Live like a local in the heart of Brighton! Just a short walk from the train station and a 10-minute stroll to the beach, my lovely flat is in the North Laine area; a hub of independent shops, restaurants, pubs & cafés. Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook St Peter's Church and provide a perfect vantage point to watch the many local events, such as the Brighton Marathon and the Pride Festival Parade. With a double bedroom, it's perfect for couples, solo & business travellers alike.
The space
Situated on the first floor of a bow-fronted, listed Regency building, this light-filled flat boasts an open-plan layout with stunning floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen sits next to the dining area, making it a fantastic space to cook, eat, and watch the street life of Brighton. It's stocked with everything you need - pots, pans, plates, glassware, utensils, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, and a French press coffee maker.

There's a cosy sofa in the living area, perfect for unwinding. The concealable TV, which rolls out when needed, is equipped with Freesat, Firestick, Netflix, YouTube and other terrestrial on-demand channels. You can also log in to your own streaming services such as Apple TV and Disney+. There are books, magazines, and board games for some retro style lounging too.

Connect your Bluetooth device to the compact Sony stereo and listen to your playlists, access the Wi-Fi, or use the desk space if you need to get some work done.

The quiet bedroom at the back of the flat features a comfy double bed with fresh linen, room darkening shades, and plenty of wardrobe space.

The bathroom includes a shower over the bath, a toilet, sink, and a cabinet to store your toiletries.

Bedding, towels, essential bathroom toiletries, and tea & coffee are all provided.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home during your stay.

Check-in is easy with self-check-in via a lockbox located at the front of the building. The flat is accessible via a communal hallway and up a flight of stairs.

We want you to have a fantastic stay, and ask that you please follow the house rules and be considerate of our neighbours.

The 1820s building is full of Brighton charm, complete with single-glazed windows. You may hear some street noise (and seagulls!) that are beyond our control. The bedroom, located at the back of the flat, is a quieter space. And just in case you’re sensitive to noise, we also provide earplugs for extra comfort.

A delightful space that’s in an ideal location to explore Brighton. Highly communicative and hospitable hosts: from the helpful guide book in the apartment with recommendations, check ins to see how the stay is going, to the amenities eg. Extensive kitchenware that make you feel at home right away. It’s clear that care and thought has gone into making the stay as comfortable as possible. Very much enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend booking if you have the chance!

I really loved my stay at this North Laine flat. It has such an easy, calm energy to it, the kind that makes you relax without even trying. The light in the space is beautiful, and the whole place feels cared for in a way that makes a difference. It was spotless when I arrived, and it took no time at all to feel settled. The location is exactly what you want in Brighton. You step outside and you are right in the middle of everything, but the flat itself still feels like a quiet little pocket to come back to. I found myself really appreciating that balance. The host was great throughout. Communication was warm and clear, check‑in was simple, and everything in the flat worked the way it should.

This is a repeat airbnb use for us. Brighton and airy flat perfect size for 1 or 2 people for a stay in Brighton. Feel right at home and always enjoy staying here right off North Lanes with so much at door step.

What can I say- I spent 2 months at Michaela and Emma’s place while I was relocating to Brighton. The flat is amazing- clean, adorable, felt like home! The bed is amazing and provided many restful sleeps during a period of transition for me. The bath was heavenly when I needed rejuvenation and the location couldn’t be better- central to everything and extremely convenient! Finally, Michaela and Emma themselves are gems!! They are so responsive, kind and went above and beyond as hosts. I felt well looked after and feel lucky and grateful to have decided on this booking for the last few months. I highly recommend this flat for anyone staying in Brighton for a few days or a few months! Thank you Michaela and Emma!! 🙏
