The space
On the ground floor of King’s Corner, you’ll find an ensuite bedroom. Cosy and homely, this bedroom features a neutral colour scheme and a comfortable single bed. The ensuite shower room includes a walk-in shower, WC and basin.The open plan kitchen, living and dining room is located on the first floor. Modern and minimalist in design, the kitchen benefits from light cabinets and white worktops. You’ll have everything you could need to prepare home-cooked meals during your stay as the kitchen has an oven, hob, kettle, microwave, toaster and fridge. There is also a washing machine which is perfect for longer stays!
Enjoy your meals at the dining table which features a round, glass table and four grey chairs.
When it comes to relaxing, you can retreat to the living room after a busy day of exploring Canterbury. This area boasts a comfy sofa, a velvet armchair with matching footstool and a flat screen TV. Please note there is no terrestrial TV at the property, only catch-up channels.
Take the stairs up to the second floor and you’ll find the master ensuite bedroom. Every care has been taken to ensure you have a blissful night’s sleep as the king size bed benefits from plush bedding and premium bed linens. The ensuite shower room has a walk-in shower, WC and basin.
Guest access
Guests have access to the full property. The keys are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to your stay.Free onsite parking is available. Please note the height clearance for the parking bay is 215cm.
Please note that King’s Corner is within the city walls so there may be some late-night noise on Friday and Saturdays, or on Bank Holiday weekends.

Keysafe was functional and place was easy to find and enter. Directions were good and recommendations appreciated, with good early communications from hosts Rooms and beds were clean, along with kitchen surfaces and kitchen appliances Good location, easily walkable, close to the cathedral and grocery shops Internet connection was easy to access and clear instructions left However, some issues were identified. All cutlery and crockery was dirty in the kitchen and required cleaning before use The downstairs toilet had to have the cistern filled manually before it would flush There were no sheets or towel provided for the sofabed user, there were only 3 towels and place to sleep for 3 people on a 4 person listing. Extra was only provided next day Light in extractor fan was broken There were only 3 chairs in the living room table, one person had to use a stool with no back that sat lower The upstairs window does not close as the handle is broken off and on the desk in the upstairs bedroom

Simply. Don't go there. Everything others rewarded is true, unfortunately: 1. Dirty, sticky kitchen 2. Loud and steady noise from neighbour restaurant ventilation so that windows are not to open by day and night 3. strong light from the neighbour shining into the rooms to keep dealers away 4. missing stripes on sun/privacy screens let people look into living room 5. loud quarreling neighbors 6. suspicious surroundings beside garbage boxes of restaurants. 7. Moody smell in bad and kitchen (fridge, old fat at shelfs). 8. After booking and reading former reviews I immediately contacted the renter to ask for cleaning and providing save entrance for me and my young daughter, they argued they do everything to make it clean and save. Findings: We did not feel save at all at that place, and the pan was unusable or broke or extremely dirty. 9. After first complaints of situation I asked to change linen, towels, etc cause a long stay of 3 weeks. Answer: yes we can, but will charge. Sorry. No way

- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 30 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest cancels fewer than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
