The apartment is in a fantastic location, moments from the beach. We felt it could have been a bit cleaner, and communication with the host was a little slow/confusing. Other than that the space is great for a short stay.

Apartment was ok however we did not have acceptable heating. When we arrived it was 14° and the boiler was off, would have been nice, seeing as it was winter that the heating was on timed for when we were likely to check in. When sorting out the heat we discovered only half the radiators worked. We reported this and was told tips on how to resolve - why should we be the ones sorting it? But we did try and reported it still wasnt working! We were told someone would attend to fix but that never happened. We spent our trip away cold and uncomfortable. For the price we paid I am very disappointed!

Very lovely appartment only a few minutes walk from seashore and an easy short walk into main town - shops and buses. Well equipped, clean, and very useful information provided. I got a sense owners had put a lot of thought into providing a welcoming and comfortable place to stay.

Perfect place for a few days, spacious apartment with everything you need. Beds were comfortable. The only downsides for me were the lack of curtains in the bedrooms as the blinds do not block out the light, and the bathroom sinks could do with unblocking as they do not drain well.

This is a great flat in a perfect location for Whitstable. We stayed for three nights over the bank holiday weekend and it was great for our family of 3. There’s a playground just around the corner while both the beach and high st are a short walk away. The property has character and is well equipped.

We absolutely loved our stay! They are clear pros, the pre-trip email had a mini website to reference. Onsite there’s a great manual, and check out the same online resources. It was immaculately clean and the Netflix amenity was welcomed with the nice selection of books. No faults at all. The fridge is smaller, so take a peek before you commit to groceries. It was perfect for us. We’ll be back and will happily rebook here.

Rotten smell in fridge area , probably from under the fridge, needs a fixed mat at top of stairs as slippery and I nearly fell down stairs.Could do with fans. More instructions to work television , and lighter bedding. Small bathroom shower head needs descaling., water shoots out of door.Needs coat hangers.

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment is very homely and in a great location. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds very comfortable, the towelling robes were a nice touch! We would recommend.

A very central apartment. Very well equipped and close to the town centre and the beach. Kitchen was brilliant, we managed to cook three full meals and it had everything we needed for a good stay. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed . Blue Fox were very good. The communication was excellent and clear and they checked in when needed and advised us how to check in and out. Unfortunately my daughter left an expensive coat at the apartment. At the time of writing this review I am not sure if I managed to get this back or not. It took three emails over 24 hours to get a reply and at the time of writing this, which is 2.5 days after checkout, I was no further forward on an answer on this... The only small thing was check out being very early at 10am, would be great if this could be slightly later, ie 11am, as all a bit stressful with children and trying to make sure apartment was clean and tidy when we left.

Nice holiday apartment. Bit difficult to park the car if it's busy but a carpark is close by. Near the beach, the Highstreet with shops and pubs and near the habor. On the corner of the street is a litte place called the Windy Corner who serves a lovely breakfest. Apartment is on the first floor with steep stairs. It has two nice size bedrooms with comfy beds. However the current blinds won't keep the ligt out so its bright and sunny in the room at 04.30. If you need to sleep in a darker room or got a migraine with need to stay in the dark that can be a problem here. Overall we had a few lovely days in this apartment.The owner communicates well en quick by mail, entry and leaving is with a code so absolutely fine so we would certainly recommend it.

The flat was super cute and cosy, although while we went it was snowing and could get really cold at times despite the heating being on. Despite this the space is a really lovely comforting space and perfect for small groups who want to spend time together. Blue fox also regularly checked up on us and were easy to contact, and the location 1 min from the beach. Would recommend to people who are looking for a small getaway or a chance to reconnect with one another!

Sail away is a really nice place to stay, very comfortable and well equipped. We had a really nice family trip. Everything was clean and the beds are really comfy. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and city centre, and we really recommend Windy's coffee shop next door. We had no problem parking for free in the street but it might be an issue during high season. Over all we would definitely stay there again.

A beautiful spot to explore Whitstable from, not far from the quaint highstreet and near enough to the sea front. Beds very comfy with lovely linen. Well equipped kitchen and particularly enjoyed the inbuilt ceiling speakers/radio! Thank you for a lovely stay. We really fell in love with Whitstable and would highly recommend.

Sail Away is a great apartment with really nice location in central Whitstable and just 5 min walk away from seaside. The apartment is cosy and equipped with a handy kitchen and really comfortable bedrooms. It’s a great location to explore Canterbury, Margate and Whitstable. The stairs to get to the apartment is probably too narrow and little difficult to get luggage and car seat and pram upstairs.

Danniella at Blue Fox was an incredibly responsive host. Solutions were immediately offered to address the minor issues we had with cleaning and did not impact our stay in this lovely apartment. Close to the beach, close to the shops and restaurants, but in a very quiet road - it ticked all the boxes. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Beautiful accommodation for a short trip to Whitstable. Ideal location, a few minutes walk to the beach but still quiet. Check in was very simple, and we found the tips for the local area a helpful touch. Hosts were in touch via text to check we had everything we needed. We managed to park on the road which was great, but spots were few and far between so bare that in mind.

A very well appointed flat in a great central location. Beds were comfortable with nice linen and pillows. Ideal location for a weekend in Whitstable. Parking a little difficult, and car parks are available but pricey - that’s the only downside… other than that it was lovely

A great place to stay in a fantastic location super close to the sea and all local amenities. Really easy, smooth check in with a helpful and detailed handbook provided for all information. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Only main issue is parking is difficult on the road, but we found places close by, was just tricky when arriving/departing with bags. Thanks for having us!

Pros — Great location, nice and comfortable apartment. Walkable distance from everything Whitstable offers. Cons — Contrary to listing there is no on site parking and there are no spots on the road, we had to use nearby car parks. The Internet is probably fine for a weekend if you’re not going to be in much, but if you’re trying to work from home, it’s not good enough. We had to spend the first hour cleaning the kitchen. No communication from host when we had issues.

The place was excellently located in Whitsable and was only a short walk from the station and with good parking. My bed was comfier than my one at home, and all the facilities and amenities we needed. Communication from Blue Fox was also great leading up to the event so everything was clearly explained before we arrived. The apartment was also filled with little touches that made our stay so much easier, like the handy guide on nice places to visit nearby, and the coffee sachets, board games box and dishwasher tablets. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Sail away is a perfect location for visiting whitstable, very near the town centre . Self check in and check out were extremely simple Everywhere was clean and the apartment was spacious and wel appointed.. The information book was comprehensive. Would have no hesitation in booking again next time we see In the area.

Fab location! It could not be a better spot, so close to the beach and the brilliant Old Neptune pub on the beach. The Windy cafe at the end of the road is perfect for a morning coffee and breakfast. As a group of friends coming to stay for a few days and explore whitstable it couldn’t have been better! The beds were so comfy and I would love to know what detergent is used on the sheets cause they smelt amazing! Check in and check out is so easy. I would definitely recommend and would stay again myself if visiting Whitstable in the future. Thanks so much!

This place is great, particularly for its location - it's literally a 5 minute walk from the beach and 5 minutes from the high street also. There are great cafes, restaurants and pubs around too. The apartment itself was really nicely done out and had basically everything we needed for our stay, including a pretty well equipped kitchen. The only small downer was that the advert stated it came with breakfast but there wasn't anything at the flat when we arrived. In spite of that, I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Whitstable.

Great location and layout of apartment. Unfortunately we found the place grubby and spent the first hour cleaning. Thick layer of dust/hairs on stairway and dirty window sills, we really thought the place had not been hoovered for weeks. Host was quick to reply, sent cleaner the next day whilst we were out, but amazingly still neglected to hoover. Enjoyed our stay but would have moved out if there was somewhere else available.
