Property was just as advertised! Rooms were comfortable and when heater was turned on, the place warmed up very quickly and nicely. Location was perfect for us as we were working at the Marlowe theatre. Lots of good food and GREAT coffee places around. Located on a relatively quiet street so nights were peaceful. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking to be extremely close to lots of things to do!

Very convenient location, the town centre is just a few minutes walk away. Lots of restaurants, shops and beautiful attractions right on the doorstep. The flat itself was well stocked and fairly spacious and the host was helpful and friendly. Check-in was easy and it's great to have a parking space right outside the door. The walls are quite thin so unfortunately the neighbours are audible when talking loudly, closing doors etc. Also the external windows are extremely dirty. However, inside, the flat was clean and tidy. Overall a good experience.

Terrific location for access to the vibrant pedestrian center of Canterbury, including the cathedral. The host is very proactive with communication; I especially appreciated the clear information ahead of time that the parking space is indeed quite small. I rented a small car based on that (a Fiat 500) and it fit perfectly - a larger car absolutely wouldn't have. The place itself does have rather thin floors, so if you're a group you'll hear the others in your group moving about on other levels, but that wasn't anything too distracting. Overall, it's clean, uncluttered, and was a great base for the area. We loved staying there and will hope to stay there again in the future!

The apartment was unclean, but hairs in the bed was totally unacceptable. We had to spend a whole day fighting for a refund. At first was told that a refund was impossible. We lost one whole day of our holiday trying to get this company to do the right thing. Never again. What’s even more concerning is AirBNB said I could qualify for a refund as the pictures of someone else’s hairs inside the bed, all over the sheets wasn’t eligible!

The apartment is large. However, even before we arrived we had problems. Firstly, the managing company charges a non-refundable security deposit fee of £25. Upon arrival, we had a series of problems, which were reported immediately, without having any solution. The heating does not work on all radiators and is complicated to handle. But the worst of all was that the toilet in the main room did not work properly and neither did the shower in the individual room. In the end, the reality is that the flat has a just one full bathroom: the shower on the second floor and the toilet on the ground floor. We immediately contacted the administrators, who told us that they would come but they never arrived. The next day it was the same. This prevented us from enjoying the city, since we were left waiting for the bathrooms to be repaired. A disaster. In addition to that, the bathroom on the ground floor has stains and the sheets also had stains and hair.

we had a nice stay in Canterbury, the apartment worked great for the three of us. We just slept in the apartment. The description says it was newly renovated but it was probably a few years ago but everything was perfectly fine The apartment is centrally located and it was a big plus and although it is right in the center it was quiet and quiet. a better accommodation probably can't be found. We are completely satisfied and if we come back, we would be happy to stay here again.

we visited Canterbury for King's Week and this place could not have been better located. Aside from the Malthouse Theatre, everything on the program for King's was an easy 3-5 minute walk away from this apartment. The hosts were proactive and professional and we enjoyed our stay.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. It’s got everything we need and accommodating when we have issues with the clogged toilet. I love the location and proximity to the Canterbury city center; a very charming city, I may say. I recommend this place!

Property was very useful for our two week stay in Canterbury. Excellent location and great kitchen. However, bedsheets were stained upon arrival. Would have also been nice to have a vacuum/brush to keep the house clean during our stay. Finally, we were alarmed to recieve a letter from the council stating that the landlord owed a large sum of money in unpaid council tax. The letter also threatened that bailiffs could enter the property at any time and sieze possessions. When we contacted BlueFox about this, they were very receptive and assured us the issue would be dealt with. Regardless, the uncertainty surrounding this impacted our enjoyment of the stay.

Super location! Walkable from the train station, right in the old town too. We were really happy to have a comfy flat in Canterbury for the weekend with our family. Instead of a hotel room we had space to relax at the end of a long day sight seeing, and there were a fantastic selection of films on offer integrated into the TV service. Thanks for having us!

The place is nice and fairly quiet for a city centre stay. However there is illegal parking with no enforcement on a constant basis in the narrow street that makes using the carport with anything other than the smallest car a challenge. Also taxis generally will drop you a little way away from the house for the same reason.
