The space
This modern 5 bedroom apartment is located in Ropewalks moments from buzzing Liverpool Central with the city's buzzing nightlife on your doorstep! With 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan kitchen living area, this flat is perfect for up to 12 guests looking for a trendy city escape to enjoy Liverpool's nightlife.The flat is located on the second floor of a private apartment building and has stunning contemporary wooden flooring and neutral decor throughout. The apartment is spacious with 5 bedrooms, each fitted with two single beds, a combined kitchen and living area with a sofa bed, and 2 bathrooms.
The open plan kitchen is an impressive space with a welcoming living area, which has a widescreen TV and a sofa bed which folds out to make a double. There is a lovely dining area which seats 6 comfortably at a modern bench table, so when you’re not out and about sampling the restaurants on your doorstep, enjoy dining in. The kitchen has everything you might need to cook at home, with an oven, plenty of utensils, pots, pans, cutlery and glasses. There is also a dishwasher should you need it.
Guest access
Guests have full exclusive access to all areas of the apartment and shared access to the communal entrance of the building, hallway and communal stairwell with other residents of the building.Other things to note
We host stag and hen parties in this apartment.We are unable to host groups of guests under 21 at this property.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Please note, in any case the fire alarms are sounding, please call us and evacuate the property. We will have a member of the team come to the apartment to ensure the correct fire safety protocols take place.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

The location was excellent for being in the centre of the night life area.
Photos taken from other flats within the building, which were misleading to the actual flat we ended up getting. It's all about expectation with loads of space for 5 adults then having a livingroom that had seating for 3 people.
Flat was passable and just that.

Dale’s place is perfect for big groups wanting to be right in the thick of the action.
Perfect for accessing nightlife, concert square super close and only ten mins walk to Matthews Street.
It was seamless getting in and communication was both proactive and quick when responding, at a very reasonable price!

- Note: The Super Strict cancellation policy applies to special circumstances and is by invitation only.
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 30 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest cancels fewer than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.

We had a terrible stay at this flat. It was awful, the flat was not anything like the pictures, I was informed that it was in the heart of the city and there may be fine background noise, they was a club approx 6 meters away that played techno music until 5 am and it was so loud and we did not sleep. The flat was scruffy, marks on walls and doors, dirty rugs, white stains up the curtains , iron that had complete black in the bottom, ironing board that did not stay up as very broken. One of the bedrooms stunk of a smell like wet dogs and the carpet was wet and saw a big stain on the ceiling so guess there was a leak. Also the flat was not ready when we arrived !! I have made a complaint about this property and filled in a form but have heard nothing from them. I called Monday and today and was told I would get a return call , I have heard nothing.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Liverpool’s nightlife with fantastic bars and pubs on the doorstep. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an extra fee, which was a nice option.
Unfortunately, the positives end there. We weren’t informed that our group would be split across two separate apartments on different floors. The photos gave the impression of modern, stylish spaces, but what we arrived to was outdated and tired-looking.
Cleanliness left a lot to be desired, we found confetti under the furniture from previous guests and random items still in cupboards. Supplies were extremely limited: one toilet roll, four teabags, one bin bag, and no basic cleaning tools, even though guests are expected to leave the place tidy.
The Wi-Fi was almost unusable, as it’s shared by the entire building and couldn’t handle the load. Even mobile data (including 5G) struggled to connect due to the busy location.
To top things off, we were informed just days before arrival that we’d need to pay a non-refundable breakages deposit, which felt unreasonable given the worn condition of the apartments.
Overall, this stay was frustrating and disappointing. If you're just after a place to crash after a night out and aren’t bothered about comfort, it might do. But if you’re expecting a stylish, well-kept apartment in a great location, this isn't it. Not worth the money unless major improvements are made.

Unfortunately, a number of serious issues during our stay left us extremely dissatisfied and caused discomfort and distress to several members of our group.
The following concerns need to be addressed:
1. Damp and Leaking Radiator:
Upon arrival, one of the rooms had a damp floor with a strong unpleasant smell. This worsened during the stay, and we discovered the cause was a leaking radiator, which was releasing dirty, rusty water across the floor. The flooring became heavily soaked, and the individuals staying in that room have felt unwell since the visit. I have attached a video showing the extent of the issue.
2. Lighting and Safety Issues:
Many ceiling lights throughout the apartment did not work, and the lamp in the front room was missing a bulb, rendering it unusable. We had a disabled guest with us, and the lack of sufficient lighting created a significant safety hazard.
3. No Response to Maintenance Request:
We reported the issues to your team and were told that someone would attend the property at 10am on Saturday to assess the damp floor, lighting, and locks. However, nobody arrived, and we received no follow-up or explanation. We remained in the apartment until 12pm, so we did not miss a visit.
4. Faulty Bathroom Lock:
The second bathroom had a faulty lock, which resulted in someone being locked in. This was extremely concerning and meant we were unable to safely use that bathroom door lock for the remainder of our stay.
5. Insufficient Toilet Paper:
The apartment was advertised as accommodating 12 people, yet there was not enough toilet paper provided. We had to purchase additional supplies ourselves, which should not be the case.
6. Missing Bedding for Sofa Bed:
The listing stated the apartment had 11 beds for up to 12 guests. However, upon arrival we were missing a bedding set for one of the sofa beds. When we requested an additional set, we were refused, which meant one person had no bedding for both nights of the stay.

I booked one large apartment and one smaller one, but I got given three smaller apartments which wasn’t what I booked or paid for and the hosts didn’t communicate the change which left check in confusing and when I called to ask what was happening the staff were clueless.

For the price we paid for a 3-night stay, this apartment fell far below expectations. The overall condition was poor, and basic standards were simply not met.
There weren’t enough dinner plates for four people, and the glassware was a mismatched assortment — just one wine glass, for example. We were left two dishwasher tablets, despite there being no dishwasher. Hanging space was provided but without a single hanger. The toaster only worked when I physically held the button down, which felt unsafe and clearly faulty.
The waterfall shower sprayed water over the screen and flooded the bathroom floor. The window latches were broken, posing a security risk, and the ironing board was unusable due to a broken catch. The bathroom sink was cracked.
The TV didn’t work, and we couldn’t connect any devices to the WiFi. I reported these issues and was told someone had been out to look — but nothing was fixed. I chased again and was told it would be investigated, but no one ever followed up. I had planned to work during our stay, but the lack of internet forced us to cut the trip short and leave a day
As if the long list of problems wasn’t enough, we were told just days before arrival that we’d be charged a non-refundable breakages deposit — a baffling request given the state of the apartment.
This was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I would strongly advise against booking this property unless substantial improvements are made. It’s simply not worth the cost.

Sleeps 16 only 3 cups !! Fridges dirty floor not cleaned , shower heads filthy lounge are dirty (glitter all over and bad stains on sofa ) glad we didn’t need it as a bed !!
And the noise is terrible till 4 in the morning as I had read it was noisy but no signs of it being above a late bar that shut at 4 ( not on the pictures of the place is there any signs of a bar )
Totally ruined the weekend as we had so many plans for the days out (early starts ) we were to tired we cancelled them !! Definitely would not recommend these apartments!!

The apartments were in good condition with plenty of beds for everybody. WIFI had no issues and regarding check in/check out everything was really smooth and easy no hassle whatsoever.
The location is very noisy as it in the middle of a lot of late bars so probably not ideal for people looking for a quiet trip but they do email after the booking to inform you of this in fairness and give you the option to possibly change location or cancel the booking.
Overall this location is an excellent choice for anybody that is looking for a central location to Liverpool for a trip with a group or lads or women. Caters for all group sizes and I could have very little no complaints about my stay here.
Location is not for family stay or people looking for a peaceful trip.

The property is next to a very noisy nightclub which plays music until 5am. This is not mentioned anywhere in the advert for the property. Other problems we encountered:
- a noisy beeping fire alarm in the entrance way
- a blockage in the sink which caused flooding in the kitchen and a disgusting smell throughout our stay
- only four mugs for a property that sleeps 12
- dirty marks on the floor and bedding
- a sign in one of the bathrooms telling us not to use it
- one toilet roll provided per bathroom

We went for an event over 2 nights so location was perfect central to everything Close proximity to lime street station. Spacious for 4 people comfortably. Beds were comfy although as we were 2 couples would have been nice to have double beds rather than singles.
We would stay again if the issues detailed here are all addressed.
It was noisy at night but wasn't a problem for us as we were there for nightlife.
Sadly the heating wasn't working for the duration of our stay on the coldest weekend of the year and it was unable to be fixed. It was fixed just as we were checking out then it was lovely and warm.
Extraction in the bathroom was poor causing lots of condensation. The fire alarm kept going off and it was going for over 2 hours on one occasion we had to leave the building.
Only 1 toilet roll provided and small sachets of toiletries it would be nice to have sufficient for the number of people staying.
Basic kitchen essentials were missing there were mish mash of glasses only 2 plates no baking trays. We bought lots of food but struggled to cook it causing alarm to go off again due to grease o the oven where we had no baking trays. Then we couldn't eat together as not enough plates. Freezer door wouldnt close if turn fridge up everything freezes in fridge.
All relatively minor things other than the heating which could easily be addressed.

Terrible experience, it had not been cleaned when we arrived, dirty bedding on the floor in each bedroom, broken glass on the floor, I tried to contact them and kept getting automated messages back. Managed to get in contact with them, and they said they would resolve the issue, but I got a message at 6 in the evening saying they couldn't clean it that night and then the phone lines weren't working. Which meant we had to find alternative accommodation for 14 of us in Liverpool. I'm not happy at all. Avoid this company. Thankfully, I got a full refund, but they didn't compensate for food we couldn't eat since we were going to eat in that night, but we had to eat out instead or the huge inconvenience and stress it caused!

The staff were thorough and providing everything we needed to check in smoothly and the heating, TV, wifi etc was easy enough to work when needed. Furnished well.
Pictures are deceiving. Doesn’t look exactly the same. It was not just noisy at night it was horrendously noisy, luckily we were drunk and it was late but you felt like the club was in the living room. You could do with new windows to help that as the windows were very old and had gaps.
Also ironing board was broke & there wasn’t enough toilet paper for us. And the mirror in the living room is pointless. Just put a normal mirror there for people to use whilst they’re getting ready.

Clean and tidy when arrived
We had a bit of an awful experience where we had someone walk into our room the one evening. Found thesecurity was quite poor as the bottom door into the apartments was often open.
The kitchen facilities despite saying fully equipped was not. There was 1 fork, 2 pot lids but no pots, and limited other things to cook.

The Location was ideal. Lime Street Train station 10 minutes walk. Concert Square is next to the apartments. Plenty of places to eat and it was ideal to host a large group who were over for the weekend. Would have no problems booking again as I could not fault the facilities for a big group. There is a taxi rank just below the apartments too to travel to the airport or any destinations that maybe outside walking distance.
I would not have many complaints to make about my stay. I would just point out that the apartments are only ideal for a group who are over to go out for the weekend. If you are looking for some peace and quiet I would probably suggest staying else where as the streets can be quiet busy with noise into the early hours of the morning. Based on my experience here I could not fault anything other than it being quiet a noisy location but the property contacts you and makes this known once you book so you get plenty of notice.

False advertising! The communal area looks nothing like the photo on Airbnb. it's shabby and ill equipped. The photo shows plenty of comfortable seating and on arrival we found ONE sofa and it was stained. When I complained I was told the seats were damaged by a previous guest and they hadn't had time to replace them! We should have been told this and been given the opportunity to book elsewhere. We weren't! So 3 of our party sat on the floor for our special night IN with gifts, champagne and cake for our friends special birthday.
The coffee table has chunks missing from it and the dining table is horribly stained. The large lamp in the communal area didn't work and neither did the one ancient hairdryer. It was not a pleasant place to stay. Also it had been glossed so recently that it was still wet and the fumes were very strong.
Had I seen a true photo of the lounge I would never have booked this place. I would not use Host and Stay again as they spoilt our special trip.

The apartments were useful for a hen party. They had plenty of space and the location is very central which worked well for us
The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Some things didn’t work, like the sofa bed in one of the apartments, or the light switch for the bedroom, or the door handle to apartment 6 (it actually fell off). There wasn’t sufficient amenities, such as toilet roll, washing up liquid or bin liners. Just basics you would expect in a self catering apartment. The apartments are right next to a street of bars and nightclubs so it was extremely loud at night which isn’t much of an issue on a hen party but some of our guests didn’t sleep at all. I also had a really difficult time with the company regarding our booking with lots of errors on their side and mixed messages, so I found the whole thing quite stressful.

apartment was lovely, a few things could be made better, more small saucepans would be good especially if cooking for 12 people, the downstairs bathroom door needs attention, it sticks and could easily get locked in. The stairs to the upper floors are very steep, no good for older people. to get to apartment there are a lot of stair but they have sofas on the landing which helped rest 🤣. Building work was being completed but didn't impact us at all. 1 of the skylights in the upper floor bedrooms was broken, we were a little worried incase it rained and came in. some of the cleaning could do with being looked at dust on the wardrobes and tissues left under wardrobes.

Het was echt een super goede locatie, midden in het uitgaansgebied van Liverpool. De host had al aangegeven dat het een drukke straat is, en dat klopt. Voor ons ook prima, want wij waren met vrienden en hoeften niet vroeg op. Het is een mooi en gezellig appartement en alles was goed en schoon.
De bedjes in de kamers waren vrij smal, dus wel echt voor koppels. De bedbank is wel groot. Verder was de communicatie goed, veel informatie, maar af en toe zelfs te veel informatie. Meer dan twee berichtjes met alle info is wel voldoende.

the space isn’t very comfortable, the beds aren’t that comfortable as you can fee the springs

Ideal location for nightlife
The apartment was very basic and even the sitting area was uncomfortable. Some of the beds were broken and all of the mattresses were very old with springs poking out of them. Also, the noise levels were ridiculous as the building has old fashioned windows with no sound insulation and you are literally meters from several night clubs. Even with earplugs it was very difficult to sleep.
There were also a lot of fruit flies in the kitchen.
If you are staying just to enjoy the night life and going out late then this might be fine but this flat is not suitable for anything else.

Did a staycation here with some friends and everyone’s reactions upon arrival was fab! The place is so beautiful and looks even better in person. The location is great as all our activities was walking distance. I saw some reviews talk about the noise from outside, me and my guests didn’t find this as an issue as were were there on weekdays so wasn’t as noisy as I thought it’d be. Check in was smooth, they really go into detail to ensure everything is simple for you which I appreciate. All in all this place is perfect, their communication is great and their emergency help line is very helpful and they actively try to help with your concerns. Just book it!

AVOID!!! After my stay at the property I got an infection for ring worm. After a consultation with my GP they advised it will have been passed from either unclean towel or bed sheets. I personally stayed on the sofa bed so this may be the area of infection.
Location is great and price was reasonable, but again health and cleanliness concerns would suggest staying away!

A very central location with a vibrant party scene with plenty of late night entertainment options. The apartment is as it says in the label - good sized rooms and having two renovated bathrooms was a bonus.

The hosts were very clear that the area had a bustling nightlife and that there would be background noise. the property was a good size and was clean on arrival. Budget friendly and fine for a group of 5.
I don’t think one 2 person sofa is sufficient in a apartment marketed for up to 12 people. The pictures show more furniture but not there on arrival.
Background noise is an understatement , night clubs are open until 4am on weekdays, when the night clubs close there is street noise, until the drinkers disperse, then the streets are jet washed. once the jet washer finish the builders start working on the road ( no mention of this sort of extensive road work on booking or at any stage in advance).
we were a group of 5 people but this apartment is marketed for much higher occupancy in clouding using the sofa bed in the lounge. However the lounge has a door sized window directly overlooking the bed and no privacy. this large window was also walked in to by one of our guests as it has no markings.

Poor value due to extreme noise level. No double glazing. We were told some background noise but it was unbelievably loud! Four bedrooms overlooked a club. Every word that was said was heard until 4am. It dropped noise level at 2am.

we stayed here for my birthday celebrations and it was absolutely worth it , the property was the perfect location majority of bars , clubs and restaurants where literally couple minutes walk away and one night club was right outside the door! you could party all night long even when we got back in to the accommodation and if any of us when to bed early the music over the road wasn’t actually disturbing you could still easily sleep. the decor was lovely , staff where very helpful and responded to any questions or issues we had quickly. amazing value for money will one thousand percent be staying here again!
we had one issue with one of the bathrooms , as you flushed the toilet the dirty water came up from the shower drain however after letting the host know they dealt with this quickly the maintenance team where lovely and had a laugh with us as they where fixing it , it was a minor issue but was dealt with quickly!

This Airbnb is great for hen or stag parties! The location is really handy to get to all the bars and clubs, and the door code and key lock box is perfect for people coming in and out at different times.
The only downside is the noise. While we were warned ahead of time that the Airbnb was very loud, it was quite something to experience in person, genuinely felt like we were INSIDE a club while we were trying to snooze.
Definitely invest in some heavy duty earplugs if you stay here!

Absolutely stunning appartements! Really friendly and helpful hosts! Located right in the centre of the clubs and pubs so perfect if you’re staying for a party weekend (would not recommend if you’re looking to get some good sleep, but the hosts let us know this before we finalised booking which was really kind)
Only a couple of issues, there was only a single three seater sofa in the the house (which hosts 10).. although there was plenty of benches we used from the dining table so it wasn’t a massive problem, we had just expected a couple more. And the pillows on the beds were quite old and flat but again wasn’t really an issue.
I would defiantly recommend this place to others visiting Liverpool and would even stay here again if I was to return!

It was a beautiful property had everything we needed, the appartment was clean and provided plenty of pillows, towels and duvets. Very handy being in the city centre only 5 mins work to the main shopping area, good security per apartment and the overall property. Very close to the train station.
It was on a street that was surrounded by club and bars open until 3 am, it was very noisy when you were trying to sleep, trying to get into the property entrance was a pain when drunks refused to move off the step for us to get in. The bedrooms didn't hold the heat without the electric heaters that were provided. There were 2 rooms that the door and locks got jammed, I did report it to the owner.

Lockbox for keys didn’t work upon leaving so we left both sets in the unlocked box and informed the property via booking about this. Between us leaving and staff coming in to check the apartment a set of keys went ‘missing’ and we’ve been wrongly charged £88 for this mess up. We know for a fact both sets of keys were returned upon leaving the apartment. Just seems like they want an excuse to make a few extra quid out of you at any chance they can get.

Absolute gem of a place. We celebrated New Years without leaving the apartment. Katy, Joe & Team were very responsive and so helpful with any queries we had regarding our stay.
Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay near the night life/takeaway food shops all right outside the front door.
We wish we could stay longer to do sightseeing but we still enjoyed every minute.

Multi storey parking within walking distance. Everything was on our doorstep.
The apartment was nice enough but slightly grubby. Could really do with a repaint.
Looked clean on the surface but when we unfolded the sofa bed to accomadate the amount of guests it was very dirty underneath.
We knew it would be noisy being in the centre of the nightlife but it was worse than we imagined definately reccomend future guests take earplugs.
The matresses on the beds need replaced or a matress topper. Could feel every spring.

We had a really great stay in this flat. It’s clean, big, and great location with very easy access to lots of restaurants, pubs/bars, and clubs. Also walkable distance to Liverpool waterfront.
Yes it is very loud due to the clubs around but we were warned about this multiple times and so we were absolutely expecting. Definitely just make sure you use earplugs or noise-canceling headphones.

Location is perfect, central to anything you might want to do such as cavern club or the docks, and right on the doorstep of nightlife.
Do be aware though that you can really hear the nightlife around you as it doesn't stop until 5am.. and then bottle bins get emptied. So if you're wanting a quiet night away it's not the one, however if you're planning on visiting and going out drinking its the perfect location. We had the superior apartment for our group of 8 and it was a lovely place, great price too. Will definitely stop here again if we visit again!

The location was central, if you plan to stay out all night its ideal!
To say this stay was noisy would be an understatement. 2 of the 3 of us left refused to stay for the second night due to this. The 3rd only stayed as she was driving. Music finishes at 4
am - 4.30am when the glass is then emptied and then bins emptied at 5am. Music was so loud my ears were still ringing when bin collections were made. The queue for one club were directly under the window. The bathroom fixtures were clean but the floors were not, bedroom carpets were all stained and underwear and plastic bottles left under the bed. I had to call upon arrival for instructions how to get in the property to be sent a pdf file with codes. We then had to walk away from the building to get enough signal to download to enter. They did however send me several messages to remind me that quiet time in the building is after 10pm...if only!

nos habían advertido del ruido. Fue reservar y de forma simultánea recibir 3 mensajes advirtiendo del ruido. El día antes de la salida, como no recibimos comunicación sobre el acceso lo preguntamos y la respuesta fue que si estábamos seguros por el ruido. Se reiteró nuevamente y no fue hasta menos de 24 horas antes que se solicitó un depósito de 250libras. No había forma de hacerlo por la web y recurrimos al teléfono.
La contaminación acústica es impensable. Los decibelios de la discoteca se escuchan en las habitaciones, no así en el baño, por lo que hay un problema de aislamiento importante en las habitaciones. No es habitable bajo ningún concepto. Creo que se ha de advertir antes de reservar . Nunca antes hemos estado en un alojamiento con ese nivel de ruido, aún con ruido en la calle similar. El problema no es la ubicación, es el apartamento, que no dispone de aislamiento acústico.
Igualmente los accesos están muy sucios, con la escoba y el recogedor tirados en la escalera, junto a los papeles y correspondencia. También te pegas al suelo cuando caminas. la limpieza es claramente insuficiente. Solo apto para personas que duerman a partir de las 3 de la mañana, que es cuando acaba la música.

broken hob, Insufficient cutlery for 8 people, one 2 seater sofa for 8 people, spotlight coming out of the ceiling, broken socket, so unable to plug in a lamp. tv not working, broken lid on bin in one bathroom, no plug for the sink in the kitchen, and no washing up bowl which could help when washing pots, knocking from the radiators, and as for the noise from the nightclub opposite, we might as well have been in there until 4 in the morning. someone also entered our appt without our consent and then proceeded to leave the door open, we’ve not had any information back from the mgt of the appt regarding this issue! (no surprise there!!)

Had issues which the contact for the apartment was responsive about.
The photos on booking.com did not give a clear picture of what you would actually be getting.
Our apartment had no communal area, although the photos it shows communal areas. We had to open our doors and stsnd in the hall.
There was a warning about noise, do not under estimate this. There is a nightclub directly opposite that was open to 4am. Then the deliveries come. The noise literally vibrated through the apartment. Our group had to get silocone ear plugs for our second night, which helped.
Few marks on the carpet and light switch broken but i sent photos, so we didn't get charged and the organisers were very responsive. I didn't say anything regarding the noise.
To wash up we had to use the bathroom sink. No sink in the pop up kitchen.
If you plan on sleeping during a break this is not the place.
We looked for hotel availability for our second night but there was no affordable availability

The downstairs rooms were very dark and smelled quite musky and damp.
we had a power cut whilst we were there and it took the maintenance team hours to come and sort it.
also the property is pretty much opposite a nightclub! great if you are a group that want to be out late. But not good if you are planning to stay in as it’s very noisy at night.

The location was good though a bit noisy as beside a few bars so we were expecting the noise.
One of the apartments just had a kitchenette but no sink and no communal area for the six girls to socialise. Thankfully we had a living room which we all socialised in but the stairs up to our apartment was a killer. The sofa bed needs replaced and new slats replaced on the beds. The carpets could be doing with either a good clean or changed. New duvets wouldn't go a miss..

This property is ideal for hen and stag parties right opposite night clubs and shot bars. We went to celebrate my sisters 60th birthday with family. Our ages from 64 to 33. We had a really good time.
Although we were warned about the noise of the surrounding night life we weren't so ready for the noises of the delivery trucks, road sweeping, bottle collection and the draymen. So don't expect too much sleep.

not enough pillows, iron was broken, no plug for kitchen sink, hard beds, had no sleep as apartment is opposite a nightclub that doesn’t close until 4am. lobby area was smelly and dirty and stairs were very steep. in our group we had 2 x 70 year olds that struggled to get up the numerous flights of stairs

Hosts and location was amazing, bang in the middle of everything and provided with clear instructions from the hosts to ensure a smooth stay, check in and out. The only down side was that some plugs were not working and the bed in room five was missing a foot and broken resulting in that bed not being used and 2 guests had to sleep on the floor. However I have informed the hosts and they have confirmed to get these checked and fixed, But overall perfect for the hen party weekend. (As noted in previous reviews it is noisy from the nightclubs outside but as we were to expect noise this did not bother us)

great base for large groups getting ready for a night out, amazing location as well great pubs and clubs on the doorstep. keysafe for key storage so no need for a keyholder and the coded lock on the front door makes it nice and easy to access if people come back at different times
be prepared for the noise, wasnt an issue for us and we managed to sleep through. very warm in the upstairs apartment but we ended up staying on the hottest day of the year. air con would help

The fire alarm went off at 4am for no reason but got a message to stay don’t touch them no one even came out to see if there was a fire! the fire alarm people come the next day to check and said this is a regular thing!!

The location it was really close to everything. The rooms were really clean and a really nice size. It was a prefect place for a weekend away with your friends.
It was a really nice property and I can’t really fault it. The only think I could think that would have made it better if there was a mat in the shower as it was a little slippery when having a shower. Also leaving more toilet roll in the bathroom.

About 6 foot away from a night club. So no sleep was had for the full weekend.
The music stopped around 4am, then the bottles smashing in the bins, then the bin men with the smashing again. It does say no hen/stag parties or loud groups etc, i advised one day we were going to a spa so maybe should of been advised on the noise. it was full of hen parties, and I don’t see the issue with that when its that central to nightclubs etc. you can’t hear anything else because of the music. The base was literally making our full room vibrate. We had an amazing time and we would stay again for a party weekend but anything other than partying the property isnt for you.

it’s very central, and extremely close to night life. Easy process checking in and out
as the surrounding night clubs and bars are open till 4 am it’s extremely loud outside until the time.
I had booked two apartments and we had to share a lot between the two places as things were broken. our toaster wouldn’t push down the bread , their iron would not heat up , so it was lucky we had the two places to make it work.
the decor of the apartments is nice but it’s starting to look a little old and used , not as nice as images when booking.

There are a lot of stairs if you have anyone elderly with your party contact and ask for a ground floor.

Before staying Katy, Joe & the team were so helpful and communicative on our stay. Not only just on the flat and check in, but the local area and where all the hotspots where for food, drinks and things todo.
The flat itself was super clean on arrival and exactly what it was on the package!
I couldn't recommend anymore! Especially if your doing a stag or any sort of partying event.
If I were to ever come back to Liverpool again this is where I want to stay!

The apartment is shabby.
There was a strong damp smell in the upstairs rooms, especially one of the bedrooms which we discovered was coming from a wet carpet. we were unable to use this room as the smell was so strong. We had water coming through the ceiling on the landing when we arrived which we had to report.
One of our party discovered food debris in one of the shower cubicles ( not sure if it was vomit!)
On one of the showers cubicles the doors didn’t close properly, so you had to ensure towels were placed on the floor to soak up the water when showering, the shower I. the other cubicle the tap system was damaged making it almost impossible to use.
I was advised before booking that the apartment location was nosy at night, which I acknowledged and was aware of. What I didn’t expect was the noise went on until 4am each night, it was horrendous and none of my party were able to sleep!
The apartments have a major damp problem, even the pictures on the walls have mould spores growing on them.

The location.
The apartment above shower plug was faulty which caused it to all overflow onto the floor which resulted in it pouring through our apartment which then caused all the electrics to trip and sat in darkness unable to get ready for nearly 2 hours. Staff weren’t very helpful and spent more time asking questions instead of coming out to help. The electrics then tripped again on the Saturday morning which resulted in us being sat unable to do anything.
There was several stains on bedsheets and mattress.
The shower door did not shut as seemed to have come of it’s roller. The noise from outside was absolute awful.

This was a great property in the centre of Liverpool. It was spacious, modern and clean with everything you need. This is in a party area so it is very noisy at night, however the team pre-warned us of this before our booking was confirmed so there were no unexpected surprises. This property is perfect and great value for a girls weekend or hen do.

We had an excellent stay for a hen do for 2 nights. The accommodation was clean and a great size for the 7 of us. It was very loud at night but we were prepared for that following other reviews we had read. However, due to the fantastic central location we had no real complaints about the noise. Check in and out process was easy and communication before and during the stay was great. Only issues were that there was no plug for the kitchen sink so this made washing up after ourselves quite tricky and one of the locks on a bedroom door was jammed meaning that we couldn't actually shut the door. Overall though an excellent stay and would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Central location for bars and clubs (due to this extremely noisy)
We were extremely angry and disappointed that you have tried to blame us for the issues within your plumbing which is clearly not fit for purpose.
As soon as we arrived at the property the shower was clogged with faeces and water. We have photo evidence of this from the same afternoon we checked in at 17:02. We also have phone log evidence of when we called you straight after at 17:03. We had just checked therefore clearly had NOT used this bathroom, it was completely unusable owing to the smell.
Following this we had numerous calls through the evening and also provided a video of the circumstances. We were provided with no clear answers and despite being told earlier in the day that maintenance would come and look at the problem, they did not. We informed you of pregnancy and considering there was raw sewage coming through the property we had significant concerns for health. Again, you provided no assistance to us all night.
During the evening call we also informed you that there was a fault light on the fire panel, to which nothing was sorted.
We also have photo evidence of a number of issues within the property including a large hole in the wall, a smashed window, and dirty carpets. So much so that we were required to vacuum and clean the property on our arrival, despite having paid a significant damage deposit and expecting to arrive to a property of reasonable standard.
The following day, we again contacted you about the bathroom. Having been put on hold we were then advised that maintenance could come and look at this in the afternoon. Following their visit, we were advised that an engineer was required and this could not be fixed, leaving us with one bathroom for eight people. This again caused issues as the one toilet could not cope with eight people and took a significant time to refill.
During the same call on Saturday, we advised you that when plugging the hairdryer in it set fire. The hairdryer had no evidence of PAT testing and was clearly...

The apartment was lovely, just as the photos show. Amazing location, just a few mins walk from Bold street which is bustling with delicious restaurants from around the globe! The apartment is located in the perfect location. The apartment itself was Clean and had a modern style which made it very comfortable. As the some of the rooms were on different floors it meant that sound was never an issue.
It also had two bathrooms with showers which was a great addition.
The apartment had no microwave at the time our stay.

The apartment is in a great location to get around, cannot fault it.
The noise is LOUD. We were prepared for it, but it was significantly louder than I expected. The bin collection at 4am was a big painpoint, but we were clearly told about it so no fault in regarding to the apartment, just a reminder.
The other very good benefit of the noise is it means that you don’t have any neighbours to annoy yourselves.
Shower was great, rooms suitable too.

We were warned three times by email, text and phonecall not to flush anything bar toilet roll down the toilet yet we’re only initially supplied two toilet rolls for 6 people. Due to an issue with the fire alarm we were supplies more but we were told they would not normally do this. If you have a system that breaks with anything else bar toilet roll I would expect to be supplied enough toilet roll.
Apartment was well worn. Marks on walls and carpets. Expected higher standard for the price paid.

This is a perfect accommodation for groups of younger adults, stag/hen parties etc. It is so central for enjoying the fabulous nightlife, as well as easy access to shopping or any of the cultural venues Liverpool has to offer.

Property location was perfect for a hen party, night life right on the door step which is great if you are heading out in the evening, if you are looking for a quiet night in this is not the place to be. The aesthetic was lovely and had all facilities needed.
One of the beds was broken upon arrival and had been propped up by a piece of wood but the bed could not be slept on.

Good location, in a very busy area of Liverpool - nearby bars include ink, black rabbit, mccooleys, soho. Newsagent/restaurants/takeaways on the corner and staff are really friendly with good communication throughout the booking.
The picture of the apartment was bigger than the one we received. If you’re going for a quiet night NO NO NO. We barely got any sleep due to the noise of party goers and then the street sweeper/bottles being emptied at 8am 😬 bin bags piled up in the reception area was also a little off putting.

Had a really lovely stay at this very central and beautifully furnished flat. Due to its location next to Concert Square I reccomend bringing earplugs as it does get extremely noisy with the clubs right next door. The flat is in an extremely central position though and if you don't mind being in the heart of the nightlife then I would definitely reccomend. Katy, Joe and the team were brilliant. They were always extremely quick to respond and made check in extremely easy. They were also very fast to reply when I was having trouble setting up the sofa bed.
There were a couple of things that seemed to be broken (kettle and a couple of plug sockets), however overall the flat was furnished to a very high quality and we had a good time. We also had 12 of us staying there getting ready for a wedding, and didn't have trouble with hotwater etc.
Overall we would definitely reccomend, as long as you're prepared for quite a bit of noise from the clubs over the weekend.

We hired the apartment for my hen do in Liverpool. Location is very central and within walking distance to local pubs, clubs, cafes and restaurants. Communication from host was great very efficient and they were always quick to respond. As other reviews say not for those looking for a quiet stay as it’s very noisy until about 4/5am with clubs, glass recycling collection, but we expected that and weren’t looking for a quiet apartment. Would recommend to those travelling for hen/stag parties or night out with friends.

Lovely accommodation - very clean and well kept, good facilities. The building is opposite a nightclub which is open until around 6am so it's a very lively area and quite loud! We went as a stag group so it wasn't a problem, but just something to bare in mind. Check in and communication was good and would recommend!

Very good location if you’re there just for night outs with your mates, as basically everything is on the street as soon as you leave the door, flat was very warm and lovely, big, spacious and modern too.
Most of the window glass were broken, one of the sofas had a big rip and one of the shower stands was broken too and I’ve smacked my head against a ceiling few times as I’m 6’3 and the flat being underground, the celling and the metal beams decor were quite low so had to be very careful and despite there being 3 internet routers it seemed, the Wi-Fi was only working in the lower part of the house

Very good location for a night out in Liverpool and in a safe area. I would recommend if you are planning a gathering with friends. Please be aware that you may not be able to sleep until after 3-4 am as there are a few clubs just in front of the flat. Other than that, the flat is excellent and very cozy within walking distance from a Sainsbury's and Tesco, 5 min away from parking and 10-15 from shopping centre!!

the music from concert square and nightclub outside apartments went on until 4am. it was extremely noisy that none of us could sleep. then the bin lorry and street cleaners came. There is also a problem with water drainage and so we were not able to use shower for a day. the wares was also cold when we could use it. there are a lot of narrow stairs which are not suitable for everyone. I also only received check in details the day after we arrived, however Charlie was very helpful here.

I am extremely dubious of any 5 star reviews.
The place was not clean - with chewing gum, hair, questionable stains etc on the carpets. The bins were not emptied before we moved in. The apartment has a damp mouldy/smokey smell.
The hot water was not running for 24h when we moved in, including showers and heating.
Overall the apartment does not look or feel at all like the well decorated photos on the advert. There is furniture missing, bare walls and bedrooms without proper windows.
The apartment is right next to a loud nightclub - and this is coming from someone who loves a night out - the level of volume in the apartment from 1am - 4am was far far far beyond the ‘background noise of a busy city centre’ we were warned about. We’re talking enough volume to shake a glass off a nightstand. It’s as if you are inside the subwoofer itself, no lie.
There are literally no redeeming features of this apartment and the agency that sells it are professional con artists who are well aware of its flaws but choose to oversell and overprice it and barter with you when you request a refund.
An expensive mistake and a day lost trying to find alternative accommodation.

Unfortunately we did not have one of our finest stays at this Air bnb. We was welcomed with an awful stench upon arrival which did not fade for the whole of our stay, even after purchasing air freshener, as well as anti bacterial wipes as the cleaners had not cleaned appropriately. Despite the communication being quite quick and responsive, the suggestions were not very helpful and the cleanliness was still very much unacceptable. We only received one hot shower/ luke warm for our 2 day stay and this again was essential to our stay. I would advise that they provide more essentials e.g. towels/ toilet paper & provide fairy up
Liquid (was missing). I don’t believe the pictures reflect the look of the air bnb appropriately. For a 2 day stay we did not want to be communicating all of this but instead enjoying our weekend in Liverpool!

Had an amazing stay in Liverpool for my birthday. Quite a large group of us but the team were amazing hosts and even gave me instructions on how to turn on the heating. The team is very helpful and respond to you very quickly. We enjoyed ourselves, I look forward to booking with Host apartments again when I come back to Liverpool.

I stayed with 11 girls in this apartment, there was plenty of space for all of us, the apartment was as described and very comfortable. The location is central and perfect for if you are looking for a party get away! Easy check in and check out, with little communication required! Only downside was the apartment was slightly worn in places (but still amazing value for money) and very loud but we expected this from previous reviews! Thank you for having us!

The apartment is a great space and our group of 6 were extremely comfortable there. As all other reviews have said it is very noisy, this is not to be underestimated. I'm glad we had ear plugs packed! Don't let this put you off, if you're looking for a really central location it's perfect.

Amazing location in the centre of town and was a great, clean space for 11 of us celebrating a birthday. The team were super responsive and helpful in the lead up to and during our stay when we had issues with the hot water - which they resolved quickly. As advertised it is really really loud in the evenings because of location but we knew that so didn’t mind! It’s opposite a bar that’s open until 4am so don’t expect to sleep before then. The bottle men come round to tidy up shortly after that so just need to make sure you’re up partying as long as everyone else! Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a decent night sleep but for what we needed it was ideal and we loved it! Would come back again. Thanks Charlie and team!

Fantastic, central location which couldn’t be better. Very comfortable and clean but, as others have said, it is VERY noisy. The owners are very clear about this from the outset and are open and honest about it, but lying in bed is almost like being in the club opposite. Great if you want to party in the living room without paying the admission fee, not so great if you want to sleep before 4am. If you’re ok with that it’s perfect.

Great communication from the team throughout. Location of the apartment was right in the centre of Liverpool’s nightlife which was ideal for our group. The only downside to the apartment would be the cleanliness - soiled carpets and damaged fixtures were evident throughout most rooms.

Our stay was great and had everything we needed. Location is perfect being very central and right next to the nightlife scene. This did mean it was a little noisy however we expected this. Host was very helpful and went above expectations and I would love to return in the future!

Great accommodation. We stayed as a group of young couples looking for a night out. The location is perfect, right on Concert Square. Great value for money. The nightclub opposite is loud, but this is clearly indicated in the description so it’s not a complaint.
I’d happily stay here again. The communication from the hosts was great, responding within minutes each time. Liverpool is a great city. Thanks for the stay.

Beautiful venue, clean and the landlords were extremely helpful and welcoming, but directly opposite is an extremely loud nightclub which is open until 4am. If you want a decent sleep, then this is not the venue for you.

Really great apartment - perfect for a group, really central and great location ! Bedrooms, bathrooms and communal space perfect ! It is in a very noisy area - but expected due to very nearby bars etc - and was noted beforehand. Really lovely hosts with great communication !

Check in and check out was smooth and the flat was spacious for our group but was not exactly what I had expected from the pictures as it was a bit dingier than appeared in the photos. It was also VERY noisy at night - we struggled to sleep at all. To be fair, this is outlined up front by the host so was expecting a lively area, but not to the extent that it was with noise until about 6am both weekend nights.

A great central base to explore everything Liverpool has to offer, be aware the apartment is literally on one of the busy streets for nightlife! Superb value for money and the customer service and communication was excellent. We really appreciated the guide and recommendations sent! The check in and baggage drop option was super handy. Good spacious accommodation and comfy beds, fabulous bathrooms. Superb value for money.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It is in a great central place, couldn't be handier for shops, bars, restaurants etc. The only downside of this is that it's not a peaceful location, but this isn't a complaint about that as the hosts made us totally aware of this before they accepted our booking! There is heaps of space in the flat and the rooms are all comfy and clean. The whole apartment was really clean, but the only thing I would say is that it has seen quite a lot of wear and tear - certainly not as sparkling new as it looks in the photos - these are accurate but it just looked like it needed a few repairs here and there, pictures re-hanging etc. We would stay again though and it was great value. Thanks for having us!

The apartment was located in the perfect location for us to celebrate my boyfriends birthday. Surrounded by many pubs/clubs and restaurants we were spoilt for choice on where to go.
The apartment was spacious, stylish and sparkling clean! The apartment had all the essentials needed for a weekend away.
Checking in and out was super easy!
Would 100% recommend and would definitely return!

Loved our stay here for my 30th. Apartment was exactly as described. 5 really good sized bedrooms with a mirror in every room. Open living and kitchen space with a dining table to seat 12.
Location is perfect, you step outside into the mix and everything you’ll need is on your doorstep.
The only very minor issue was the noise from the trucks through the night filling / emptying loads of glass bottles but if you’re a heavy sleeper, this won’t be a problem.
Check in office just around the corner, 5 minute walk.

The Location is amazing 10 seconds walk to concert square, where many bars are situated. The rooms where spacious and held all amenities needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a short stay in Liverpool.

We enjoyed our stay here. Not a place to go if you want a bit of silence. The host makes you aware of this before money even comes out of your account to make sure you are happy. I loved that about them. Any issues we had were resolved straight away. Vibrant night life around. Great communication. Will be booking again!!!

This apartment was great for a group seeing the city who also love the hustle of the city. It was very clean, modern and spacious. The communication we received from the owners was next to none and always willing to help in some way. It was central to all bars and restaurants and even though the apartment was right in the centre it was quieter than we expected. We can’t wait to come stay again. Thanks so much.
