The space
A vibrant and stunning apartment, No.33 can comfortably accommodate up to seven guests for a wonderful getaway on the North East coast.At the beating heart of this apartment is the open-plan living, kitchen and dining room. Ideal for the perfect night in, the living room is fitted with a corner sofa and flat screen TV. This space is the ideal place for quiet hours of relaxing.
Dominating the kitchen are the pine green cupboards, along with fine, white worktops. The kitchen houses modern appliances including an oven, electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a dishwasher. You’ll also have all the cutlery and dinnerware you will need for your self-catering retreat.
Sharing the kitchen space is the dining area, which includes a Scandi style dining table and matching benches.
You'll find the master bedroom located on the first floor. Here you'll find a comfortable double bed with plush bedding and premium bed linens to ensure you have the best sleep possible. A flat screen TV, storage shelves, and a large mirror complete the space.
Take the stairs up to the second floor and you'll find a bedroom which sleeps three guests. Ideal for children and teenagers, this room is home to a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on the top.
You’ll find a double bedroom on the third floor boasting the same handy amenities at No.33.
There are two family bathrooms at No.33. The first floor bathroom features a bathtub, a separate shower, WC and wash basin, whilst the third floor bathroom is home to a shower, basin and WC.
Guest access
Guests have access to the full apartment.The keys to No.33 are accessed via a secure key safe code, details of which will be provided prior to your stay.
One visitor's parking permit is provided, allowing for free on-street parking in Tynemouth’s TM1 zone. Additional vehicles can be parked in one of the several pay & display car parks located around Tynemouth.
One well behaved dog is permitted to stay at No.33 per reservation.
Please note that No.33 may not be suitable for those with limited mobility due to the number of stairs.

Excellent location. on the whole a good stay & clean. Place was smaller than expected. Very little toilet paper provided. No dishwasher tablets. Couple of radiators wouldn't work. Plumbing very noisey when the hot water taps were in use. Quite a lot of noise from the restaurant/cafe below. These are only small problems but felt needed to be pointed out.

Stayed many times in tynemouth, so already knew of the flats central location. Warm and cosy flat, great main bedrooms , good to have two bathrooms. Please note that it could be tricky with very young children or elderly due to the external stairs. We ate out each night, so only used the kitchen for snacks, tea and coffee. Very comfortable stay for three adults - would stay again . What not, to love, about tynemouth, we loved the sauna and dip on the Sunday, great beach walks, lovely food, especially at Riley’s

Perfect situation for restaurants and beach. Disappointed in downstairs living area particularly seating would be very cramped particularly If seven people were staying there(Which is advertised). run out of toilet rolls which were quite thin and cheap Bedrooms and bathrooms very nice however bit noisy in bathroom (son thought an airlock in pipes) and sink didn’t drain away very quickly However, most worrying was the access to the property up a fire escape steps which when going out or in in the dark were dangerous as pitch black definitely needs some lighting. Hope these comments are helpful as we really enjoyed our stay
