An amazing long weekend in beautiful Broadstairs. The location is outstanding. I especially loved the big spacious rooms. Finding a property that comfortably fits 10, with 3 bathrooms is rare. The kitchen is well equipped for what we needed (we made out lunched) I especially liked the big Fridge. The garden is also perfect for sitting out with everyone.
Nothing. Parking is annoying but that's what you get for a great location. However the guide sent by the host was so good offering great tips of where to park.

Very well presented house, close to the beach with plenty of room for the family to sleep. We were two young families and a Grandma, everyone was very happy with their rooms and there were enough bathrooms for everyone. Kitchen and eating area were nice, if a little small for the number of bedrooms. The utensils and pots and pans were a little lacking if you wanted to feed 8 people for dinner but luckily there are lots of nice restaurants and takeaway places near by. Heating and hot water was a bit of a pickle and the House Guide didn't give any details. I didn't want to contact the host about this and we worked it out in the end but clearer instructions would be useful. The extra cleaning costs and damages waiver came across as hiden costs which felt a little unfair but all in all we had a lovely stay.

The house is in a great location and the bedrooms are all a really good size. The living space isn’t huge and is probably a bit smaller than I had hoped for the number of bedrooms. The thing we were disappointed about was being asked to pay additional fees once we had booked the house and paid on Airbnb which was non refundable. This meant we had no choice but to pay the additional £25 fee which isn’t a lot but we had to do it on a different website and I like to know the full costs through Airbnb and not be made to pay additional fees before I’m allowed to enter the property.
The house didn’t provide a lot of cleaning things like a sponge for washing up, one tea towel and it only had 3 dishwasher tablets which isn’t enough for a house that sleeps 10.
Overall we had a really good stay and the house was how we expected.

- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.

- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
