We welcome you to this charming three double bedroom, three bathroom home that has been designed to give a true home from home feel for guests staying in Market Harborough. Perfect for contractors, families visiting the area and for relocation purposes. The house also offers free parking.

The space

The property includes three well-furnished bedrooms: Bedroom 1 offers a double bed, a double wardrobe, and its own separate bathroom; Bedroom 2 features a double bed and a double wardrobe; and Bedroom 3 provides a double bed, a double wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there is a separate family bathroom equipped with a bath and shower, ensuring ample facilities for all guests.

Guest access

When you arrive at the property, there is a driveway to park one vehicle. Additional free parking is available on street however please do not park down the side of the property.

NOTE: Please ensure only park 1 car / van on the driveway of the property. For additional vehicles, please park around the corner to not interfere with neighbour parking

Once parked, you will see two lock boxes on the side of the property by the gate. The keys are in the left-hand side lock box. Please use the code sent in the check in message / email to open the key safe.

PET POLICY: £25 pet fee per pet which can either be paid up front or taken from the refundable damage deposit.

Was visiting family for the weekend and this was the perfect location for our family. The home was just what we needed and was in perfect condition. It is close to so many things to do, walking distance to the town centre and easy to find

House was great, nice space, quiet neighbourhood. Excellent communication from the host. The house is very sparse on kitchenware for a space advertised for 5 people, only a couple of small pots and pans, plates etc. The bedrooms were lovely but beds very soft and creaky. There was no bedding for the sofa bed, which was very hard and not ideal to be called a bed for a week. I wouldnt plan on utilising the sofabed for more than a night or two. For 2-3 couples and mostly eating out the place would be fantastic.

Lovely stay at this town house, accurately described by the host. Clean and comfortable, a home away from home. Would recommend to anyone who needs a place to stay. Location is great with local amenities and delivery from various places for food. If we had to pick an issue it would be the beds, the mattresses and frames could do with an upgrade but other than that it was a great place to stay.

Very clean and well-equipped and would revisit. Quiet and family-friendly area. It wouldn’t be suitable for very young children because the property is over 3 floors with lots of stairs. One bedroom is on the ground floors, the other 2 bedrooms on the second floor. Visited during a hot spell and the second floor got very warm.

Well kitted out, clean and tidy house. Having three bathrooms really useful as we were staying there for a wedding. Given super hot weather at the time, a fan would be a good addition (unless we missed it).
