The space
This bright and modern two bedroom apartment is ideal for smaller groups looking to experience some of the wonderful nightlife in Liverpool!

With two bedrooms, each with two single beds, fully kitted kitchen and dining area you have the perfect space from which to explore the city!

With the lounge also boasting a cosy sofa bed, you will have plenty of space!

Please note that the beds have recently been changed from doubles to singles. The photos of the beds are general photos across all our listings in the building; however, the quality and style are the same.
Guest access
Guests have full exclusive access to all areas of the apartment and shared access to the communal entrance of the building, hallway and communal stairwell with other residents of the building.
Other things to note
We host stag and hen parties in this apartment.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 21 at this property.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.

Please note, in any case the fire alarms are sounding, please call us and evacuate the property. We will have a member of the team come to the apartment to ensure the correct fire safety protocols take place.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

The location was excellent for being in the centre of the night life area.

Photos taken from other flats within the building, which were misleading to the actual flat we ended up getting. It's all about expectation with loads of space for 5 adults then having a livingroom that had seating for 3 people.

Flat was passable and just that.
