My elderly parents stayed here to be near my nephews and in terms of check in and location all was well. The place itself needs maintenance, kitchen was dirty, bed linen and towels old, tired and bad quality. Cheap furniture but it was quiet and at least near my nephews which was the entire point of the trip. Scuff marks everywhere as well and broken clothes horse. Needs an update and TLC. Like all agency run Airbnb places (which ruined the airbnb experience sadly for real people who put love and care into their properties) this place is not run by a real person who takes good care of the place and this is so common these days. Not the Airbnb we all knew and loved years ago, it’s now all about super high prices and mediocre, sub par stays. Wish my parents had complained earlier and taken more photos but they are in their late 70’s and were trying to have a nice new year with their grandkids.

This is AirBnB is managed by a property letting agency and is a recent new build house on a quiet new estate. It is clean and well provisioned with everything needed for up to four people to stay. The location is convenient for accessing the Peterborough area. There are two off road parking spaces beside the house and more spaces in layby areas nearby. The agents responded quickly to enquiries. The agent's systems appear designed for long lets so be prepared for a fair amount of legalese and standard communications. We were not able to access the WIFI system which was frustrating for both us and the agent's who didn't have the WIFI details as it had recently come on the books and they were unable to get a response from the owner of the property while we were there. We expect that this will have been resolved by now.

- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
