The space
Bingley Court has an open plan kitchen, living and dining room. Modern and airy, this space includes large patio doors at the far end of the room which open out onto a balcony. In the summer months, you can relax on the balcony and soak up the warm weather. In the winter months, cosy up on the corner sofa in the living area and turn on the TV to keep up with your favourite shows.Fully equipped with modern appliances and cookware, the kitchen has everything you could need to make the most of your self-catering stay. Enjoy home-cooked meals at the dining area which includes a wooden dining table and four chairs.
Head to the bedroom and you’ll find a homely space with a queen bed. You’ll have ample storage space to store your belongings as there is a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Please note the sofa in the living area doubles up as a sofa bed increasing the maximum occupancy of the apartment to three guests.
The bathroom is modern and clean with a bathtub and overhead shower, WC and basin.

Guests have access to the full apartment.The keys are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to your stay.
A permit is provided, allowing for unreserved parking in a nearby car park.

Poor parking instructions. The original booking just said free parking. Got to the property, signs everywhere saying you need permit to park. Phoned host and stay. Their customer service was poor. They said there was a permit in the flat to put in vehicle. There wasn't one there. They also said there was only a permit for one vehicle, but wasn't told this on the original booking. They told me to pay for a car park and they would refund. But the car park was a fair walk away! Not something you want to be doing before work on a morning. The flat itself was fine, apart from mouldy smell in bathroom. Not sure I would use Host and Stay again.

- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 30 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest cancels fewer than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
