The space
Herbert Road is a homely and welcoming holiday home. You’ll have exclusive use of the property during your stay which includes an open plan living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, utility room, two bedrooms, a family bathroom and an office.The living area includes a grey sofa, a matching armchair and a flat screen TV making it the perfect spot to relax. Ideal for socialising, the dining area shares this space so you can enjoy home cooked meals with your loved ones here.
Continue onwards and you’ll find the kitchen. Dark cabinets and modern appliances create a sleek look. You’ll have everything you could need for your stay including a hob, oven, kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fridge and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine for you to use during your stay.
Take the stairs up to the first floor and you’ll find the bedrooms and family bathroom. The master bedroom benefits from a king size bed and the second bedroom has single bunk beds. Every care has been taken to ensure you have a comfortable night's sleep as the beds boast plush bedding and premium bed linens.
Spacious and modern, the family bathroom includes a large bathtub with an overhead shower, WC and basin.
The office space is located on the second floor and has a sofa bed which increases the occupancy of 5 guests in total.
When staying at Herbert Road, there are on-site facilities which will enable you to store a whole host of outdoor equipment. Cycle hire facilities are also available nearby.

We stayed here as a family of 4 with a baby and found the house suited our needs perfectly. We had everything we needed and the location was perfect for Ramsgate just a short drive. We had no trouble parking any day and the road is nice and quiet. Would recommend and stay again.

Arrived at the property and the smell was disgusting, the sofa was untidy and biscuit crumbs were everywhere. Log burner dusty. Blinds broken. Door knobs broken. Chairs all stained. Kitchen dirty. Drain in garden blocked, hence the smell. Garden flooded when water used in house and full of weeds, couldn't sit outside, fag butts everywhere. Toilet not cleaned, wee on the seat, bath flithy with hairs and bin full of you don't want to know what. Had to buy cleaning supplies just to use. Sand in the upstairs room. Carpet tacks in stairs that stab your feet. No coffee machine as adverted. Many marks and stains on the walls. Dust on all the skirting boards. Bathroom tap would not stop dripping.The worst place we have ever stayed. Contacted Air BNB and complained, 21 emails later no resolution, just excuses to delay this review. Do not waste your money staying there, we don't know if they even bothered to fix all the problems. The smell was overwhelming, everything just felt dirty.

Enjoyed our stay here. It was super easy to check in, and close to a park for our child. Street parking was very accessible and there were plenty of options to order food to the home if you don’t like to cook. The beds were comfortable and there are even hangers for your clothes. If you’re staying for more than two days ensure you bring supplies, as they only provide one roll of toilet paper and very minimal soap for the kitchen sink, you will also need to purchase dishwasher soap if you intend to use that appliance.

- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
