No.33 is a beautiful, recently refurbished apartment located in the stunning coastal town of Tynemouth. Sleeping up to seven guests across three bedrooms, the property has been designed with comfort and practicality in mind. Located just a short five minute stroll from the beach and nearby restaurants, you'll be perfectly placed to enjoy a relaxing retreat in Tynemouth.
The space
A vibrant and stunning apartment, No.33 can comfortably accommodate up to seven guests for a wonderful getaway on the North East coast.

At the beating heart of this apartment is the open-plan living, kitchen and dining room. Ideal for the perfect night in, the living room is fitted with a corner sofa and flat screen TV. This space is the ideal place for quiet hours of relaxing.

Dominating the kitchen are the pine green cupboards, along with fine, white worktops. The kitchen houses modern appliances including an oven, electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a dishwasher. You’ll also have all the cutlery and dinnerware you will need for your self-catering retreat.

Sharing the kitchen space is the dining area, which includes a Scandi style dining table and matching benches.

You'll find the master bedroom located on the first floor. Here you'll find a comfortable double bed with plush bedding and premium bed linens to ensure you have the best sleep possible. A flat screen TV, storage shelves, and a large mirror complete the space.

Take the stairs up to the second floor and you'll find a bedroom which sleeps three guests. Ideal for children and teenagers, this room is home to a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on the top.

You’ll find a double bedroom on the third floor boasting the same handy amenities at No.33.

There are two family bathrooms at No.33. The first floor bathroom features a bathtub, a separate shower, WC and wash basin, whilst the third floor bathroom is home to a shower, basin and WC.

Guests have access to the full apartment.

The keys to No.33 are accessed via a secure key safe code, details of which will be provided prior to your stay.

One visitor's parking permit is provided, allowing for free on-street parking in Tynemouth’s TM1 zone. Additional vehicles can be parked in one of the several pay & display car parks located around Tynemouth.

One well behaved dog is permitted to stay at No.33 per reservation.

Please note that No.33 may not be suitable for those with limited mobility due to the number of stairs.

Great location, nice and clean however we had a few issues. Window in the kitchen would not fully close, top part would not stay up so cold draft as it was winter. Whenever the hot tap was run anywhere in the property including a shower the tap in the 1st level bathroom would vibrate very loudly to the point it would wake up the kids, even went off in the middle of the night. only way to stop this would be to fiddle with it until it stopped. 2nd level ensuite tap was very loose on the sink. No parking permit as promised, did ask the host but never came back to us regarding this.

Great place and the location could not be better , close to the bars and restaurants but not amongst them and also close to the beautiful beach’s !

Clean and tidy and looked exactly as the pictures and description. Host communicated clearly. Location was great although as some other reviewers have mentioned there is some noise from the restaurant downstairs. It is not loud or late though and couldn’t be heard in the bedrooms. Some noise from the hot water pump. A few tiny improvements would have made it perfect for us; a corkscrew, hand soap in the bathrooms and larger towels. But a great stay in a lovely place. Thanks!

Excellent location. on the whole a good stay & clean. Place was smaller than expected. Very little toilet paper provided. No dishwasher tablets. Couple of radiators wouldn't work. Plumbing very noisey when the hot water taps were in use. Quite a lot of noise from the restaurant/cafe below. These are only small problems but felt needed to be pointed out.

Great instructions to find & access the property. spacious property, very well equipped exactly as described. felt very safe & secure location is fantastic, parking permit a great addition. communication was immediate & helpful.
