Head through a private gated area, up a few steps to the main entrance straight into the contemporary kitchen/dining area with huge dining table - it's quirky design is jungle themed, with great lighting and unusual fun decorative touches to make this space a really lovely place to be with your family of friends.
Once you arrive you wont know where to look first, with all the colours, fun quirky items and one off pieces you will LOVE this place.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Everything you'll need to make a delicious meal is provided and there's plenty of tea and coffee so please help yourself.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds / linked together as 1 king
Bedroom 2 has 1 bunk beds and 1 single
Bedroom 3 has 1 triple bunk, 2 bunk beds
Bedroom 4 has 1 double, 1 single
The Lounge has 3 double sofa beds

From the kitchen, head along the hallway you will find Bedroom 1 which is tastefully furnished with a king sized bed (which can be split into 2 singles if preferred), and plenty of storage and hanging space for your clothes.

Next is the stunning main bathroom with double sinks and a huge walk in shower with two rain shower heads. This means two can shower at the same time, if you fancy! There is a further bathroom up on the next floor. Both are fully stocked up with toiletries including as soap, shampoo & conditioner.
At the end of the hall is the big, bright & modern lounge which is tastefully decorated with local Brighton artwork. The large bay window overlooks St Peters church and the surrounding green space. There are three large comfy L-shaped sofas and a flat screen TV (only 2 are shown in photos however we recently added a third). You are also welcome to use the excellent fast Wifi which is available throughout the apartment. A great sociable room that's perfect for relaxing or drinks before an evening out.

Up to the second floor you’ll find Bedroom 2 & Bedroom 3 and the second bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has bunk beds and a separate single bed, sleeping 3 in total. With a large sash window, it's a lovely light bright and airy room. We have graffiti style art on the wall and plenty storage space for your personal items.
Bedroom 3 has two regular bunk beds and one triple bunk bed which has a single on top and a double at the bottom, sleeping 7 in total. This is perfect for larger groups or a fun sleeping place for the kids for those larger family groups staying with us! This room is tastefully decorated with storage and plenty of hanging space. There is a chest of drawers with a hair dryer and mirror above.

On this floor also there is a stunning fully decked roof terrace with plenty of seating for everyone. This is a wonderful place to sit and have drinks at night or perhaps a spot of sunbathing in the daytime! There are pretty planters around the edge to add a touch of greenery. This has fun written all over it....the ultimate social space.

Up to the third floor you will find Bedroom 4. This is tastefully decorated with pretty lighting, bedside tables and unusual artwork, a butterfly ceiling and and plenty of storage. This room has a single bed next to a double bed. The sash window looks out to the front of the apartment with views of St Peter's Church.

All beds are made up with fresh white linen and plenty of towels are provided for all guests.

The beach is within walking distance. If you are after some green space the Level is only a short stroll away from the apartment with a great children’s play park, a vegan cafe called, a skate park and even a bowls area. It’s perfect for picnics, games, sunbathing and just hanging out together!

Amazing space right in the heart of Brighton! Natasha was a great host, really quick to respond with any queries leading up to our stay and during. Really funky big apartment that is exactly as described and shown in the photos. If you’re a big group I would defo recommend!

we all had a fantastic weekend stay with 21 of us for a hen do. I would stay again and I would recommend. roof terrace for pre drinks in the sunshine what more can we ask for. great hosts and lots of compliments on how nice the house is. thanks for having us

I stayed here with 11 others for my best friends hen do and it was PERFECT. It was just as described, very clean and great social spaces! Natasha was super helpful and even let us check in a little bit earlier which was fab! Would highly recommend :)

Excellent for groups, we used for a hen do. Hosts kindly allowed us early check in to set up. Hosts were very responsive & helpful. Accommodation was clean & had everything we needed. Outdoor terrace a lovely bonus. 100% recommend

Great location for a hen party, in a brilliant location with fabulous cafes etc nearby and short walks to bars and the sea front. The accomdation is extremely clean and there was enough towels for the amount of guests. Whilst it’s advertised as being able to sleep 21, we had sixteen and found it quite tight particularly with only two separate showers and whilst we had a fabulous time using the communal spaces any more people would struggle to fit and keep together like we wanted being a hen party. That being said the space is super funky and if you get the weather the outside bar area is perfect! We had a great time celebrating my sister getting married

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
