This is a great flat - so close to the sea and a short walk into the centre of town. We loved it because we were on the cliff above the sea and very close to the theatre, but close enough to the amenities of the town. The flat is spacious and airy and parking was easy. Great communication throughout from the host.

With some adjustements, it’s the ideal place in Ramsgate near the Beach and in walking distance from the harbour and the center. The coast line is absolutely breath taking.

The apartment was comfortable and a really good size for 4 people. But it does need a thorough clean with mould in the bathrooms and a bit of damp smell. The location was ok.

Stayed here with my parents while visiting family in ramsgate. It was a perfect location to get into town and very easy parking, due to a hot bank holiday weekend it was good we didn’t have to move it again as it soon got filled it. Was a lovely home

Great place to stay at in beautiful Ramsgate- this was our second time staying in that flat. Easy access to both Ramsgate town and the coast line and Broadstairs. My children love the place and we will book it again in the future.

Nice apartment in a great location with view of the sea from the front door. Decoration could do with a bit of work as it felt a bit on the tired side but nothing too off putting. Some of the kitchen cupboards had rubbish left behind in them from a previous guest. Being picky, the TV was a bit awkward to use and didn't like the WiFi at first, but nothing a power cycle didn't fix. Overall a nice apartment and would thoroughly recommend to others.

I love this little house , but the last time I had problems because the house is underground and has no wifi . Before there was wife, it was easy to have communication now this time I had problems and I was unreachable ! More than the rest is very comfortable the house

We enjoyed our short stay at the flat during the Coronation weekend. The location was amazing- second from the water front, but still quiet. We always found parking right in front of the building. The flat was very clean and as others have said, the electric heaters worked very well to heat the place up, though we did not need it much. Yes, it’s in the basement but the value for money is excellent.

The place was really nice and as in the photos. Well Equipped kitchen and heating worked great, place got warm quickly. There is only one sofa though, a not so comfy chair and a beanbag, which meant 2 people did not have comfortable places to sit.

Unfortunately, I cannot leave a positive review, given the unpleasant experience that my family and I had (my wife and two children aged 2 and 4) Once we agreed on the possibility of checking in on the spot through their application, with the relevant code, we found ourselves in front of a malfunctioning box, in fact the code was right but the key to open (even if it reached the bottom) did not open any mechanism. We arrived in front of the apartment around 6:30 pm and found the problem. We tried to write to our contact person, in fact you will never speak with the owner but with someone who will take care of you on behalf of third parties. We waited 40 minutes from the message (sent both on Airbnb and by email and by SMS) to try to contact the reference number written on their app. Unfortunately, a recorded message starts asking us to leave a number where we can be contacted. We wait another hour and a half between various attempts and finally decide to call Airbnb support. the very kind and professional assistant tried to contact the property, giving them the opportunity to respond within an hour. at the end of this long and exhausting wait (remember that we had two small children in a city in low season and with a day of flying behind us and the only thought of taking a hot bath) we contacted the assistance that confirmed with us the total disappearance of the host. In total, we have been waiting for around 3 hours, during which time Airbnb has not given us the opportunity to make another booking and cancel this one. I understand any inconvenience, but honestly, given the premises of being managed by this agency, Blue Fox, I expected a minimum of common sense and responsibility, which unfortunately I did not find. Only around midnight did someone call to apologise for the inconvenience, fortunately the children were already in bed.

Beautiful flat in a great location and excellent value. Decorated and furnished to a very high standard with lots of facilities. Reported a couple of plumbing issues and these were not addressed whilst we were there. Would stay there there again.

One of the best places to stay in Ramsgate and is exactly as advertised. Worth a place for staying as a family or a group of friends. Very near to Ramsgate beach and suitable for walks all over. Wifi was a bit slow but did its job. TV with internet connection and board games to satisfy young adults were also well thought of. Overall a winner!!!

Its a graet apartment ina great location. My little complaint is that it would have been nice to find a few essentials, like milk, some bread, etc. Also Blue Fox the company managing the apartment did not respond when I phoned them to say that I had issues with switching on the induction hob. Otherwise, a really lovely apartment and very well situated. I fully recommend it.

We had a lovely stay with our 2 small children. The space was great, we had plenty of room for everything we needed. Amenities were great and thoughtful. Lots of parking but we didn’t really need to drive as it was walkable into town and the beach. Great communication. We were a bit confused with the bin situation but owners were happy to help!

A lovely place. A large flat, which worked well for us with a small child. Very comfortable. Good location for walking to Broadstairs. The TV has streaming services like iPlayer which is great. We had a couple of small issues but they were dealt with quickly, Be aware that while the flat is very near the sea, it’s on the cliff top so it’s a 10 min walk to the beach. One small thing: we were told there was no recycling option, but other people around were putting out recycling so it would have been good to have had the chance to do that too.

The flat is brilliantly located: right on the sea and a short walk from beach and town centre. V quiet road. Flat is super clean, and bright despite being a basement. No character in the decor but if you like white walls and minimalism you’ll be happy (we missed anywhere to hang clothes in one bedroom; minimal furniture means no wardrobes). Feels spacious for four guests and outdoor area is a bonus. Communication excellent and helpful.

A lovely stay. The flat felt much bigger and airier than it seemed from the photos. The location was absolutely brilliant too, just a few moments from the East Cliff promenade, and a five minute walk to the beach.

Spacious and bright. From just the right angle, you can see the sea from the living room! Having the cliff-top promenade right across the street was really nice for getting some lockdown fresh air :)

You'd be hard pressed to find a better location than this if you are looking for a place close to the see, all you have to do is cross the road and you are on the promenade. Plus it's a very nice place and easy to organise.

The location is completely perfect as you can hear the sea from the property which itself is very easy to find and only a short walk from Ramsgate centre and harbour which boasts lots of lovely restaurants such as Townley's and The Greek Arch Restuarant. A short cab journey from the property gets you into Margate which has amazing vibes and is referred to as East London on Sea. There you'll find Angela's of Margate which is a divine fish restaurant that I would recommend booking before your trip. In addition to this, there is a lovely family-run vineyard called Barnsole just a 25-minute drive away. The flat itself is relatively clean with a little outside courtyard we used for some al fresco drinks and dining (when the weather permitted) All in all, a lovely stay and the perfect place for a group of friends to escape the big city of London.

This is a great flat. Has it’s own separate entrance. The rooms are big, beds comfortable, it was clean. Both bedrooms have en-suite plus a separate WC in the hall. As other reviewers have said, more crockery and glassware is needed. There are only four of each so we had to hand wash plates etc after each meal, instead of being able to use dishwasher at the end of each day.

I stayed in this great sea-side basement flat for work for 6 weeks. The apartment is very clean and also light, despite being situated in the basement. The location is very nice, with beach access within a few minutes. It's a 10 to 15 minute walk to the majority of the Ramsgate supermarkets, and a 25 minute walk from the railway station. I think the apartment is great for a shorter term holiday stay, and easily accommodates 4 people. I would however have liked some more amenities for my longer term stay (storage for clothing, more diverse/quality/quantity kitchen utensils/equipment), but if you're planning to explore the area for a weekend or a week you probably won't be bothered by this at all! The communication with the host was easy and punctual, and they helped me out a few times on very short notice. All in all I had a great and comfortable stay!

This is a nice stylish flat, very clean and well situated near the sea. It's very nice to have two en-suites when two couples are starting here. The only drawback is that we found it very sparsely equipped as a place for four adults for a week.

We had a bit of trouble with the lock box to get the key but with a little jiggling we were finally successful. The host was very quick to respond to our call for help. The apartment was very clean and in a nice quiet location. A teapot and bedding for the sofa-bed would've been nice but in my books, cleanliness trumps those things so we were quite happy there. I would stay here again for sure.

Lovely place right by Ramsgate seaside. Clean & spacious with great amenities. I stayed with my husband, 6 year old & 3 year old children. Free parking right outside was a bonus. We didn’t venture out to Ramsgate beach as found the town quite run down. This flat was the ideal location for Broadstairs & Margate and we enjoyed our time there. We went to the local cinema in Ramsgate, a very old one, absolutely great value for money (£4 a ticket) great place for a family.

What a brilliant location and amazing space. We were only there for one night but this apartment would be perfect for longer stays too. It felt really homely and lots of personal touches. Parking was easy and the outdoor space a real bonus. Easy access to Ramsgate town but lots more exploring to do! Bernie was so accommodating and responsive. What a beautiful flat! The place is spotlessly clean, feels relaxed and serene and is in a lovely location, only a short walk down to the beach in Ramsgate off the old Victoria Parade. Broadstairs is really close too and the flat isn't far from the 'loop' bus service between seaside towns. Bernie, our host, was very friendly and welcoming and obviously works hard with little touches to make it feel homely and comfortable. We had a relaxing break, would definitely stay again and highly recommend the place to others. Thanks very much!

Absolutely loved this flat, so bright and clean and much bigger than the pics suggest. No TV just a DVD player but lots of DVDs provided, we didn't care anyway as lots of books to read. Space is very modern and clean and a stones throw to the sea. Great stay and great communication. Will definitely return :-)
