The space
The Stables has a bright and homely living, kitchen and dining area. The perfect place to unwind with your loved ones, you can relax on the sofa or armchair and keep up with your favourite shows on the flat screen TVs and the use of the sonos sounds system throughout property. Open up the doors which lead directly onto the property’s private patio and let the fresh country air flood into the space which also is adjoining to the Cleveland Way Walk.Fully equipped for self-catering stays, the newly fitted kitchen has everything you could need to prepare meals easily.
Outside there is an excellent newly laid Indian sandstone patio which, in turn, leads out onto a spacious open garden with beautiful landscaping and a quirky covered seating area with lighting. Start your day with a morning coffee in the sunshine or enjoy a glass of something bubbly as the sun goes down whilst listening to your favourite tune on the outdoor sonos speaker.
An addition to the outside space on offer at The Stables is a hot tub with Bluetooth speakers which only adds to the ambience of the setting.
Back inside The Stables and you’ll find two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms and the bathrooms boast Sonos sound systems which guests are welcome to use.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a stylish bathroom with a bath and WC, whilst the second room is a double Bed with a WC and extremely luxurious contemporary walk-in shower. Both bedrooms both have comfortable new mattresses and premium bed linens to ensure you have the best night’s sleep.

Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.Ample private on-site parking is available outside the property.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Travelled as a group of four! (Two couples). Originally booked for 2 days but managed to extend our stay for an extra day. The place is so clean and decorated lovely. Underfloor heating kept us warm during our stay and beds were really comfortable. We really enjoyed the hot tub and peaceful atmosphere. Would definitely like to return to this place, maybe in the summer time.

Had a lovely birthday weekend recently at The Stables. The bedrooms and bedding were fantastic as was all the decor with lovely personal touch of art decor throughout. The bathrooms had huge walk in showers and a wow factor. Very impressive from the minute you walk in. The kitchen is well enough equipped, just lacking an oven glove and a few more tea towels for a multiple night stay. There are a number of glasses, potentially the glass selection could do with a re vamp. There were odd numbers.
Our only thought was the lounge area had only one sofa to seat 3 at the most and a chair. A larger sofa or additional two seater would have been more comfy for socialising as we were sat shoulder to shoulder.
The outside area would be lovely in summer but due to the weather we didn’t use it, however we had a dip in the hot tub which was great but could do with a side screen for privacy and wind shelter.
These are only minor points and would certainly go back and recommend here. Thank you.
