A lovely flat in a great location - the living space is stunning, with high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows! And it contains everything you could need - the most thoughtfully and throughly provided stay we’ve ever had. Michaela and Emma are superb hosts as well - communication was excellent, we felt so well looked after during the booking process, and then during our stay. Highly recommended for a great stay in Brighton!

Absolutely fantastic flat and service. Place is set-up well for longer stays – amazing amount of kitchen equipment to have cozy meals in, while the apartment is setup to feel comfortable, clean and welcoming. Very Brighton boho-chic without being ultra minimal. Just very welcoming and warm of nights-in, and perfectly placed for nights out in the North Lanes, etc. Great attention to detail including excellent bedding and pillows makes a real difference to a good night's sleep. The friendly responsive hosts have thought of everything to make a stay magical.

A delightful space that’s in an ideal location to explore Brighton. Highly communicative and hospitable hosts: from the helpful guide book in the apartment with recommendations, check ins to see how the stay is going, to the amenities eg. Extensive kitchenware that make you feel at home right away. It’s clear that care and thought has gone into making the stay as comfortable as possible. Very much enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend booking if you have the chance!

I really loved my stay at this North Laine flat. It has such an easy, calm energy to it, the kind that makes you relax without even trying. The light in the space is beautiful, and the whole place feels cared for in a way that makes a difference. It was spotless when I arrived, and it took no time at all to feel settled. The location is exactly what you want in Brighton. You step outside and you are right in the middle of everything, but the flat itself still feels like a quiet little pocket to come back to. I found myself really appreciating that balance. The host was great throughout. Communication was warm and clear, check‑in was simple, and everything in the flat worked the way it should.

What can I say- I spent 2 months at Michaela and Emma’s place while I was relocating to Brighton. The flat is amazing- clean, adorable, felt like home! The bed is amazing and provided many restful sleeps during a period of transition for me. The bath was heavenly when I needed rejuvenation and the location couldn’t be better- central to everything and extremely convenient! Finally, Michaela and Emma themselves are gems!! They are so responsive, kind and went above and beyond as hosts. I felt well looked after and feel lucky and grateful to have decided on this booking for the last few months. We really enjoyed our stay in Brighton at Michaela's. The flat was really nice and everything was in good order. The flat is situated in a area where you walk easily to the centre and to the sea. Great communication and a very nice place in a good location. As described, due to the single glazing there is some noise from outside in the living room, but this is minor, and it is not noticeable in the bedroom (with earplugs provided in case as well).

The flat was lovely and bright. Close walking distance to trains/buses/sea front/shops etc. Access was by lock box at front door, and up a flight of narrow stairs. Spacious, comfy furniture, well equipped kitchen, large windows. Some street noise, but bedroom is at back of house so did not really disturb. Would stay again.

I felt totally comfortable in the apartment from the first minute – it is beautifully decorated and very cozy. My language school was within walking distance in just 5 minutes and there are great restaurants and cafes in the area. Communication with the hosts was super friendly and straightforward, and thanks to the key box, check-in and check-out were totally stress-free. Absolutely recommended!

We had an amazing week at Michaela’s beautiful home. Spotless and well equipped; the bed was one of the comfiest I’ve slept in. Central location with ample places to eat and drink and only 10mins walk to the beach, and 5 mins to The Lanes boutiques. We spent our nights eating at an array of restaurants around Brighton and Hove as the choice is vast. Michaela’s place was exactly as listed and photographs represented her flat very well. It truly is a home from home with a fully fitted kitchen and a nice touch having some kitchen supplies available like coffee, tea etc. The flat is perfect for a couple or single visitor . The location was perfect for me as it was walking distance to all the places I wanted to visit in Brighton. The flat is located near the beautiful North Laine which I visited every day for shopping and coffee stops. Michaela and Emma were in touch regularly before and during my visit and wanted to ensure I was happy throughout my stay. I would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you .

Honestly one of our favorite airbnb stays we have had. We have used airbnb for over a decade and stayed in many places. The decor, amenities, comfort, and location was amazing. The flat is on a main road but bedroom is in the back where it is "quiet". in quotes as sea gulls like to make a little noise at night but there are even ear plugs provided in the bathroom for any who might need them. The bed is comfortable which is very important. For those with mobility issues - there are stairs to the flat but only up one floor. Host is very responsive and ready to help if anything is needed- asking and making sure all is going well. We will absolutely stay here again if we can and highly recommend the flat! Very nice, well-equipped apartment and very conveniently located. A stone's throw from North Lane and its restaurants, bars, and many entertainment options. Everything is doable on foot, very easily and for the arrival the train is 5/7 minutes on foot.

This was a wonderful flat in Brighton. It is in the perfect spot to reach almost all areas including the beach, the lanes and the university. Many restaurants and groceries near by. Lovely flat. High ceilings; lots of light. Loved the layout of the front room, with the kitchen, living and dining space. All in white to make the most of the light. The mobile TV cabinet is a great idea and really worked. Everything worked, and the heating was super efficient and easy to use. Great location too. Just round the corner from my favourite Brighton pub, and an easy walk to everything in the centre and handy for the station. I go to Brighton a lot, and this is definitely on my list of places to go back to.

Another great Airbnb experience. The apartment itself is perfect, pristine, uncluttered, but beautifully laid out and provided with everything anyone could need. There’s a little (not distracting) street noise in the living room at times, but the bedroom was perfectly quiet and the bed was as comfortable as I’ve slept in over many an Airbnb visit. The area is great, 7-8 mins from the station, right by bus stops, and only a short stroll down to the beach. There are tons of really nice bars, coffee shops, and restaurants round the corner in the Laines, but as I say, the apartment itself is quiet. Michaela and Emma were wonderful hosts, proactive in checking everything was ok and responsive to messages. All in all highly recommended, and I hope to return.

Lovely little flat in a great location. The flat is elegantly decorated, has everything you need and more. The area can be a little noisy as it’s on a Main Street with late night partiers heading home, but it wasn’t too bad and we slept well each night.

The place is easy to get to from the station, close to shops and places to eat and drink. The apartment was just like the advert, very clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay . Michaela and Emma were both excellent hosts. They were super easy to communicate with, and any question I had about the area or where I could pick up things like wall adapters were answered quickly and kindly! The space felt huge for one person - I found myself consistently moving between the bedroom and the open plan living space just because I could. While I didn't get a chance to cook, I appreciated the ability to do so, and was overjoyed at have access to a freezer. There is definitely street noise, but that's to be expected. Just know that if you're used to AC, you'll need to keep the windows open, which will let in more of the sound (both of revelers and seagulls), but it wasn't overwhelming by any means. What really stood out was the welcome guide - it essentially planned my day for me, from getting groceries to sightseeing to where I should eat (I only ended up eating from the recommendations, and wasn't let down). One of the easiest stays I've had. Thanks, y'all!

This place was the best Airbnb that we’ve ever booked. It was very well situated in Brighton, right in the middle of everything and a lot quieter than you’d think. The place actually looks so much better in person than in the photos, and it was well stocked with everything you need from toiletries and soaps to teas and confectionery items. There was even a small umbrella that was so useful for our unexpectedly rainy weekend! The flat was spacious with wonderful decor. Everything was pristine, the bed was very comfortable and the linen was freshly clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely hope to book again for our yearly summer trip to Brighton.

Within walking distance of the seafront and the lanes, and located in an area with nice pubs, restaurants and coffee shops. Fantastic Airbnb! We stayed for a week and really enjoyed it! This is one of the best apartments ever. The flat is extremely clean, comfy and incredibly well stocked. There’s so many cooking utensils, spices and other extras like coffee and tea available. Amazing! Check in was very simple and the outstanding “guide to the flat” explained everything in detail. The location is very central on the main road so it’s a bit noisy in the front room but the bedroom is super quiet. The flat is only a couple of minutes away from the North Lanes, so there’s countless great bars and restaurants to visit. Even the pier and beach are only a 10 minute walk away. The only thing was that we found the bed to be too small for two (tall) adults but it wasn’t a big deal. We’d definitely recommend the apartment. Michaela is a fantastic host, who answers within minutes and is very very nice !

I’ve had probably the best Airbnb experience to date! I feel the pictures don’t do the flat justice, and it managed to be sleek and modern whilst also warm and homey. The flat is exceptionally well-stocked with essentials, I finally didn’t have to buy salt or oil, and it even had a Brita filter jug, saving me from being wasteful buying bottled water. Communication with both hosts was great, so friendly and accommodating! Highly recommended, especially for longer stays!

Michaela and Emma were the best hosts we’ve ever had. They proactively provided all the necessary information, the response time was basically instant and they were incredibly nice. The flat is just as described and pictured. You instantly feel at home. The bedroom is quiet and the bed is really comfy. The kitchen has everything you could need for your stay. Everything was squeaky clean. The location of the flat is also ideal. Very close to the train station and to the lanes where you can find all the shops, cafes and restaurants. The beach and the pier are also within walking distance. All in all, our time in Brighton was great and we would definitely book again.

One of the best airbnbs I've ever stayed in! I was there solo for work, and it was perfect. The Christmas market was right infront, the beach is only a few minutes away by foot and there are an extensive list of restaurants nearby. It felt like home. There was a ton of amenities, everything I needed and more. Thank you! I will be back no doubt!

I absolutely loved this apartment and my time in Brighton. The place is bright, clean, spacious and has everything you could possibly need to cook and be comfortable. The other reviewers who said that it feels like home were absolutely right. Photos don’t do it justice! Michaela’s place is perfect for exploring Brighton. Clean, well designed, and best of all has high ceilings. There are a bunch of amazing coffee shops and restaurants nearby. However, if you prefer to cook the kitchen is well stocked. Fantastic AirBnB, I highly recommend. I am looking forward to returning on my next trip to Brighton.

Michaela's apartment was in the best location, just on the edge of the North Lanes area, yet still felt very quiet and I did not notice any street noise. There were restaurants and convenience stores within a 2 minute walk. It had everything you'd need, with a well stocked kitchen and the space was very clean and homely. Would definitely stay again!

Michaela and Emma's place in Brighton is an incredible Airbnb. I worked remotely from here for two weeks. It's one of those places you step into and immediately feel at home. Fully kitted out with everything you might need in the kitchen and house for a long or short stay - I cooked each day and made oodles of tea while I worked, caught up on laundry, and lazed in the couch of an evening...:). It's also well curated with the perfect amount of homeliness; beautiful books, plants, furniture, desk and electronics... I enjoyed the location close to the station, laines, and beach and also had space to roll out my yoga mat each morning in the wonderful light of the huge windows. It is a busy area, so be prepared to hear a few lively students, but nothing of concern. Hosts were communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend!!

Michaela’s flat is an absolute gem of a find! Looking for a last minute trip to Brighton, I came across this flat and I’m so glad I did. Michaela and Emma are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and even offered us an early check in which was immensely helpful. They gave us friendly suggestions on how to navigate the area, checked in with us and communication was fantastic. The flat itself is beautifully decorated, cosy and perfect for a trip away. I’ve seen concerns from others about noise from the street but rest assured, we didn’t experience anything of the sort and the flat was quiet and peaceful. No earplugs needed! There were even teabags, coffee and a few extras thrown in which was a really nice touch, especially after such a long journey down! The flat was immaculate, the communication fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again for a second. The price is reasonable, the hosts friendly and the place spotless and cosy. What more could you ask for! Thanks again for a wonderful and relaxing stay!

We had the most amazing long weekend staying in this beautiful flat. The booking and checking procedures where great and simple with the actual property absolutely beautiful, so pretty and clean with more amenities than expected. It is in the perfect central location right near an array or bars, good restaurants, spectacular sights and a selection of supermarkets. Could not recommend this lovely flat enough! Light & airy flat, good location for walking to the beach, The Laines etc. It is on a busy main road and although the flat has beautiful original sash windows they are only single glazed so expect some noise, the bedroom is quieter. The flat is well equipped and nicely decorated, clean, modern and uncluttered. We did feel that the bed was on the small side & the bedding rather tired and in need of replacing.

This is a beautiful bright and airy flat in central Brighton only a few minutes walk from all the main tourist spots and 15 minutes to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we were frequently checked on by the hosts who wanted to make sure that everything was to our liking. The flat in general was extremely well equipped (toiletries, staple foods and utensils) which makes self catering a lot easier! The only negative that we can think of is that the bed is very squeaky (albeit comfortable). Would definitely recommend!

The apartment is perfect. It is located nearby the main shopping streets (with lots of boutique shops to choose from) and only a 10 min walk to the beach. The living room/kitchen is spacious and incredibly well presented. The flat comes with all you need for a short stay. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Brighton!

A lovely, super-bright, warm, comfortable, stylish apartment, in a great central location. I wanted somewhere central for a long-stay (one month) as a base to explore the different areas of Brighton and Hove, and it was the perfect spot for that. Super close to Brighton Station, all the foodie, coffee, fashion joys of North Laine right on your doorstep, moments away from the Level for a lovely leafy walk, ten minutes from the beach. The apartment has a very useful and practical built-in desk if you need somewhere to work, fast wifi, a very well-equipped kitchen, great cooker, fridge, freezer, good shower, comfy bed. Some reviews mentioned the road noise at the front of the flat. It is a busy road but the building is set back, and I wasn't bothered by the noise. The bedroom is at the back of the flat and is very quiet. Great, quick, clear comms from Airshost For You who manage the flat for Michaela. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

thanks for your great support and quick responses to our tiny needs. it was unique experience for us. the place was cleaner than I expected. location was also wonderful, it is so close to public transport links and it is just walking minutes from what all we need, markets, shops, restaurants, beach, etc. our baby was so happy to watch passerby people from window. the loungeroom is so airy. hot water and heating system was working properly. we found all amenities in the kitchen while cooking. we would like to thank both Michaela and air host team. strongly recommend.

Michaela's flat is absolutely perfect. Very cosy and has everything you need. The large windows allow for the morning sun in the living morning, and the sunset in the bedroom, and through the whole flat when you leave the doors open, which was lovely. The place is very clean and the team is very responsive to any needs. Location is perfect, just a short walk from the sea, right next to the North Laines, and easy access to buses and trains. Would definitely recommend this place and would definitely book again! Thank you again for everything.

We had a great stay in this stylish and very well equipped apartment. It was very cosy with so many thoughtful touches to make your stay comfortable. This is an excellent location for visiting different parts of Brighton, and an easy walk from the train station. It is set on a road where there are currently roadworks during the day , but the bedroom is really quiet and we were not disturbed at all. We are definitely planning to stay here again if available on our next trip to Brighton.

This is a great flat in the perfect location for getting around Brighton. Easy walk to the station and bus lines, the pier, restaurants, and anything else you could want. This was probably the nicest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Extra points for what is probably the most comfortable bed in all of England! The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. There is pay parking off-site, which isn’t a terrible distance but can be a bit inconvenient for people coming by car with many suitcases, otherwise it should be just fine. Place is bigger than photos suggest. Very thorough manual with instruction for everything. There was also mention of a tablet where you can order food or taxis but I couldn’t find the tablet. Bed was comfortable, overall great value! I would stay again!

Michaela’s place is just a 10 min walk from the station and covers most of the pubs,cafes and restaurants within a mile radius. The apartment looks amazing with big windows, loads of space looking over the busy street. It has everything to keep you entertained in house, number of good books, netflix, great sounding music speakers, study desk and everything you’d need to feel comfortable. Its also a 8-10 min walk from the beach so you can go for a nice walk or to party anytime you want. I’d Highly recommend this property to anyone planning to visit Brighton

Absolutely fabulous place - would recommend to anyone hands-down! Everything was amazingly clean and the pantry was fully stocked with everything from the essentials to enough food to make a whole meal. Bright flat right in the centre of Brighton in a lovely regency house. Close to the station, Laines for shopping and pubs in town as well as in Hanover up the hill. We were staying for a wedding at the church opposite so perfect for drinks first! On the main road but absolutely no problem at all with traffic noise- a very good night’s sleep.

The flat is very stylish and comfortable. It is well-located for the seafront and central Brighton. There are fantastic pubs nearby. As the flat is mediated through airsorted, it was a very organised stay. The flat guide is available on a tablet in the flat and the staff messaged to ensure we had settled in ok. It was a little noisy in the evening so we closed the living room and bedroom door and that seemed to help. We would definitely stay again!

My fiancée and I stayed here for a long weekend and we’d definitely stay again! It was a perfect location with everything being a 5-10 minute walk at most, absolutely spotless and the air host was constantly in contact with us and super friendly and helpful. It was also a lovely sized flat for the two of us and had all the amenities we needed. Would certainly recommend staying here!

This place is Home ! It has everything You need ! Central location - 3 minutts walk NORTH lanes shop , 5 minutts walk train station - 8-10 minutts walk beach ! I really enjoyed this place - very cozy flat ! Nice size ! Best

This is the best location you could wish for, right around the corner from the North Laines area with all the trendy shops, cafes, restaurants you could wish for and everything else just 5-10 mins walk. The apartment is superbly designed with everything you need and a superbly stocked kitchen. Communication from start to finish is fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone I know. We will definitely be back again

We really enjoyed staying at this lovely place in Brighton, our host was very quick to answer our questions and special requests and made sure our trip was pleasant and relaxing. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped, central and easy to find. The lovely big windows made it very sunny and warm and luckily, not at all noisy. All in all, we would highly recommend this place, in fact we are thinking of going back there soon for another long weekend.

I could not have found a bterr place to rent for a short stay be a use the place was immaculate abs the host was very responsive to any queries and really I could not find any fault. Rent for a couple is ideal and h can not go wrong. Worth every penny and better than staying in a hotel

From the second I clicked the booking confirmation the host was not only very quick to respond to my every question but left helpful tips and suggestions to local restaurants and places to visit. The flat itself is beautiful and only a ten minute walk both Brighton pier, the lanes and countless fantastic bars and restaurants. Everything from the amenities to the little touches were perfect and would happily stay again.

The flat itself was ok and suited our needs whilst visiting Brighton for the weekend. However, the flat could have been much cleaner. There were hairs in the bed and bathroom, dust on the floor and the cutlery and crockery hadn’t been thoroughly washed. Perhaps only minor details to some but, considering the price per night, I had expected better. We were also visiting on a weekend with some particularly noisy neighbours in the flat upstairs. I’m unsure as to whether they are permanent residents or simply just visitors but it did disrupt our stay. Personally, I believe shouting, loud music and slamming of doors at 4am is outside of reasonable noise expectations. We did message the host about these issues at the time of our stay, but little acknowledgement was made and the problem was simply glossed over. More disappointedly, I only received one out of fourteen messages from the host, Michaela, herself. The others were all sent via an ‘Airhost’ which, if I’m honest, made the whole experience lack that personal touch. I wouldn’t visit this Airbnb again.

Michaela's apartment provides a great base in Brighton, within walking distance of most venues and attractions. It's light and airy and well appointed and provided a great base for a work trip with a good desk and great wi-fi.

We had a fantastic long stay in Michaela's place. The place is super clean (cleanest airbnb we have stayed so far) which is definitely a bonus since we have a 11 months old baby. The interior design is lovely, and ceiling is tall makes the room very airy and bright! The bed room isn't too spacious but we found everything we needed in the flat, so convenient! The only down side is the living room could be slightly noisy, but doesn't bother us much, bedroom is nice and quiet, that's all we need. Thank you.

Great accommodation, excellent value, and a magnificent first experience with Airbnb for me. The apartment is cozy, stylishly furnished, and offers all the comfort one needs whether it's relax or work. I found the place pristine, the bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is highly functional and well stocked. The flat is very close to the North Laines, a very characteristic side of town that offers colorful shops, lovely bistrots and quaint coffee shops. It's also 10 minutes away from Brighton main station, making this flat the perfect stop & go for young and old professionals who are travelling for work, or couples who need a quick getaway to the seaside. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience with Michaela, who is an attentive and flexible host, surely I will highly recommend her place to my friends should they come to town to visit.

Michaela's place is in a fantastic location...easy walking distance to many different neighbourhoods of Brighton, right within the North Laines area and close to bus routes for e.g. Hove. The flat was immaculately clean and equipped to a very high standard. Michaela's communication was excellent before and during our stay. She gave some great recommendations for eating places. Michaela's place was great. The location is perfect as the bus stop is right in front the apartment cross the street. The street is life and everything is reachable. The apartment was clean and prepared to meet all our needs. Michaela was great in responding back when ever we needed her and she was so kind to provide a cot for my daughter. I would highly recommend both the apartment and Michaela for being great host.

Lovely apartment with a comfy bed, v modern, comfortable and well equipped if you wanted to cook for yourself. Very decent location for exploring Brighton and the hosts were helpful. A couple of things very slightly let it down for us. This was the most I've ever paid for an Air Bnb and whilst I know Brighton is expensive I was expecting something near perfect. The floors were quite dusty, the fridge was not clean, the bedding had tears in it and what little TV we did watch the signal was pretty bad. there was only a small amount of toilet roll when we arrived so we had to go and buy our own. Not major issues by any means, just comments- we still really enjoyed our stay and would probably stay again, perhaps in low season when it's not as pricey!

We have really enjoyed our staying in the flat. It is fantastic location - in the center of Brighton, very close to the beach and lovely parts of the city - north lane and Lane. Flat is really nice, very clean. There were all of you need for comfortable living. Arielle helped us when we asked something and was very hospitable. We felt like home. This was the best AirB&B we had. Very professional guidelines and spotless clean organized apartment, that had everything we needed. The location is near a good bus stop and in a walking distance to the beach with a 24/7 supermarket across the street. The communications were instant and very helpful. Definitely want to come back.

I spent an extended stay at this lovely apartment and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It is ideally positioned, close to the station and public transport, very close to the popular shopping lanes and a short walk to the beachfront. I would definitely stay at Michaela's again if I return to Brighton.
