charlie. This years Christmas celebrations was of high importance to us this year, due to my cancer diagnosis last year and this location was everything we needed, spotless and space was sufficient to our needs of 4 adults, 1 child and dog. We even took our own xmas tree to compliment the season. Thx again happy New Year.

My family and me (3 adults and our terrier dog) stayed for two nights, we used this venue to visit family and friends in the local surrounding areas. The Venue was clean, modern and spacious for a typical small 3 bedroom house. The rear garden was secure and fenced which enabled our dog to roam safely. Off street parking to the side of the property was a bonus. The beds were really soft and comfy with clean white linen which had the hotel feel. Market harbour town is a short 12 minute drive were you can find all the shops, pubs and restaurants. The venue is surrounded by beautiful country scenes with lots of paved walking routes which was perfect for dog walking and getting some freah air and unwind from our busy working lives.

It was a nice and pleasant stay at this beautiful property. Host was very responsive and kind. If you are looking for a nice, cozy and comfortable stay then must give it a try.

Very nice place and lots of communication, including local recommendations from the host. The living room is on the smaller side, but this didn't bother us. It would have been better if there were cleaning things present, like a hoover and mop

Everything was good except the hosts uncertainty of a high chair being available On the amenities it says high chair is available and I asked weeks before but it was not provided & then there was a lot of confusion if it was available or not Apparently not due to security risk .. very strange Apart from that everything was good

Highly recommend this property. Clean and tidy. Modern appearance. Great dog walking area within 2 minutes of the property. Local residents very friendly. Plenty of local shops for amenities. Nice pub / restaurant within walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay in Kibworth for the wedding. It was clean and tidy, white linen and towels pristine. Comfortable beds although a little bijou in bedrooms 2 and 3. Ok for five but cramped when we were all inside. Thank you it was a fair price and we were very comfortable and great communication.

Everything as listed, easy access and communication was fantastic. Even providing essentials to maintaining the property with cleaning, dishwasher, coffee etc. We would 100% stay here again, we had a lovely stay. thank you
